N Family Club - Kentish Town

Our son joined N Family Kentish Town in January 2026 when he was 6 months and we've been very happy with the team at The Dunes who is taking great care of the children with true commitment in children's wellbeing and development. They always do a lot of creative activities and our son goes there everyday with a big smile. The chef, Jamie, is also attentive to feedback and suggestions. We can only recommend N Family Kentish Town own!

The staff are incredibly nurturing and patient, and they have really taken the time to support my child and her individual needs.

We love the daily updates and the variety of engaging activities that they provide, especially the outdoor play area. How amazing that the children do yoga, cooking and gardening every week?!

Thank you to all the staff at N Family Club Kentish Town for creating such a safe and nurturing environment for our daughter, it has built her confidence, which has supported her development, particularly her speech and social skills.

I have two children at N Family Club Kentish Town. They settled quickly, thanks to the level of support they received from their 'key' staff and others. They look forward to nursery: they have amazing bonds with the staff, they clearly find the activities stimulating, and in particular they adore the home made food. They are still weaning, and the variety and quality of food they get at nursery has really made them love 'adult' food!

We have two children at N and we couldn't be happier - the staff are all so lovely! The activities they do everyday are so creative and the children have the best time! They are so excited to see the staff everyday and they settled in unbelievably quickly, we would hugely recommend the nursery to anyone looking!

Also it may seem like a small thing, but the rooms are air conditioned which is so so important during the summer! Lots of the other nurseries closed during the heatwave and N remained open and mostly importantly, safe for the children.

We've only joined recently, but so far we love the nursery. Staff is quick to respond to emails and the room staff are fantastic for the children. They have great enthusiasm and keep us informed about our child through posts and tracking of nappies and naps.

At the time, our child seemed to like N Family but it's only since leaving and joining a new nursery are we really seeing how much more they can flourish at nursery. Their entire demeanor with nursery has changed so positively since leaving N Family. The classroom and support staff at N Family are all amazing and doing their best with heavy workloads and long hours. But they were overworked and unsatisfied with management, and as a result there was often a high turnover in staff. We also felt our child was bored (his key person even said this) and needed to move up classes earlier than he did, which feels unacceptable for how much you pay at N Family. At the point we left (due to a house move), the environment was getting a bit toxic with many teachers leaving, absent management, and parents unsatisfied and starting to speak up. It felt more like a big business nursery chain, with the main focus on filling spots and making money, rather than doing what is best for the children.

We are extremely happy with our choice to send our daughter to N Kentish Town. The whole team are fabulous, always so friendly and helpful. Our 2 key workers are fantastic with the children, so patient and caring. I go to work happy knowing my daughter is in great hands. I would highly recommend N to anyone!

We are so thankful for N Family Club. Our daughter is 2 and she gets to cook, draw, be outside, and more! The daily updates and the app are great for parents. We are very pleased with our daughters time here and would highly recommend to other parents! Clean, thoughtful, consistent, and caring staff.

The class rooms are well represented and clean, staff will open the door to greet and take your child. The room staff have all been great and I can't thank them enough for there effort in my sons upbringing.

Overall, we're just so happy with everything. It's a wonderful place, and we're really grateful for the team who make it such a warm and welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

Only excellent feedback for N Family Club - Kentish Town. My daughter has enjoyed it very much and I feel incredibly comfortable with all the staff who have been so attentive and amazing to my daughter. Front of desk and management also excellent and always a pleasure to see, thank you.

My son has been attending N Family for a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The care and nurturing he receives from the team are truly exceptional. Each day, I drop him off knowing he's in a loving and supportive environment where he will have a great time. The team goes above and beyond to make every child feel comfortable and cared for, and it's such a relief as a parent to feel that sense of trust. I've seen so much growth and happiness in him since starting here. I would highly recommend N Family to anyone looking for a nurturing and attentive nursery for their little one.

The environment (in the rooms and the garden) and activities and trips out which they run are excellent - a mixture of play, fun and learning. My daughter seems excited to tell me about what she's been doing on the way back home each day.

The team are dedicated with care for the children. The environment is safe and adapted to the development of each child. They often go outside to play which is also a great time to bond and socialize. The entire staff is great and helps you feel part of a community. The food looks delicious and well-balanced.

Our daughter has been at N Family - Kentish Town for a year now and we continue to be very happy with the attentiveness of the staff as well as how much she's grown both in her physical capabilities as well as social/emotional. The team deeply cares for the children and their well-being and that's all a parent can really ask for!

We have had the best experience with N Family Kentish Town. The staff are warm, friendly and my son absolutely loves them. It's very daunting dropping your baby off for the first time but they made me feel so at ease and now he really looks forward to going in every day. The whole place has a warm atmosphere, the food is great, the outside space is perfect and you are constantly sent updates and photos which is the best part of my day. They plan such fun activities for the babies everyday in the rooms and sometimes take them out on trips to the farm/park/library. Already my son has learnt so much (solo feeding, dancing, baby sign, I've even got a number of his artistic paintings up on the fridge) I'm so glad we chose this nursery, we couldn't be happier.

Our youngest who just turned one has just started and we couldn't have had a more reassuring transition. Two staff members in particular have been amazing in helping him settle in and keeping me updated on his progress. The activities they put on to keep the little ones engaged are so creative. Honestly, the level of care and planning that goes into it is fantastic and I'm sure will really aid his skill development.

This is a great nursery that our son absolutely loves. He is genuinely excited to be dropped off every morning. The staff are friendly and provide a good range of activities to keep them stimulated and learning new things. The food is excellent and the rooms are beautiful. The organisation is well run with nice events for parents too.
