N Family Club is located in Kentish Town in what was a former post office. Offering lots of character, the environment is purposefully designed to deliver quality care to children across a number of bright and spacious playrooms.

As part of the N Family Club, the nursery provides a unique approach to early years care with play at the centre of all learning experiences. This ensures children are encouraged in their development, but also spend each day having fun, exploring the things that interest them, and guiding their own learning, with full support from an experienced team of educators.

All nursery meals are designed with the help of Laura Matthews - former Head of Nutrition at Jamie Oliver. Meals are always prepared fresh on-site by their in-house chefs, providing opportunities for children to explore, experience and learn about food.

At the time, our child seemed to like N Family but it's only since leaving and joining a new nursery are we really seeing how much more they can flourish at nursery. Their entire demeanor with nursery has changed so positively since leaving N Family. The classroom and support staff at N Family are all
amazing and doing their best with heavy workloads and long hours. But they were overworked and unsatisfied with management, and as a result there was often a high turnover in staff. We also felt our child was bored (his key person even said this) and needed to move up classes earlier than he did, which feels unacceptable for how much you pay at N Family. At the point we left (due to a house move), the environment was getting a bit toxic with many teachers leaving, absent management, and parents unsatisfied and starting to speak up. It felt more like a big business nursery chain, with the main focus on filling spots and making money, rather than doing what is best for the children.

We are extremely happy with our choice to send our daughter to N Kentish Town. The whole team are fabulous, always so friendly and helpful. We are so thankful for N Family Club. Our daughter is 2 and she gets to cook, draw, be outside, and more! The daily updates and the app are great for parents. We are very pleased with our daughters time here and would highly recommend to other parents! Clean, thoughtful, consistent, and caring staff.

N family has a great team full of wonderful poeple smiling all the time
As you approach the nursery u will be held by intercon for verification by the staff at reception, orthough it's unbearable cold this gives u a sense of security that you child is safe from anonymous visitors
Once in u will be
greeted by one staff member in particular who will brighten your day with her happiness
The facility is great in the reception area which has a setup for tea and coffee, though lately there has been no milk, there's always an option for oatmilk
The managers are very professional as they deal with all your queries about you child, another staff member in particular has given us the confidence to migrate my child from one room to the other while he graduates to a toddler
The class rooms are well represented and clean, staff will open the door to greet and take your child. The room staff have all been great and I can't thank them enough for there effort in my sons upbringing.

We absolutely love Kentish Town N. Nursery! The staff are so kind and caring, and it's clear they really enjoy what they do. Our son has settled in so well, and we feel completely at ease knowing he's in such good hands.
The nursery is always spotless, and the food menu is honestly impressive - I wish
I could have lunch there with him! Communication is great, with regular updates, photos, and messages about his day, which we really appreciate. The flexible pickup and drop-off system makes life so much easier too.
Overall, we're just so happy with everything. It's a wonderful place, and we're really grateful for the team who make it such a warm and welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

Our son absolutely loves his days at N Family Club, he's bonded so well with all the staff and the other babies. He has learned so much since he started in September, it is amazing, he's signing more and please and now has so many words at 16 months that we've lost count. We love the daily updates we
get on the thoughtful, sensory and educational activities he gets to do each day.
The staff are so kind and supportive of the children but also of the parents.

My son has been attending N Family for a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The care and nurturing he receives from the team are truly exceptional. Each day, I drop him off knowing he's in a loving and supportive environment where he will have a great time. The team goes above

Our daughter started when she was 2 and the nursery really helped to settle her in. She's been there for almost a year now and loves going in every day.
She's made friends with staff and children alike and they have really helped her to develop into a fun and loving toddler. The staff seem really well
set up to work with all personalities.
The environment (in the rooms and the garden) and activities and trips out which they run are excellent - a mixture of play, fun and learning. My daughter seems excited to tell me about what she's been doing on the way back home each day.

The team are dedicated with care for the children. The environment is safe and adapted to the development of each child. They often go outside to play which is also a great time to bond and socialize. The entire staff is great and helps you feel part of a community. The food looks delicious and well-balanced.

We have had the best experience with N Family Kentish Town. The staff are warm, friendly and my son absolutely loves them. It's very daunting dropping your baby off for the first time but they made me feel so at ease and now he really looks forward to going in every day. The whole place has a warm atmosphere,
the food is great, the outside space is perfect and you are constantly sent updates and photos which is the best part of my day. They plan such fun activities for the babies everyday in the rooms and sometimes take them out on trips to the farm/park/library. Already my son has learnt so much (solo feeding, dancing, baby sign, I've even got a number of his artistic paintings up on the fridge) I'm so glad we chose this nursery, we couldn't be happier.

We've had a consistently great experience at N Family Club Kentish Town.
Our youngest who just turned one has just started and we couldn't have had a more reassuring transition. Two staff members in particular have been amazing in helping him settle in and keeping me updated on his progress. The activities
they put on to keep the little ones engaged are so creative. Honestly, the level of care and planning that goes into it is fantastic and I'm sure will really aid his skill development.

This is a great nursery that our son absolutely loves. He is genuinely excited to be dropped off every morning. The staff are friendly and provide a good range of activities to keep them stimulated and learning new things. The food is excellent and the rooms are beautiful. The organisation is well run

N Family Kentish town is a beautiful nursery which has a warm and welcoming feeling. Our daughter started at N Family Kentish Town at 11 months and has been there almost 6 months. We highly recommend it! The staff have been fantastic, she loves the teachers who look after her in The Bay room, the management and everyone we have met have been great too, food looks delicious and the space
is beautiful. Would highly recommend it.

Our child started nursery full time at six months and is in a very sweet room with other babies just a little older than him. He has really grown to love it, they have creative and engaging daily programming, spend time outside, go on little local trips and eat very well! He has grown very attached
to members of the team there and is always pleased to see them in the morning. The nursery is very good at communicating with parents and the front of house team are always very friendly and warm.
