Day Nurseries Owned by N Family Club in London

Our son has been at N family Angel, since March and has really loved his time there. He has since learnt to walk, can say lots of words and is super social. Thank you to the staff for their fabulous work and caring nature. We are very happy parents!

My child spent 3.5 years at this nursery and has thrived. The staff, teachers and facilities are all amazing. We have been in a number of different rooms and with different teachers and they have all been great. There is a lovely energy in the nursery.

We started at 9 months and left at 2 years and 9 months.

The whole experience was just fantastic.

The thought put into settling him when he was very little. The great food cooked on premises.

Great staff with amazing experience and care for the kids.

Great learning activities and so fun as well as introducing good manners, table manners, following on toilet training.

The only downside is that admin is clearly understaffed and/or overwhelmed. So requests, queries, etc are not followed up as smoothly.

We couldn't recommend N Family highly enough. Our son started here when he was just six months old, and we've watched him grow from a baby into such a happy, curious and confident little boy.

Every room he's been part of has been fantastic, and the warmth, care and attention from the team throughout the years has been incredible. As first-time parents, leaving your baby at nursery is a huge step, but we always felt completely confident that he was happy, loved and in the best possible hands.

We've since had a second child and didn't hesitate for a second to choose N Family for him too - which probably says more than anything about how much we trust and value the team.

We're incredibly grateful for everything N Family has given our son and our family over the past few years. A truly special place with wonderful people.

Choosing a nursery for your child is one of the biggest decisions you can make, and after 3.5 years at N Family West Hampstead (18mos-4.5yo), I cannot praise them enough. Leaving my son on day one was emotional, but leaving now is truly tearful,the incredible team makes all the difference. Management is warm, proactive, and prioritise staff retention so my son always felt secure. Starting with just one word, his English (2nd language) speech exploded here, he's now a confident, chatty fella! Through play, he gained so much general knowledge. The modern rooms, renovated garden, and cleanliness are outstanding & the food exquisite. Staff managed his respiratory needs with total care. The wonderful varied activities, forest school, PE, animal visits, museum trips, nursery events, sports days, and a lovely graduation-were fantastic. Communication is clear without being overwhelming. N West Hampstead has been a safe, welcoming home. I'm forever grateful and highly recommend them!

Fantastic nursery with very caring and nurturing staff. My son and daughter were very happy at N family West Hampstead from the ages of 3 - 4.5 and 1.5-2.5 respectively. The children are so well looked after and the team are so well organised, providing fresh nutritious meals all cooked on site and also planning thoughtful activities and weekly themes. The staff are very communicative with parents and we are updated daily. I also really like that staff address parents by their first names, not just 'mummy' or 'daddy' and the environment is very warm and friendly for all. There is a clear structure and routine that really helps the children progress and learn great social and behavioral skills.

We really can't ask for anything more. A massive thank you to everyone at N Family Greenwich for all the support, patience and care you have shown Noah and our family.

We've had such a lovely experience at this nursery. The teachers are incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming, which has made settling in so much easier. Although my daughter joined at a very young age, she is having an absolute blast and genuinely enjoys going to nursery. It's so reassuring to see her happy, comfortable, and enjoying her time there. We're very happy with the care and support she receives and would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents!

There's an on-site chef the food is great and allergies are taken very seriously, which matters to us as one of our kids has food allergies. We genuinely couldn't be happier and would 100% recommend it.

We're really happy with our daughter's nursery. The staff are kind, caring and always welcoming, and it's lovely to see how much she enjoys her time there. We really appreciate all the care and support she receives. Thank you for everything you do!

After five and a half years at N Family Club Brixton, this is our last week and we wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has helped with our children over this time.

We weren't able to visit nurseries during Covid, so we had to just go on a friend's recommendation who had only been there for a few months but it luckily turned out to be one of the best decisions we've made. Both our children joined at 7 months old and have absolutely loved their time here. We feel so lucky they got to spend these important early years in such a great place.

Huge thanks to the whole team (sorry to anyone still there that I've missed) - Shani, Grace, Melvyn, Lyneeka, Ilhan, Vickie, GG, Alice, June, Taliba, Christel, Allayha, Alexandra and all the room assistants - for all the love and care you've shown our children over the years.

My baby refused to have milk unless he's asleep until we joined this nursery !!

We couldn't be happier with N Family Balham. The staff are dynamic and caring, the facilities are great (the garden was the reason we moved there - it is amazing), and it is run very well. Our daughter is so happy there and loves the staff. Highly recommend.

My baby started at 8months, he was a very fussy kid with reluctant to having food, milk etc. after 2 months we notice huge development, he is having good food, happy to drink formulae milk, also communicates with other babies a lot. Very happy with them, they are taking care of my baby hence I can concentrate on work. Big Cheers to the whole Team

N- Family Club Greenwich (NFG) has been fantastic with my son. My wife and I were initially going to send our son to a closer nursery however we kept hearing great reviews from other parents in our building about NFG. We decided to attend an Open Day and we instantly rescinded our application for the other nursery and signed up to NFG. From the Settling In stage to now, the team (from the staff in the room he's in to the chef, receptionist and management team) have been very friendly, kind and welcoming. I'm very much of the view that kids may not generally like going to nursery at first but can enjoy it if the staff is doing a good job with them and making it enjoyable for them. I'm pleased to say my little boy is super excited to go to nursery everyday so much so that he forgets to say bye to me in the mornings now. I strongly believe this is due to how amazing the NFG team are.

Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the communication between nursery and parents is excellent. We always feel informed, supported and reassured that she's receiving the very best care.

From my first conversation with Becky on reception, I knew this was the right nursery for my daughter.

The nursery is outstanding-clean, safe, and welcoming, with genuinely caring staff. My daughter initially struggled with separation anxiety but, with their support, quickly became happy and confident. A special thank you to Ruksana, her key person, whose patience, care & support made a huge difference, as well as Daisy, Lucy, Kristina, Emma and all staff who consistently go above and beyond.

The nursery is outstanding-clean, safe, and welcoming, with caring staff. They are transparent if things happen beyond their control which is reassuring to any parent. Highly recommend.

My son spent ages 2- 4.5 at N Family West Hampstead. We had a lovely experience. One major highlight was the school's commitment to celebrating our multicultural, highly international community. School leaderships makes a concerted effort to highlight and explore the heritage and cultures of all the children and families through food, music, holiday parties and storytelling. The staff was comforting, patient, reliable and communicative. Turn over rates among staff dropped dramatically in our time with N Family creating a cozy and familial environment. My son also had many of the same fellow students alongside him from start to finish of our experience. The high family retention rate created a sense of security and friendship that will be hard to replace. So much gratitude to the entire NFamily West Hampstead team.
