My daughter is in the baby room and absolutely loves it. Tasnima and Asma are both awesome and have made the nursery transition so easy for me. The manager Natalia is brilliant- amazing communication and very welcoming! Highly recommend this setting.

We couldn't have asked for a better nursery experience for Olivia. Everything was just perfect, from the amazing food and wonderful care provided by the staff to the variety of activities offered every day. The team created such a warm, loving and stimulating environment where Olivia was always happy, cared for and excited to go in.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who made her nursery years so special. Thank you for giving her such a wonderful start and for taking such good care of her. We will always look back on this time with so much appreciation and fondness. Highly recommended!

Every corner of the space reflects thoughtful attention to detail and a genuine consideration for the children's needs and development. All staffs are incredibly caring, and the meals are excellent. There is a real sense that the children are always at the heart of everything they do, which gives me such peace of mind as a parent.

We have had a really possitive experience since we are new here at N Family Club Dollis Hill. The staff are friendly, caring and reliable, and we feel confident knowing that our daughter is being looked after in a safe and nurturing enviroment. We have also noticed a positive development of our daughter.

The staff genuinely cares for each child and communicates well on the child's activities and progress. So far, we're very happy with the experiences at the N Family, Dollis Hill.

I love this nursery. All educators and staff are incredibly friendly and caring and my child loves coming to nursery and happily stays all day. The space is large, modern, clean and offers so many opportunities to learn. I appreciate the time the educators take to update me about my child's day every time at pickup. I trust them and can wholeheartedly recommend this nursery.

Roxy's room the Gallery is the most wonderful, caring environment for her. The team think about so many fun and interesting games and activities for the children, despite them being very little. Roxy arrives at nursery with a smile on her face and it's there when I pick her up - you couldn't ask for more!

Bobby has absolutely loved his time at Nfamily Greenwich & we are very sad to be leaving the area.

He has learned so much from his keyworker Simi & built a great bond together,along with all of the other keyworkers.

The communication has been excellent, and we have always felt listened to rather than made to feel that her medical needs are an inconvenience.

We've had such a positive experience with the nursery and couldn't be happier with how welcoming, kind and caring all the staff are. From Front of House to Housekeeping - everyone makes a huge effort to learn your childs name, traits and behaviours and always welcomes them with big smiles, hellos and open arms. The facilities are fantastic, especially as everything is brand new, and it's clear how much thought has gone into creating a lovely environment for the children to learn, play and develop. A special mention has to go to our childs key worker, secondary keyworker and the wider team in the room who have both been absolutely wonderful in supporting our child settling into a new nursery. It's reassuring to see how much care and attention they give to helping them grow in confidence, learn new skills and reach their milestones. The regular updates, range of activities and overall approach to learning are all so focused on the children's development, which is brilliant to see.

Really welcoming staff who have encouraged and nurtured our little one in settling in to a new environment. They are all very caring who want the best for him. So lovely to see how much our 1 year old loves the activities that the nursery puts on .

All the carer staff were very calming and fun, our daughter was able to settle in pretty easily. We've had to relocate, but loved our time there and would very much recommend it.

The staff at N Family Club - Dollis Hill are fantastic and always so friendly during drop off and pick up. The room staff are very attentive and professional and always offer feedback on his day. Our Son always seems so happy when we collect him and will often ask about going back to Nursery (even once we get home). We get regular updates about his day on the app which is great. I would definitely recommend this Nursery to anyone considering it.

My child has been attending N Family Club for over a year now and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The staff takes excellent care of the children during the day, engaging them in different fun activities that enhance their development. The facilities are nice, clean and modern and the management team is always available to provide assistance if needed.

Our son is very well provided for at N Family Leytonstone and has settled in quickly. All the staff have been caring and professional, and our experience has been in total contact to that we had at our son's previous nursery.

I honestly couldn't recommend N Club enough. From the very beginning, they make you feel like part of a family. What makes them so special is that they seem to care just as much about supporting the parents as they do the children, and the care they provide is exceptional. From the moment you walk through the door, everyone is so warm, positive and friendly. One thing we particularly love is being able to go into the nursery to drop off, rather than saying goodbye at the entrance. It's such a lovely opportunity to see him interacting with everyone and, most importantly, seeing for ourselves how happy and settled he is. The team are incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful in their approach. We're always guided through next steps with genuine care and understanding, and it really feels like we're working together to do what's best for our child. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the buggy storage, which can be a bit of a battle with the doors not opening easily.

We couldn't have hoped for a better start and are so happy with our choice. A huge thank you to the whole team for making this transition such a positive experience for all of us.
