I was really worried how she would settle in given she's really attached to her previous key workers and the children. But the team here have been so welcoming and loving and have helped us settle in. Despite the tears, they're always reassuring me that she'll be fine and we updated many times during the day on how she's doing. The highlight for me is the quality of the food that's offered to the children - often nicer than what I'm eating at home!
