We are so happy with this nursery and the care my child receives. Even though my child only attends two days a week, the staff are always so warm, welcoming, and attentive.


It's clear that they genuinely care about the children and create a safe, happy environment. My child always enjoys going, and

it's lovely to see how comfortable and supported they feel there.

Can't recommend this nursery enough! My son has been here for about 6 months now. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and always take their time to get to know you and your child. All the staff seem genuinely interested in supporting your child to learn and develop. It's always clean and tidy
and the food they serve the children is very varied and always sounds/ looks delicious! Communication is great and I feel very at ease leaving my son there knowing he is getting well looked after.

I want to highlight how fantastic Lola has been. Rupert has always struggled with getting upset at drop off, which is difficult for him and myself. He's currently going through a patch of separation anxiety too, which doesn't help.


Over the last few weeks more often than not it's been Lola I hand

him over to, I've noticed such an improvement, often with no tears at all. I can see she's really taken the time understand his personality and she knows exactly what to do to prevent the tears. Huge cuddles and a lovely warm persona! Obviously, all the wonderful activities he gets up to through the day are great, but most important for us is that he's with people he feels safe and comfortable with. It's makes such a difference to be able to drop him and know he's content.


They say it takes a village to raise a little one and I really do see the team in Rainforest, Ella, Sana and Lola as part of ours! They're all doing such a fantastic job with little ones who often have big emotions!

My child has learned a lot at N Family Club, and his deputy room leader is warm, attentive, and provides detailed handovers, which we really appreciate.
However, our overall experience has been affected by three incidents: 1. A series of accidents, one resulting in a hospital visit and permanent scar.
These all happened when he started to walk & run. 2. While practicing animal sounds at home, our son (then 18 months) identified them correctly, but when asked what a monkey does, he repeatedly pointed to himself and said "me." Management investigated but could not determine the cause. 3. An incident in which our son became very upset, crying and vomiting twice, requiring us to collect him due to policy. We explained that this can happen when he cries excessively and asked staff to help settle him before it reaches this point.
Overall, while we have serious concerns that we have raised, our son seems happy and has a strong bond with his room leader and some of the staff and management.

N Family Club Reading is a wonderful nursery! The staff are dedicated, know my child well, and clearly enjoy their jobs. They do multiple arts and crafts activities every day that are linked to a theme, book, season etc, spend lots of time in the garden, and are calm and supportive all of the time.
The food is healthy and varied. They definitely live up to the 'family club' aspect as well, with lots of events, support, and care for parents, too.

My child started nursery in September and I have to say that the team at N Family Reading has been nothing short of fantastic. From drop off to pick up, I believe my child has improved significantly in regards to his milestones and personality. He is also learning a lot from his time at nursery. The

We started at N Family Club in July 2025 after a long search for the right nursery. Initially hesitant about choosing a chain due to a past experience, we were impressed by the warm welcome from the front-of-house staff, who were always ready to assist. The smaller rooms for children of similar ages
provide a comfortable, spacious environment, and the staff's support during our son's settling-in process made the transition smooth. We've seen significant progress in his speech and development, especially with new words and sign language. The nursery offers a range of engaging activities that support his growth. The staff encourage healthy eating habits and handovers at pick-up are thorough, ensuring we're informed about his day. Overall, N Family Club has exceeded our expectations. The nurturing environment, caring staff and strong communication make it an excellent choice for our son's early education.

Since joining last year, our experience at N Reading has been exceptional. From Cat's warm daily welcome to the attentive support of Rhys and Morven, the team creates a family-like atmosphere. My Son has been at N Family Reading since March now and he loves it. He comes home happy and he eats at nursery which is a miracle. His nursery educator is Emily and he's in love with her and the rest of the team Farah (who he calls flower) and Clarissa. Sending littles ones to nursery is so stressful
and gives you lots of anxiety but rest assured N will do what they can to make you feel comfortable with leaving your everything with them.
Also Cat is super helpful and always around to bring light and love. As are Moven and Rhys.
