children. The level of visibility parents have of the daily/weekly activities, meals, toileting, etc far exceeds that provided by other nurseries we've experienced. In addition, the long hours, flexible drop off/pick up times and the brilliant home-cooked meals (3 per day) and snacks (2 per day), which are all included, are really helpful and make the juggle much easier!

loves it and we have seen her develop in the most amazing ways and make new friends. Its lovely to hear her talk so fondly about her day and her teachers at home. Overall, N family is a great nursery with a great team of caring staff looking after your child as well as parents as can approach them anytime and they will go out of their way to help you.

and Abi who have been absolutely wonderful with our little boy. The range of activities they plan is amazing, and we've already noticed so many positive developmental changes since he started. It's heartwarming to see how quickly he's learning and how happy he is every day.

The management team has also been fantastic. Abi and her team are always approachable and responsive, and Terry made us feel so confident before our son even started. I've been so impressed with how everything runs - it's made our return to full-time work so much easier knowing our son is in such great hands. Just a huge thank you to the entire team for creating such a nurturing, inspiring environment!

I raised my concerns more than once, but sadly even with this the issues continued, leaving us with no choice but to look for alternative care.

It's a real shame, as the setting has great potential and the right intentions, but in our experience, the fundamental aspects of consistency and quality of care fell short of the the expections set by the nursery and their ethos.

Even with the small things like noticing I was struggling with the stairs because I'm heavily pregnant so they offered to bring my son to me when I pick up rather than me going to him to collect. I was also blown away by how quickly they were able to get to know my child. He was sad and shy at first, so not showing his true self, and they were able to identify quickly where he was at developmentally and where they could start to challenge his learning when he's playing.

N also have regular online workshops, healthy recipe's, and blogs that they send out to help parents with a range of different topics covered through the year

and we can tell that others have too. Aside from this, we also really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of all involved.

They're also really knowledgeable about child development, which comes out clearly both in their curriculum and how they are with the kids and the activities they do with them. The food is amazing, they send a menu out each week for the following week and it's always fresh, healthy and full of variety. The site is lovely too, right next to the river so away from road traffic and in amongst nature. This also means the kids get to go on outings to the river, which our daughter loves. We're super happy with the nursery and have nothing bad to say about it!

He has really grown in confidence. The communication with most staff is excellent and many of them have helped him work through some issues sensitively with their passion and knowledge of child development. The outside space is wonderful and outdoors time is prioritised. The management appear highly professional and visible. Communication via the app is brilliant. We are having to move to a new nursery due to relocation of work which we are so sad about, but very grateful for this past 22 months at N Reading.

son is happy, safe, and thriving here. We would wholeheartedly recommend the nursery to any family looking for a place where their child will be valued and cared for. We will genuinely miss it when our son starts school in September, as it has been such a positive and important part of his early years.

The recent Family Fun Day hold over the weekend was such a heartwarming experience. It was clear she had a lot of fun exploring the space and being part of the lively atmosphere. As parents, it was also a lovely opportunity to connect with the staff and other families, and to witness the genuine passion the team brings to their work.
Thank you to everyone at the nursery for making this such a safe and welcoming environment - it gives us real peace of mind to know our daughter is in such caring hands.

the communication is great on every step of this journey

staff are amazing and work off of best practice and up to date research and principles. If we have a question about anything then they are always on hand to explain different options and guide us to what works best for our unit. The meals are cooked on site trained chefs that put the food that I cook at home to shame!
If you want to drop your child off in the morning and evening and dash off then pick a nursery, but if you want to form long standing relationships and form a community then pick a family club and get stuck in!
(Also, the garden is MASSIVE so plenty of space to run around in)
