Day Nurseries Owned by N Family Club in Berkshire

My daughter who is now 18 months has been going there since 9 months. I am very happy with this nursery. Her key worker (Hannah) and the rest of the staff team in her class have always listened to us and tried to accomodate flexibility with things like naps. They organise so many fun and interesting activities for the toddlers, including things we would never think at home. The communication from the house staff/managers (Cat, Rhys. Morven and Nadya) to parents has been very good and they are always ready for feedback to see how to improve things. The menu and outdoor space is excellent. You really get the feeling that the staff here really care and I really trust this nursery. My daughter seems really happy here!

My son has been with N since October 2025 and I cannot fault a thing about our experience here. The staff in our sons room have been wonderful. His transition was quite difficult to begin with but over time he loved walking through the nursery doors and seeing his carers! The staff cannot be faulted. Communication is great, the app is always updated with meals, naps and lots of photos and updates on their day. The activities are so varied, something new all the time. A huge difference for me from the nursery we used for our oldest child has been the warm welcome every morning and afternoon when we are dropping off or picking up, the front of house staff are always friendly and engaging with the parents and the children, no request is too much! I couldn't recommend N Maidenhead enough!

Thrilled by the progress my grandson has made both educationally , socially and emotionally . The topics covered are well thought out and include art maths language skills and physical activities . His grasp of phonics is incredible and you have instilled in him a love of learning which are a good preparation for starting school .

We have had a wonderful experience with this nursery right from the start. We actually toured the setting before our son, Rowan, was born, and the onboarding process from that point onwards was exceptionally clear and supportive.

The variety of activities Rowan gets to participate in is impressive, and we always feel well-informed about his day and what he's been up to. A huge part of his positive experience is down to his key person, Farah. He genuinely looks forward to seeing her in the mornings, which gives us such peace of mind at drop-off.

The food is also brilliant, and it's clear the team puts a lot of thought into every aspect of the children's care. We couldn't be happier with our choice.

We felt welcoming on our first visit, had seen a couple of nursery before that. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Management is very prompt to help and update family members. My child is always happy to go to the nursery even on her off days will ask to go. That's how safe my child feels at the nursery

The nursery is lovely and the staff are great. Really couldn't be happier with our experience with them. Our child really enjoys his time there reading, doing educational activities and playing in the garden.

We have been at this nursery since July 2025. We have are the difference in our son, he has grown to be confident, sociable and is happy. We love that he is thriving at this nursery and we feel as parents so happy that we have found a wonderful safe nursery like this one.

We've had a fantastic experience with N Nursery from the very beginning. The pick-up and drop-off process is always smooth and well organised, even during busy times, and the staff are consistently welcoming, friendly, and positive.

Communication has been excellent. The nursery app provides regular updates on what our daughter is learning and experiencing each day, which is incredibly reassuring. The parents' evenings are also a highlight - it's clear how much care and attention the team puts into each child's development.

The staff and management team are approachable, supportive, and always happy to help with any questions. As first-time parents, we were naturally a bit nervous, but the nursery has exceeded all our expectations.

Most importantly, our daughter is happy, settled, and thriving - which says everything. We would absolutely recommend this nursery.

Our son Logan is 10 months old and absolutely loves going-he gets so excited as we walk in and always has a huge smile when he sees his carers. A special thank you to the lovely team in Bay and Wildwood, who take such great care of him and make him feel so happy and secure.

We've seen Logan develop in leaps and bounds since starting, which is a real testament to the nurturing environment. The nursery app is also fantastic, keeping us updated throughout the day with progress updates and photos of his activities, which is so reassuring.

The little extras, like the coffee bar and warm croissants in the morning, are such a thoughtful touch. We feel completely confident in the care Logan receives and would highly recommend.

Every day is filled with creative and engaging activities, from arts and crafts to outdoor play, which keeps the children stimulated and curious. I especially appreciate how much time they spend outside and how they incorporate themes and learning into everything they do in a fun, natural way.

The atmosphere is always calm and nurturing, and communication with parents is excellent. We're regularly kept updated and made to feel involved, which makes a big difference. It really does feel like a supportive community rather than just a nursery.

Our son has been at N club for the last seven months and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice. The staff share daily photos and update his status regularly so we can have peace of mind that he is happy. His key person (Farah) is kind, caring and he now runs in to give her a cuddle when he sees her.

We have been amazed to see how much his development has come on since he started, and it's clear how much care the team put into every child. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend N Club to other parents.

I can't speak highly enough of N Reading. Our son is so happy there and the care and support he (and we!) receive on a daily basis is just wonderful. We really feel he's having the best start to life and are enjoying seeing all that he is learning to do along the way. N Reading should feel proud of the environment it's creating for our children!

Would highly recommend this nursery! The staff are incredibly kind and supportive, not only helping the children settle in but also making the transition into nursery life much easier for parents too.

We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of gifts for my daughter's birthday. It made her feel really special. We've also noticed a big difference in her development and confidence since starting here. Thank you to all the staff for the care and attention you give!

We are so happy with this nursery and the care my child receives. Even though my child only attends two days a week, the staff are always so warm, welcoming, and attentive.

It's clear that they genuinely care about the children and create a safe, happy environment. My child always enjoys going, and it's lovely to see how comfortable and supported they feel there.

Can't recommend this nursery enough! My son has been here for about 6 months now. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and always take their time to get to know you and your child. All the staff seem genuinely interested in supporting your child to learn and develop. It's always clean and tidy and the food they serve the children is very varied and always sounds/ looks delicious! Communication is great and I feel very at ease leaving my son there knowing he is getting well looked after.

I want to highlight how fantastic Lola has been. Rupert has always struggled with getting upset at drop off, which is difficult for him and myself. He's currently going through a patch of separation anxiety too, which doesn't help.

Over the last few weeks more often than not it's been Lola I hand him over to, I've noticed such an improvement, often with no tears at all. I can see she's really taken the time understand his personality and she knows exactly what to do to prevent the tears. Huge cuddles and a lovely warm persona! Obviously, all the wonderful activities he gets up to through the day are great, but most important for us is that he's with people he feels safe and comfortable with. It's makes such a difference to be able to drop him and know he's content.

They say it takes a village to raise a little one and I really do see the team in Rainforest, Ella, Sana and Lola as part of ours! They're all doing such a fantastic job with little ones who often have big emotions!

Overall, while we have serious concerns that we have raised, our son seems happy and has a strong bond with his room leader and some of the staff and management.

My son being Asd I was so nervous after not having the best experience with other Nusery but honestly I cannot express how amazing this nursery is down from the building itself to every single member of staff they are amazing caring and honestly I'm so lucky my son is surrounded by the amazing staff day to day the difference in him I won't ever be able to describe

N Family Club Reading is a wonderful nursery! The staff are dedicated, know my child well, and clearly enjoy their jobs. They do multiple arts and crafts activities every day that are linked to a theme, book, season etc, spend lots of time in the garden, and are calm and supportive all of the time. The food is healthy and varied. They definitely live up to the 'family club' aspect as well, with lots of events, support, and care for parents, too.
