N Family Club - Cobham

N Family Cobham have some absolute STARS working for them!

The other morning Sam walked in the entrance door at the same time as us and my daughter said "Sam!" And reached up to her for a hug. Even though Sam hadn't even gone upstairs to put her bag away she didn't hesitate to pick her up and take her into the room for me. I was hugely grateful especially as drop offs hadn't been easy that week.

Alex is always SO welcoming to my daughter and greets her with a huge smile and embrace every morning. We appreciate that so much.

I know how much my daughter loves Alex and Sam as I hear about them a lot on days she's not even at nursery! "Who shall we go and see today?" "Alex Sam!!"

When I collect my daughter on a Friday after she has been looked after by Letti she is always so happy and smiley and often talks about Letti all the way home.

We're really grateful to this Nursery.

We feel completely reassured knowing she is in such a safe, caring, and loving setting. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team for the dedication and effort they show every single day. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our little girl absolutely LOVES nursery. After preciously being at a different nursery we cannot put into words what a breath of fresh air N family has been. Our daughter's speech has come on leaps and bounds and just the overall experience has been incredible. If I could give 11/10 I would! Highly recommend.

We have had a brilliant experience with N Family Club Cobham since our daughter joined in September. The staff take great care in getting to know the children as individuals and do really fun, creative activities with them. We moved to the area and weren't sure how our daughter would adjust but the staff did a great job making this as seamless as possible. The food is excellent (much better than she has at home!) and they spend a lot of time outside in the garden which is a real bonus too.

We have had both our sons at N Family Club and we have just loved being here! What makes it so special is the team - they have been consistently caring and nurturing from the start; always doing their best to gather feedback and improve. Their hearts are clearly in the centre of what they do! My son is always happy to go in and he is always smiling when I pick him up. I also love how the team think of the parents and put on little extras like mothers' day 'grab and go' breakfast - so kind and thoughtful! It really does feel like a family here. Thank you N Cobham!

N family club Cobham really does live up to its Ofsted rating which is outstanding.

We have been at N Club Cobham for several months now. The quality of care and education for the children is excellent. The learning activities have been very good and we love the fact that children are encouraged to learn independent skills and to be outside when possible. We are very happy that the settles were handled well and everything about the administration of the nursery has made things very smooth for us as parents. Our only regret is that our son did not transfer here from his previous pre-school sooner! Thank you to all the staff and management, who are friendly, professional and helpful on all aspects. The menu is also excellent.

When searching for childcare after having your first baby, nerves and emotions are at an all time high. From the moment I first visited the nursery, I felt at ease; the cleanliness, safeguarding measures and learning environment alone won me over. What makes me content about the nursery are the genuine efforts taken to accommodate my son's diet and allergies and the empathetic/collaborative support to aid his development. I really do feel that the N Family are an extension of my own family, helping me to raise my son. When my son was finding it a bit difficult to initially settle in, the whole team constantly put me at ease and supported me through it - I won't ever forget it :). From the housekeepers to management to his key carers, everyone is amazing and genuinely wants my son and the other bubs to be the happiest and best versions of themselves. Thank you all :)

Our son started at N Cobham just after his first birthday and has been there for 2 months. As first time parents and being new to the area, we were very apprehensive about him starting nursery, but the staff couldn't have been more supportive, reassuring and welcoming to us all. They have really supported our son as he's settled into nursery, and they have helped his confidence and independence grow. Even in the short time that he's been there we've seen him develop and learn new skills.

Our son has built a great relationship with his key worker and other staff in the room. He thoroughly enjoys his time at nursery and participating in all of the different activities which are well thought out, varied and engaging. We love receiving updates and photos of what he's up to throughout the day! He also really enjoys the food!

We couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery; the staff are all brilliant and we feel confident that our son is well cared for there.

We've been really impressed with N Family Cobham from the very first time we visited. The staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming. My daughter started nursery at just 6 months old and I was a bit apprehensive because she was so young, but I was so reassured by N and she settled so well - she's always full of smiles for her key person and the whole team! I feel like everyone at N genuinely really cares, and they are really helping with my daughter's development. From the regular photo updates we receive she seems to have so much fun! Communication is always brilliant - the team are always super responsive. It feels like N have thought of everything, and follow through with doing what they say they are going to do - from making drop off easy and convenient, nutritious meals and snacks, daily outside time, sustainability initiatives (providing reusable wet bags, eco friendly nappies/wipes), regular deep cleans...the list goes on! I would highly recommend N Cobham!

The whole team comes across as respectful, caring, and genuinely dedicated to the children.

My 15-month-old daughter has been attending this nursery for about four months, and she seems to love it! We get updates every day of the activities the kids are doing, and in the pictures, she always seems very engaged. I think it's done a lot for her development. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are bright and have loads of toys and books for the kids to enjoy. Overall, very happy with our experience!

We have been so impressed with N Family Cobham since my son joined in September 2025. Having moved to the area, and left a nursery we were really happy with, I was anxious to see how he would settle in. We were met on his first day by a courtyard full of visiting farm animals which couldn't have been a better start for my animal-mad son! From there things continued to impress us, withhow well the Discoverers room is managed by Natasha and Cody and the friendliness of all the staff including Ayeesha, Angela and Evelyn. It really feels like home. Having spent some time in the Discoverers room while my son was settling in, I was so comforted by meeting the children who were all kind, gentle and curious - they had lots of questions for me, they are a lovely group of children and my son has some lovely friends, and I feel very confident dropping him off. ps the treats in the morning from the chef (croissants, banana bread, etc) are quite literally the icing on the cake!

I can't wait for my daughter to start here in January!

I stumbled across N Family Club Cobham and booked in a tour of the nursery. I was immediately impressed by the professionalism of the team and the warm and inviting nursery space. My son proceeded to join the nursery in the summer. As a first-time mum, leaving my child at a nursery was quiet a stressful and anxious period however the senior leadership team were great at providing me with the reassurance I needed and answering any queries I had. My son bonded with his key person throughout the first month and is thriving with his newfound friends in his room. The staff are friendly, welcoming and show genuine care in making you and your child's nursery experience the best it can be. I value the updates that are provided each day via the app and the time the staff take during pick ups to explain all the fun activities my son participated in. I would also note that the food menu provided to the children is top tier and by far the best I have seen in a nursery environment.

Our son has been with N since he was 14 months old. He is now 3.5 and we are so happy with the nursery! He absolutely loves it and runs in excited for his day.

We viewed a few in the area but N was the only one that ticked all of our boxes (we were particularly impressed with the food they offer the children compared to other nurseries).

The staff are amazing. He adores his key workers and room manager. He loves all of the activities they do from Forest school, visits to the care home, yoga, show and tell.

We couldn't recommend the nursery enough!
