Our son has been at N family Angel, since March and has really loved his time there. He has since learnt to walk, can say lots of words and is super social. Thank you to the staff for their fabulous work and caring nature. We are very happy parents!

My child spent 3.5 years at this nursery and has thrived. The staff, teachers and facilities are all amazing. We have been in a number of different rooms and with different teachers and they have all been great. There is a lovely energy in the nursery.

The meals she has are out of this world. In a short amount of time she has learnt so much makaton.

Cannot recommend n family Chertsey enough. My son has flourished in their care and has formed such strong connections with the staff. All the staff are incredibly nurturing towards the children and really go above and beyond to ensure the children's learning is exciting, varied and fun! Communication with parents is brilliant and the setting is always clean and welcoming. My son is leaving this term but we've already signed my second child up to N Chertsey.

Daughter joined N Hove 6 months ago and the difference in her is unbelievable. She has grown in confidence and is almost a completely different child. She is so happy and the staff have become a regular feature of her role play at home (in a good way!!) I could not have imagined the impact and just know that the environment, the kindness, care and patience shown to her daily is a huge factor in her exponential development. The range of activities, outside play, trips and time taken with the curriculum is unmatched. Would highly recommend N Hove

We love Hove N. Our son has been there for 18 months now and loves it. They have so much fun. The staff are all brilliant (thank you!). The other children and parents are lovely. All round fantastic experience.

We would highly recommend the nursery to any parents looking for a caring and friendly place for their child. We are very grateful to the whole team for everything they do.

The whole experience was just fantastic.

The thought put into settling him when he was very little. The great food cooked on premises.

Great staff with amazing experience and care for the kids.

Great learning activities and so fun as well as introducing good manners, table manners, following on toilet training.

The only downside is that admin is clearly understaffed and/or overwhelmed. So requests, queries, etc are not followed up as smoothly.

We couldn't recommend N Family highly enough. Our son started here when he was just six months old, and we've watched him grow from a baby into such a happy, curious and confident little boy.

Every room he's been part of has been fantastic, and the warmth, care and attention from the team throughout the years has been incredible. As first-time parents, leaving your baby at nursery is a huge step, but we always felt completely confident that he was happy, loved and in the best possible hands.

We've since had a second child and didn't hesitate for a second to choose N Family for him too - which probably says more than anything about how much we trust and value the team.

Choosing a nursery for your child is one of the biggest decisions you can make, and after 3.5 years at N Family West Hampstead (18mos-4.5yo), I cannot praise them enough. Leaving my son on day one was emotional, but leaving now is truly tearful,the incredible team makes all the difference. Management is warm, proactive, and prioritise staff retention so my son always felt secure. Starting with just one word, his English (2nd language) speech exploded here, he's now a confident, chatty fella! Through play, he gained so much general knowledge. The modern rooms, renovated garden, and cleanliness are outstanding & the food exquisite. Staff managed his respiratory needs with total care. The wonderful varied activities, forest school, PE, animal visits, museum trips, nursery events, sports days, and a lovely graduation-were fantastic. Communication is clear without being overwhelming. N West Hampstead has been a safe, welcoming home. I'm forever grateful and highly recommend them!

Fantastic nursery with very caring and nurturing staff. My son and daughter were very happy at N family West Hampstead from the ages of 3 - 4.5 and 1.5-2.5 respectively. The children are so well looked after and the team are so well organised, providing fresh nutritious meals all cooked on site and also planning thoughtful activities and weekly themes. The staff are very communicative with parents and we are updated daily. I also really like that staff address parents by their first names, not just 'mummy' or 'daddy' and the environment is very warm and friendly for all. There is a clear structure and routine that really helps the children progress and learn great social and behavioral skills.

I don't think there are enough words to express how grateful I am to the whole N Family team. My daughter has been with you for the past two years, and she has learned and grown so much during this time. A very special thank you to Ellie and Chelsea for all the love, care, patience and support you have given her. We truly appreciate everything you have done for her.

We had the most amazing 2 years at NFamily Club Chertsey! Would highly recommend to all families. The communication is fantastic, our daughter adored being there and I know will miss all the staff a lot! All the staff from front of house to the nursery room teachers and the chef have all been so wonderful and made our experience one that will be hard to beat! Thank you!

The environment is bright, clean, and full of engaging activities. In just a short time, we've seen real growth in her confidence, her vocabulary, and how comfortable she is playing alongside other children.

We honestly couldn't recommend N Family Nursery highly enough. They have been absolutely incredible with our little one and, as a family, we couldn't have asked for a more thoughtful, caring and supportive team.

My little boy has just started in the Cove room for 1 plus and is loving it. The whole process has been very smooth and easy, the staff are all lovely. I loved the little bag they receive too and the wet bag for clothes is brilliant! Really impressed so far, he is my 3rd child and best nursery we have had for all our kids!

Our child loves going to nursery and is developing so well! They're learning Makaton, working on their fine movement and general motricity. We couldn't be happier! The staff is very friendly, welcoming and genuinely seems to really care about the children. Highly recommend!

I looked around so many nurseries before visiting n family and as soon as we did we knew it was the right place for our first born. Each and every member of staff throughout the entire building is extremely professional and personable and always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable throughout the onboarding process and during each day of your child's attendance. The reports and updates you get as a parent are extremely reassuring and the quality of the food and play impressive. Most importantly the smile on my child's face as we walk through the door each morning says it all.

Our daughter started in The Jungle preschool room at 3 years old and has been there for the past 20minths. She started as a deeply shy and sensitive child, but her confidence has flourished and she has absolutely thrived in this setting. This is partly due to the mutually respectful and deeply meaningful relationships she has developed with her teachers here. We love the facilities, the food is absolutely fantastic but ultimately it's the people who have given our daughter such a fantastic start and she leaves in a great place to begin her school journey. From the patient, caring and attentive staff, to the healthy and delicious food, fantastic facilities filled with creative, enriching and educational toys, and the spacious garden - every aspect of the nursery has contributed to her development into a balanced, kind, social and inquisitive child.

The staff are approachable and genuinely take the time to listen. We appreciated the helpful daily feedback and the fact that they were always willing to hear and take our questions and concerns on board. It gave us great confidence knowing that our daughter was not only well cared for, but truly known and understood.

And, of course, there is the added bonus of the most delicious pastries, freshly baked on the premises for parents in the morning!

We are sad to leave N Family, but grateful for everything they have given our daughter and for the wonderful memories she has made there.
