Overall Experience
N Club Wandsworth is a wonderful nursery, and choosing it for our son has been one of the best decisions we've made. He started in the Garden Room last year, and we have been incredibly happy with his experience.
The teachers take the time to really get to know both the children and their families, and it's clear how much they genuinely care. The daily feedback we receive is fantastic, and the team always makes time at pick-up to share how his day has been and discuss his progress.

Thank you all so much for making our son's first year at nursery such a happy, positive, and memorable experience. We are truly grateful for the care, support, and dedication you show every day.

Overall Experience

You can only truly judge whether a nursery is great by seeing how your child feels about going there every day. My son always woke up excited and happy to attend, which spoke volumes about the environment. The quality of the staff is outstanding-they are caring, professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to the children's well-being and development. Their warmth and commitment gave us complete confidence and made our experience exceptionally positive.

Overall Experience
The N Family Club has been a wonderful nursery for our son, and we've had a really positive experience from day one. The staff are kind, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. They took the time to get to know our son and helped us all feel welcome from the start.
When our son joined in March, he found the transition a little difficult but the team was incredibly patient and supportive, and they quickly helped him feel safe, settled, and happy. It wasn't long before he was excited to go in each morning.

The range of activities the children take part in is great. From dinosaur hunts and spa days to learning how to care for ducklings, there's always something fun and engaging going on.He's learned so much and he made great relationships with both the staff and other children. Seeing him smile at both drop-off and pick-up says it all. I would recommend theN Family Club to other families looking for a high quality nursery.

Overall Experience

We joined the N family in January in the toddler/pre-school group, and thanks to the wonderful support from the team, our son settled in very quickly. What has impressed us most is the incredible variety of activities planned by the room carers for the children. Everything is so thoughtfully organised, with activities carefully linked to the stories they read together, followed by creative projects, songs, and even occasional trips and external visits. It creates such an engaging and enriching environment for the children to learn and enjoy.

Overall Experience

My daughter who is now 18 months has been going there since 9 months. I am very happy with this nursery. Her key worker (Hannah) and the rest of the staff team in her class have always listened to us and tried to accomodate flexibility with things like naps. They organise so many fun and interesting activities for the toddlers, including things we would never think at home. The communication from the house staff/managers (Cat, Rhys. Morven and Nadya) to parents has been very good and they are always ready for feedback to see how to improve things. The menu and outdoor space is excellent. You really get the feeling that the staff here really care and I really trust this nursery. My daughter seems really happy here!

Overall Experience

The resources and equipment are gorgeous, the care they receive is great and they have incredible nutritious meals. Great outside area just wish it was bigger and a tad more natural with such lovely fields around but they do also go on nature walks and trips to the park.

Emma is Jesse's key person and we are so happy with the care, food and environment that he gets at the nursery. Jesse loves being here and is developing really well. The facilities here are really great. So happy.

Overall Experience

N Family has been the best experience not just for my child but also us as parents. The staff from the moment you walk in they are beyond helpful and always happy to greet upon arrival. The staff fully support any situation or concerns we may share with them and always try their best to help. Thank you N Family for being the best nursery for our daughter. Compared to other nurseries I have experienced which I have thoroughly enjoyed, N Familh by far out weighs them in many ways.

Overall Experience
We have been hugely impressed with N Family Club since our son started in February.
From front of house, the kitchen and management - everyone makes the effort to get to know each and every child and my son is always greeted so warmly in the morning, even by the staff who don't work in his room. It really does feel like a little family.
Our child's key worker, Nikki, is super supportive and our son has formed a very strong bond with her. She shows him so much care and love - we really couldn't ask for more as parents. We are kept up to date regularly throughout the day on the app and the staff always make sure to spend time chatting at pick up to share how the day has gone. All of the staff in Cove are brilliant - Emma and Paige are also amazing with our son (even on those tricky drop off mornings when he gets upset).

We are so glad we chose N Family Club for our son and cannot recommend it enough to other families.

Overall Experience

Our daughter started nursery in Feb 26, it has been a pleasure to watch her grow and develop. The staff in her room are kind and caring, always taking the time to tell us how our daughter's day has been. It has been lovely to watch our daughter's bond grow with her key person Nikki, she is always happy to she her! We appreciate all the daily updates showing how she is progressing week on week.

Overall Experience
We are extremely happy with N Family Club Bishops Stortford. Our son has been attending since March and has settled in really well, which has given us great peace of mind
We love the app, which provides detailed updates on his food intake, naps, nappy changes and daily activities. Communication from the nursery is excellent, and we always feel informed about how he is doing.
The food is fantastic - healthy, varied and nutritious, and it's great to see him exposed to such a wide range of foods.
Since starting, our son has developed so much, and we feel the nursery has played a huge part in that. The staff are caring, attentive and have taken the time to get to know both him and our family, which gives the nursery a really personal feel.

We would highly recommend N Family Club Bishops Stortford to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive nursery.

Overall Experience
We couldn't be happier with the care and support our son has received at N Family Bishops Stortford. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in the children's happiness and development. From day one, they made us feel comfortable and reassured, and our son absolutely loves going in every day.
We've seen such a positive change in his confidence, social skills, and learning since starting here. The activities are always engaging, creative, and educational, and it's clear how much effort the team puts into creating a safe and nurturing environment.

Communication with parents is excellent, and it's lovely to see regular updates and photos of everything the children get up to. We're so grateful for all the care, attention, and support they provide. We would highly recommend N Family to any parent looking for a warm, friendly, and professional setting for their child.

Overall Experience

We have had such a positive experience at N Angel. The team are the perfect balance of professional and friendly/playful/approachable. The nursery communications are regular and clear and consistent - keeping parents informed on activities, accidents and of children who are sick. The kids are exposed to adventurous food which has helped our son become a good eater. Their curriculum and activities are balanced and educational and very creative. I have felt fully comfortable leaving our son all day from just 10 months old. We are extremely grateful for the experience we and our son have had at N.

We are pleased with N Family Club Angel Nursery. Our child is happy there, engaged, and looks forward to attending. The team puts a lot of thought into the activities, which are varied and support the children's development and interests.
The menu is good, with a range of nutritious meals that our child enjoys. We also appreciate the regular updates and communication, which help us stay connected to our child's day and progress.
The nursery is consistently clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Most importantly, the staff are friendly, caring, and approachable, and it's clear they care about the children.

We would recommend N Family Club Angel to any parent looking for a nurturing, engaging, and professional nursery.

The staff are great, the front of house are so welcoming and friendly, the teachers are very caring.

The children are all playing and learning all day and not just being sat in front of a screen.

There are snacks to grab in the morning at drop off which is great for mornings where you don't have time to eat!

We are very glad to find this nursery.

Overall Experience

An absolutely outstanding nursery. The staff are so well supported are resourced by the corporate infrastructure that they are really able to focus on caring for the children in small groups, giving this a family feel even on a larger scale. The management team is clearly experienced at recruiting staff who are passionate about what they do, and giving them the resources to do it to an outstanding level. My child has thrived here.
