N Family Club - Harborne

Despite all the fun, they are fantastic with preschool subjects. They've made the transition to Reception feel easy by building those 'big school' foundations through play. It's the perfect balance of a professional setting and a home away from home. We can't recommend them enough-thank you for looking after Maryam so well!

My daughter loves her time here- the kindness, professionalism, and genuine attention she receives by the staff makes the world of difference and I'm truly grateful for the care and dedication shown every step of the way.

My children have been at N for a year, and it has truly been the most supportive and welcoming nursery. Every member of staff is so warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They always go out of their way to help and make families feel comfortable.

Management is just as wonderful - approachable, kind, and always open to ideas or concerns. I also appreciate the lovely touches like offering parents breakfast and hot drinks, and the parents' room has even given me space to get work done when needed.

As a first-time mum, I was so anxious about leaving my little one, but the reassurance, patience, and understanding we've received through every stage and family situation has meant so much. The stay-and-play sessions are such a joy and give me precious moments to bond with my children at nursery. Their Christmas event was magical, and the effort they put in was incredible.

I am truly grateful to have a place here. I'll always speak highly of the nursery, the wonderful staff!

I adore N Family - my child is happy , well looked after and given the attention and care any parent could wish for! I would recommend this nursery to everyone, after seeing lots of others nothing compares!

Management team are very approachable, and have made me feel comfortable when communicating. They pay attention to detail, and respond to emails promptly.

The staff in the nursery rooms are very accommodating to my children's needs, and are very respectful. They implement my family values into the children's day at nursery, and also incorporate second language the children are learning. They communicate on the app promptly and keep me updated throughout the day - I love the daily pictures of activities.

My children are always presented well, and are clean with freshly changed nappies when picking up ready for the journey home.

My daughter looks forward to going to nursery, and is happy. This is so reassuring and I'm able to continue with my day, knowing that she's excited to attend, and I'll be kept updated on the app. Highly recommend N family Harborne!!

I had visited many nurseries prior to N Harborne, when I visited N I knew it was the place for my son. Settling in sessions/meeting my son's keyworker was an easy process & on his first official day he walked in as if he had been there for years. All staff are welcoming, attentive, supportive & happy to answer/discuss any questions/concerns you may have. They keep you updated on the family app/ handover at each pick up. Staff know you & child by name, & nothing is ever too much trouble including emergency swap days/ad hoc days. Nursery is very modern, very clean, spacious with plenty of activities to keep your child occupied including playing outside in the garden. You can sign out reading books. Sensory room is fab, I know my son loves this room whether it's for learning/quiet time. The food menu offers a great choice, the kitchen staff are happy for any dietary requirements & the food tastes amazing. The welcome pack for both child/ parent is a lovely touch including the parent room.

It has been an absolute joy watching my son grow, learn, and thrive in such a positive and enriching environment.

The place is clean and tidy. I am really happy we chose this place. I have recommended this place for my niece when she is ready to go nursery.

Outstanding care. My little one has thoroughly enjoyed being here. He was very shy to begin with being the only child. It was very difficult for us to find the right amount of exposure, but this Nursery has been extremely helpful and caring. The management is very helpful and accommodative.

Amazing nursery. My toddler has been here since she was 1 and she has built so much confidence snd social skills. Staff team are amazing and they keep you updated on the nursery app. Highly recommend N Family Club!

Cannot speak highly enough of this nursery, my daughter absolutely adores it. There are so many different activities for her to do daily and there is a huge variety of food on offer each week for her meals. All the staff are brilliant, they all know every child and parent by name. So happy we picked this nursery, we have no regrets!

I visited many nurseries when deciding on where to send my daughter. N Family Club Harborne nursery really stood out for me. It was spacious, well kept, toys and furniture were largely wooden, and the garden looked like a great space for kids to enjoy. My daughter has been going here for over a year now and the staff are amazing. Each day, my daughter is so excited for nursery and happily trots into her room to meet her key workers and her little friends, and she has the best time. I enjoy seeing the updates on the app each day and I love the little debrief of her day that I get from staff each evening when I pick her up. They are so attentive and inventive with the variety of activities they put on for the children. The food menu is amazing and my daughter is a good eater and has developed a diverse palate as a result. My daughter is so happy here and I have recommended it to so many friends who have subsequently sent their children here and are so pleased that they did.

Overall, I couldn't be happier! A huge thank you to N Family Harborne for making this transition so easy and for being truly wonderful.

Our son has been with N Family for 7 months now and it is hands down the best decision we have ever made. As first-time parents, we had all the emotions about the whole idea but knew if we found the right one, he'd thrive and that is exactly what has materialised. N Family is more than just a nursery, by way of being part of our son's life, they are an extension of our family and it truly feels like this from every drop-off, to every pickup we feel like we're stepping into a family home where everyone from the front house team to the educators and everyone in-between great us with warm welcomes and fill our hearts with stories from the day. At N Family, you aren't just a number, you are greeted by name and even the cleaner, yes the cleaner! knows our son's name. Accidents aren't hidden behind, they are a given and N Family are honest and transparent here.
