N Family Club - Codsall is a stunning setting surrounded by nature, and is conveniently located within a short distance of numerous local business districts and Wolverhampton City Centre, ideal for working parents in the area.

The nursery has been freshly redecorated and features bright, spacious playrooms, a specialist sensory room to support yoga and mindfulness, and a huge natural garden to explore with a trained Forest School specialist. To make family life that little bit easier, N Codsall has a large car park to facilitate easy drop-offs and pick-ups.

All nursery meals are seasonal, cooked fresh on-site and have been designed with the help of Laura Matthews – formerly Head of Nutrition at Jamie Oliver. For parents, there is a dedicated front-of-house team, a parents’ area and breakfast bar and access to an online programme of events.

N Family Club are on a mission to rethink early years. They have designed their own curriculum, unique to N and totally bespoke to each child. N want to ensure that every child reaches their full potential and is prepared to thrive in this busy and ever-changing world. It includes subjects such as yoga, Spanish, cookery, science, art, and global citizenship. And, in order to provide the best possible learning environment, N invest in their team's development via their in-house training scheme, The N Academy.

My grandson is very settled and happy. Every time I have picked him up he has been handed over to me with a great big smile on his face which is very reassuring. The staff are all very pleasant, caring and approachable, nothing seems too much trouble. I am always amazed when I receive photos at the
obvious amount of time and effort that has gone into the varied crafts and activities. All the children seem engaged and enjoying what they are doing. The amount of time the children spend outside is lovely to see and the outside space is a real asset. To sum up, I am very happy that my grandchild is in very safe hands and loves his time spent at nursery. This is very reassuring. Karen (grandparent)

We are absolutely over the moon with our experience at N Family! Our 2-year-old daughter has been attending for a couple of months now, and watching her truly thrive has been the highlight of our year.
From day one, it was clear that the team here is exceptional. They aren't just 'staff'-they are wonderful,

My eldest son has been going here for 2.5 years and my youngest started a month ago and we couldn't recommend it more. My eldest is getting ready for school and he's going to be really well prepared. He's made huge leaps forward with things like maths and spelling and I think he's going to have a real
head start come September. Our youngest has just started but he's settled in so well. He's already built great connections with the team and drop offs/pick ups are really smooth and tear free.
All the staff are great and really helpful. We live near the nursery and often bump into many of them around the village so they very much feel part of the community. We'll be sad when our eldest goes to school, but we're very grateful we still have a couple more years at N family Codsall.

I feel incredibly grateful to have my child attending this nursery. From the very beginning, the care, warmth and genuine kindness shown by all of the staff has been outstanding.
She is always happy to attend and comes home full of stories about her day, which speaks volumes about how safe, secure
and nurtured she feels in the setting. The team create a calm and welcoming environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn and grow at their own pace.
I have seen such lovely progress in her confidence, early reading and number skills, as well as in her social development and independence. She particularly enjoys creative activities and story time, and it is clear that the staff take time to understand each child's individual interests.
Communication is always clear and supportive, and I truly appreciate the care taken to keep me informed about her development and wellbeing.

My daughter is loving her time at N, she's always talking about new things she learnt and who she's played with. Both of my daughters now go to this nursery, and they both absolutely love it. They go into nursery smiling and happy every morning. The staff are amazing, so kind, caring and willing to help however they can. It really has achieved the family feel, it strives to achieve. I shall always be greatful

This is a wonderful nursery and an excellent start for any child who attends.
My 20 month old has been here 6 months and it has been 5* from his 1st day.
The staff are absolutely brilliant, they are attentive and caring. My son was recently unwell at the setting and the staff couldn't have handled
it any better. They were competent and thorough with his care and provided clear communication and verbal handover on pick-up (although the app was updated as well).
There is no better nursery in this area from our experience. Thank you NFamily for the service you provide.

What an absolutely wonderful nursery. My son has been here for over two years and we all love it. The staff are all super friendly and extremely helpful. The regular updates on the App are really helpful throughout the day and it's wonderful to see so many photos from the day of all their experiences.
We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery and would recommend to everyone.

It is understandable that children frequently become unwell in a nursery environment. However, rather than contacting parents to collect sick children, I witnessed the nursery give paracetamol and allowing the children to remain, which inevitably contributed to the spread of illness among others.
We
provided the required two months notice, yet were still charged the full fees even though our child did not attend the nursery during the notice period. While this was technically in line with the contract, enforcing it in full felt short-sighted and inflexible.
The nursery incentivised parents to leave positive 5 star reviews by offering entry into a prize draw to win a chocolat hamper, which is a clear breach of Day Nurseries policies.

Children becoming unwell is unfortunately part of nursery life, and their well-being is always our main priority. We follow a clear illness policy and use our traffic light system to monitor how children are feeling throughout the day. Paracetamol is only given with written parental consent and when a child is otherwise well enough to participate in nursery life, for example, for teething discomfort or a mild temperature managed according to NHS or GP advice. If a child is not well enough to join in comfortably, families are contacted to collect them. Regarding fees during the notice period, our terms and conditions are shared at registration and applied consistently. We understand this may feel frustrating, it allows us to plan staffing and provide stable care for all children. We value all feedback, whether positive or constructive, as it helps us reflect and improve. We have also reached out to see if we can meet to discuss.

We've been really happy with this nursery and, most importantly, so is our son. The staff are absolutely amazing - kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. I feel like we have a great relationship with the staff, and our son absolutely loves them.
The only small downside for us is that the food isn't
organic, which would have been our preference. That said, the meals are still well prepared and our son enjoys them.
Overall, it's a wonderful nursery with an incredible team, and we feel very confident leaving our child in their care.

Our son Arun has been a member of this nursery since 12 months of age, and he's now approaching his 4th birthday. The activities are playful and encourage group participation, aswell as independant play. It's a great balance, which offers variety and diversity.


He enjoys going, and on the odd occasion

where he's not keen, the nursery team are on hand to encourage and nurture him.


The layout of the nursery is pretty straight forward, the hand overs are detailed, whilst the app keeps us updated during the day. Feedback is sought after, and genuinely considered. Communications are smooth and I don't find myself chasing information or missing any events.


The team at codsall provide such a caring environment, we're currently in the cove, and the team work ethic we see from the ladies shows in the nature of the activities they plan.

Our eldest joined N in Feb 2023 and our youngest joined in Mar 2025 and it is by far the best decision we have ever made. Both boys have absolutely thrived and are succeeding in all areas of their nursery journeys. All the staff are so attentive and always help us and the boys with everything thats
needed.
Feeling quite emotional that our eldest is graduating in the new year as he just loves his days at nursery, but we are so grateful for all of the help towards school readiness.

My son had started NFamily in September and I was sceptical at first due to the fact he had never been left with anyone apart from one other family member.  Rest assured I was reassured and knew he was in safe hands when meeting the staff in the baby room where my son is located.  I am always kept up
to date with anything can see what he has been doing on a daily basis and if I need to get in touch with anyone the app is very efficient.  I can't sing enough praises to NFamily.  I love seeing my child flourish and evolve as he is getting older and Nfamily play a huge part in this.

I have been working in the Early Years sector for nearly 20 years. My passion and determination to offer the best in the Early Years are what have guided me through different roles within the nursery sector. Previous opportunities have given me vast knowledge and experience, which I am passionate about sharing with my team to help support their ongoing learning and self-development to ensure we can provide the best learning opportunities and create memories for our little superstars.


I have been a volunteer for the British Red Cross (less now I have my children) for nearly 30 years. I am frequently on the front line offering transport and escort to and from hospitals for non-urgent patients, as well as providing medical cover at large concerts and events.


The skills I have learned in my time with them have been extremely transferable to my job, such as being a safeguarding trainer, having a high level of first aid knowledge and as an event manager, I am able to take control of any situation. I am pretty calm in a crisis!


As a mum of 2 beautiful girls, I have a busy home life. But as a family, we enjoy camping, walking and a good movie night!


The Bright Minds family are all very dedicated to their roles. We pride ourselves on being the best we can possibly be. Being a Nursery Manager is not just a job for me, it’s part of my life, we are like one big family here!
