N Family Club - Whetstone

My son absolutely loves attending nursery, and I've seen such amazing growth in both his knowledge and vocabulary since he started. The staff are all wonderful, approachable, and always happy to discuss any questions or concerns parents may have. I would definitely recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring and supportive environment in the area - our experience has been fantastic.

We chose N Whetstone after initially embarking on the settling transition at a different nursery. Our daughter has now been at N for 9 months and we can wholeheartedly say that we are glad we did.

The facilities are modern, spacious and clean. The communication (via the app) is comprehensive and frequent, the termly reports are highly detailed and bespoke to our child's development, and the curriculum is carefully structured. We are often delightfully surprised to hear words or skills she has developed from nursery.

Ultimately, the difference for us is the level of care. Our daughter loves the staff in her room and speaks about them constantly at home. Often, in the everyday battles of getting changed and out the door, it is mentioning the prospect of seeing the staff that excites her. We know she feels safe with them, seen as an individual and supported in her learning and wellbeing. As parents, it is all we can ask for!

Really welcoming staff who are incredibly supportive and accommodating to both my wife and me, and it is such a modern and clean environment. We were initially unsure of the process regarding settling in days, however all of the staff members took the time to explain to us how the process would work and answered all of our questions. Our son loves going to nursery with lots of activities throughout the day. We feel he is incredibly well looked after with regular updates given to us throughout the day as well as a summary of his day when we pick him up. The ability to book extended hours on occasion is incredibly helpful as well.

We have had a really wonderful time getting settled in at N and cannot recommend them highly enough. Everyone from the management to the educators to the kitchen team routinely go above and beyond to make N a very special community which I feel lucky to be part of. We have really noticed a big difference with our daughter's development and confidence and that's thanks to N!

Since our daughter joined the nursery, we have been amazed by the structure, the warmth, the modernity of the nursery ! The facilities are so modern and offer a fantastic curriculum from Black History to Jewish celebrations to yoga and cooking classes! The menu is delicious and so healthy with a lot of vegan options. On the overall, we are absolutely delighted with this nursery and our daughter loves going there.

Exceptionally kind, understanding, and professional nursery staff and management. As first-time parents, we weren't sure what to expect with settling in and the overall process, but the experience has been better than we could have ever hoped for. We feel completely at ease leaving our child in their care and really value the detailed updates and communication we receive. First and foremost everyone is very warm & genuinely made you feel welcome.

The app was amazing and kept you updated on how your child was progressing each day. With regards to the development of our child it was spectacular. Speech etc.

I would definitely recommend. The only reason we are moving is as we are moving house.

The reception team is very friendly, and the nursery app is great for seeing updates and photos of how your child is getting on during the day. I couldn't be happier with the care and attention they provide and my little one is very happy.

We've been sending our son to N Family for 7 months. The staff are excellent and clearly care. We're really impressed by the range of activities and food, which has helped his development. There is a nice community feel to the nursery. We receive regular updates and photos throughout the day on how he is doing.

Our son loves the nursery, his teachers & friends. The room staff are very caring & children love them especially one lady. Kids are often engaged in arts & cooking classes as well as various activities. They also go to the local park & enjoy the outdoor space. The nusery is open to feedback & management is open for suggestions. Overall we are very happy with N Family.

When our daughter was admitted to hospital, the support we received was exceptional. They were genuinely caring, kept in touch, and made a difficult time feel less overwhelming. Our daughter absolutely loves going-she talks about her educators with such affection and even asks for them on weekends. That level of trust and attachment reassures us that she feels safe and valued. As parents, we couldn't ask for more. The nursery is more than just a place of learning-it's a community that has supported our entire family. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a nurturing and professional early years setting.

We've been really impressed by N family Whetstone - the staff have all been very professional and the types of activities they do with the children even from a very young age is great - much more adventurous stuff than most parents would do at home. The food menu always look very impressive and the children look very happy when you see them at drop off or pick up.

Our son has been going to N Family for 6 months now and he loves it. The staff are really warm and caring. They always organise daily engaging, interesting and stimulating activities. They also have regular trips to parks, supermarkets, train stations etc. We can see that he has bonded with the staff, he is making friends and is always happy there. They are also really open and provide a lot of information and updates regarding our son's day and progress.

After a rocky start at N Whetstone two years ago, I have seen a marked improvement to the care, support, learning, range of activities that my child receives. The leadership of the interim manager of N has changed the culture, the vision of the nursery. She attentively listens, is solution focused and holds accountability. The staff are only as good as the management and leadership. My child is happy and enjoys going in, he has made lovely friends, we love hearing all the wonderful things he has learned each day. The chefs are amazing, they work so hard to provide nutritional meals, the whole nursery is very clean. Keep up the good work N Whetstone.

I am extremely happy with how my son has been cared for and looked after at N Family. The facilities are modern and clean and the menus make me feel a bit jealous I'm not getting the same for my meals! Most importantly, the staff are fantastic - they are friendly and caring and clearly take the job of looking after the most important things in our lives incredibly seriously. They have raised things with us whenever they have had questions or just wanted to flag something that they have noticed as he spends a large amount of time in their care - it is a true collaboration. I am expecting my second child and they will join him at N Family when we are back at work, no questions asked.

My son has been in the baby room since January and my Daughter attended for 2 years before she left for school last September. The staff are really friendly and both my children have grown close bonds with many of the management and team there (My daughter still always wants to pick up my son to see them) Getting the photos and updates throughout the day and pictures of him having so much fun is so lovely to see and gives me peace of mind when at work. I am very happy with N Family Whetstone
