N Family is a top-notch nursery. Teachers, staff, management, everyone is welcoming, knowledgable, professional and responsive. You get a great summary while you're picking up your kid every day, including the day's highlights which shows they observe closely and they do care. Whenever you call, you
get a response (and a proper assistance). If you escalate a problem, they take it seriously. Very clean at all times, great kitchen, a lot time spend in the garden every day. You get a lot of updates during the day via the app. You have absolute piece of mind. Can't recommend enough

Our son has started N Family Twickenham West in June. He settled in smoothly thanks to all the support he got from his lovely teachers and staff. Our son is so happy at Twickenham West N Family Nursery. The team provide wonderful, engaging activities that have helped him progress so much, and it's clear how much thought and care they put into each day. He especially loves all the time spent outdoors in the garden, it's always a highlight for
him.
We also really appreciate the warm, family-like atmosphere. The nursery has an intimate, home-from-home feel, and the staff make every child feel genuinely cared for and supported. The variety of nutritious meals they offer is another big plus - our son enjoys the food.
We feel completely confident knowing he's in such a nurturing, welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

My baby is so happy here. He gets excited in the morning when I tell him we're going to the nursery. The team is amazing - they're so friendly, and I feel like they're family. My baby comes to the nursery so happily, and I'm really happy with them. I truly believe I chose the right nursery for us.

N Family Twick West have been nothing but excellent for us and our son in his settling in period over the last month. When we were looking for nurseries we had no idea what to expect as this is our first time, but we had a great feeling about N Family as soon as we walked in that we hadn't felt with
other nurseries.
For us as parents they have been very supportive and understanding of the transition and we have great confidence in knowing our son is in safe and happy hands. He has taken some time to get used to the change but all the staff (and especially his key worker) have been so kind and patient and reassuring over this period it's no wonder he now seems happy and settled there.
It seems like a really lovely, caring and already educational environment which we are more than happy for our son to be a part of.

We are so happy with our son going to nursery at N Family Twickenham West. The staff there are absolutely amazing. They were so supportive during the settling in process - my son found it tricky at the start, and not only does he now love his day and all the activities, they were so supportive to us
as parents. They give frequent comms on the app, which means you know exactly how your little one is getting on throughout the day. It's so comforting to know your child is being looked after by people who are so passionate about what they do - it's such a calm environment and the team are obviously experts at what they do. We feel really lucky to have found a place that our son will thrive in.

Amazing Nursery!

I have two boys at N Family club and I can't speak highly enough of the care that they receive there.
The team are lovely and go above and beyond to make sure the children are well looked after and get lots of variety in terms of activities etc.

Such a wonderful nursery. Our girl started in September and absolutely loves it.
The staff are fantastic. They really know her and support her by setting up activities built to help in areas she wants to develop in. Since joining she's suddenly started to recognise letters and can even count in Spanish!
The
facilities are fantastic as everything is brand new but what's really great is how welcome you are as a parent to come in during drop off, or at an event the team put on, it really helps you feel involved.

I am very happy with this nursery. My son settled in quickly, which is no surprise as the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The environment is clean, organised and engaging inside and out, and they spend a lot of time in the garden. I am impressed with the outings that are organised for the children
and how enthusiastic the team are to take them. The communication is great, the app is updated consistently during the day. The menu is also amazing. Best of all, my son is so happy here!

A lovely and welcoming nursery. The team take so much care to settle children (and parents). We feel reassured our son is safe and has lots of fun with the team and his lovely key worker. The team keep parents well informed, is willing to support home schedules and really get to know the babies.

The nursery has been nothing but amazing to my daughter and family.
The facilities are impeccable with a Montessori approach and clean aesthetics making the rooms inviting and calming as soon as you step inside. They are bright with natural bright and are surrounded by the nature of their gardens,
which provide a peaceful environment for the children.
The staff has been supportive during the settlement session with her and also with us as parents (there is even an area for us to have coffee and get some baked goods or fruits). Once settled, I have to say that the team continues to be nothing but wonderful, they are patient and really dedicated to our daughter, from supporting her through the daily activities to cuddling her so she will be able to nap one day that she was overtired due to a bad night of sleep. They have also a small library on which you can borrow books.
Management has been efficient in every aspect and supportive while clarifying doubts or giving us recommendations.

I couldn't be happier with N Family Club. I transitioned my daughter to this nursery after we moved house. The nursery set-up means it's got gorgeous natural light throughout and has a Montessori/Scandinavian aesthetic which instantly calms you when you walk in. The communication from staff from viewing
the nursery, throughout enrolment and to now has been second to none. The staff are all incredibly friendly, professional and approachable and we always feel welcomed when we arrive. The app that they use for communication is really effective and I love that I'm able to see when my daughter is in the garden which is fabulous and my daughter loves to tell me that it's her favourite part of nursery. So far, the curriculum and what my daughter has been learning has really impressed me and the N Extras such as yoga and Spanish are fantastic. I love the sense of community with N and look forward to my 9-month-old son starting in the next month.

We recently moved our daughter across to N Family Twickenham West from N Family Twickenham as it is closer to where we live. The staff have made every effort to ensure a smooth transition and our daughter has been loving all of the beautiful wooden toys, books and the lovely garden. She has also enjoyed
getting stuck into some forest school activities.

After visiting for an Open Day, I was happy to sign up for the 'Stay and Play' sessions. My grandson benefitted hugely from these sessions on a Friday morning (approx 10).
The staff were always welcoming and attentive to him as soon as he arrived, he was given opportunities for child led play and staff
quickly picked up on his interests and abilities. There were lots of activities set up, sand, painting, imaginative play areas such as kitchens, and cosy corners. All children were encouraged to join in with staff led activities such as yoga, Spanish and forest school.
My grandson enjoyed it all and grew in confidence over the weeks, he became calmer, focused and was happy to be there.
The nursery is new and has many facilities, my grandson spent a lot of time playing happily in the garden which is set up for all of the children who attend whatever their age and ability.
I got the impression that my grandson would be safe here and staff would encourage him to develop at his own pace.
