N Family Club - Twickenham West

We were in-trusted with our grandson whilst his parents were away on holiday. I took him to the nursery every morning and he happily went along. Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and I marvelled at the fabulous menu choices and listened to the great plans they had for the children. When I collected him he was happy and had obviously had a lovely day. On the one occasion when he was unwell they looked after him until I arrived (he was fine the next day). I feel the nursery is giving him the best possible start in life and is an investment in his future.

This Nursery is absolutely incredible. Our son loves it! They have daily activities teaching even the youngest children and babies. Playing outside when it's warm, always having sun cream applied before going out, great variety of different healthy food and snacks. The staff are incredible, Hannah is caring and excellent with the children. Sunny at the front of the desk is great too. Management is excellent with good oversight and very high standards maintained throughout the nursery. Camera monitoring in each room. My wife and I were worried in the beginning as child was so young when he joined but he is flourishing there. The nursery is clean and brilliantly maintained.

We love the daily updates provided including how much child has eaten, changes, pictures of him taking part in activities. N Family Club Twickenham West really is the best Nursery we could have hoped for and we're so happy we chose it over the others.

N Family is a top-notch nursery. Teachers, staff, management, everyone is welcoming, knowledgable, professional and responsive. You get a great summary while you're picking up your kid every day, including the day's highlights which shows they observe closely and they do care. Whenever you call, you get a response (and a proper assistance). If you escalate a problem, they take it seriously. Very clean at all times, great kitchen, a lot time spend in the garden every day. You get a lot of updates during the day via the app. You have absolute piece of mind. Can't recommend enough

Our son has started N Family Twickenham West in June. He settled in smoothly thanks to all the support he got from his lovely teachers and staff. He has been enjoying the nursery which has helped him develop quickly and significantly. He is happy and motivated to join his friends every day which makes us happy as a family. Thank you so much.

My baby is so happy here. He gets excited in the morning when I tell him we're going to the nursery. The team is amazing - they're so friendly, and I feel like they're family. My baby comes to the nursery so happily, and I'm really happy with them. I truly believe I chose the right nursery for us.

It seems like a really lovely, caring and already educational environment which we are more than happy for our son to be a part of.

We are so happy with our son going to nursery at N Family Twickenham West. The staff there are absolutely amazing. They were so supportive during the settling in process - my son found it tricky at the start, and not only does he now love his day and all the activities, they were so supportive to us as parents. They give frequent comms on the app, which means you know exactly how your little one is getting on throughout the day. It's so comforting to know your child is being looked after by people who are so passionate about what they do - it's such a calm environment and the team are obviously experts at what they do. We feel really lucky to have found a place that our son will thrive in.

The team are lovely and go above and beyond to make sure the children are well looked after and get lots of variety in terms of activities etc.

The facilities are fantastic as everything is brand new but what's really great is how welcome you are as a parent to come in during drop off, or at an event the team put on, it really helps you feel involved.

I am very happy with this nursery. My son settled in quickly, which is no surprise as the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The environment is clean, organised and engaging inside and out, and they spend a lot of time in the garden. I am impressed with the outings that are organised for the children and how enthusiastic the team are to take them. The communication is great, the app is updated consistently during the day. The menu is also amazing. Best of all, my son is so happy here!

A lovely and welcoming nursery. The team take so much care to settle children (and parents). We feel reassured our son is safe and has lots of fun with the team and his lovely key worker. The team keep parents well informed, is willing to support home schedules and really get to know the babies.

Management has been efficient in every aspect and supportive while clarifying doubts or giving us recommendations.

I couldn't be happier with N Family Club. I transitioned my daughter to this nursery after we moved house. The nursery set-up means it's got gorgeous natural light throughout and has a Montessori/Scandinavian aesthetic which instantly calms you when you walk in. The communication from staff from viewing the nursery, throughout enrolment and to now has been second to none. The staff are all incredibly friendly, professional and approachable and we always feel welcomed when we arrive. The app that they use for communication is really effective and I love that I'm able to see when my daughter is in the garden which is fabulous and my daughter loves to tell me that it's her favourite part of nursery. So far, the curriculum and what my daughter has been learning has really impressed me and the N Extras such as yoga and Spanish are fantastic. I love the sense of community with N and look forward to my 9-month-old son starting in the next month.

We recently moved our daughter across to N Family Twickenham West from N Family Twickenham as it is closer to where we live. The staff have made every effort to ensure a smooth transition and our daughter has been loving all of the beautiful wooden toys, books and the lovely garden. She has also enjoyed getting stuck into some forest school activities.

I got the impression that my grandson would be safe here and staff would encourage him to develop at his own pace.
