My son has been attending Family N Club nursery (Jewellery Quarter). For nearly a year now! The nursery staff are always accommodating and work incredibly hard! A special shout out to management team, Jenny, Kamila, Amanda and Binta. We value your time and effort in ensuring our son has the best time while in nursery. Lastly a massive thank you to Emma for serving up such nutritious food!

Amazing nursery with lovely management and staff. Our son has never been happier. He loves the staff and he is thriving in this nursery. The activities are great and the food menu is lovely. Also, they are really consistent with the updates. Special mention to Kamila who's been taking care of our son and really taking care of him in every sense.

Fantastic staff and a very supportive environment. I especially appreciate how nurturing staff members are towards young children, it really gives parents reassurance that their child is in good hands.

Staff are very diligent and caring towards my son. They bring him so much joy and the activities are very helpful towards his growth and development. They are also very supportive of parents, giving a good summary of my son's behaviour and general mood.

Great nursery, from reception staff and the chef all the way through to management. It has a variety of learning aspects and the sign language is the one I like the most. The updates to reassure parents are great and really helpful

Would 100% recommend this nursery to all parents, looking for a perfect fit for them and their little one!

Amazing nursery, really put my mind at ease as my baby is very well looked after. They have such fun and educational activities for the babies it's fascinating how much she has learnt being there in such a short period of time.

N family direct have been absolutely fantastic, my daughter found it difficult to settle in initially as most children would do but they manage to turn things around so quickly and my daughter loves it - playing, meeting friends, learning and general nursery day life. Big up to all the staff including Lauren, Natasha and Sian. They have been amazing. Great choice!

Super pleased with the nursery and how much they have helped my child. My child has become independent, confident and chatty since attending the nursery. Her speech has significantly improved, which I'm so proud of!

My daughter has been attending since she was 10 months old, she has made amazing progress and settled in nicely. The staff are amazing and I wouldn't feel comfortable sending my children anywhere else.

This nursery really goes above and beyond to make you and your family feel comfortable and welcome. My child has been settled and really loves the staff there too. There is always lots of activities on throughout the day, and outdoor play available too. Very accommodating and loving staff.

Our daughter started in January 2026 following her settling in sessions. We are really impressed with the range of activities the nursery provides for our daughter and she absolutely loves everything she does. We get daily photos on the app where she is always engaged and happy. The nursery staff have got to know our daughter quickly and she will happily go to any of her room staff in the morning at drop off. She comes home practising their names! Communication with the nursery is great, both using the app and in-person. We are so happy we chose N Family Club Jewellery Quarter and would recommend it to anyone!

Every time I pick up my daughter, I am blown away by the staff's dedication. They don't just give me a checklist; they genuinely care. Hearing the detailed updates about what she ate, how she interacted with the other kids, and how her day went shows how much they invest in her well-being. It's incredibly comforting to know she is in such loving hands.

My child has had a positive experience at this nursery. The staff are caring, friendly and have always made us feel welcome. They provide a good range of activities that have supported my child's learning and development, and communication with parents has been good throughout. The nursery is clean, well managed and I have always felt that my child is safe and well looked after. There are a few areas that could be improved, which is why I haven't given full marks, but overall I would recommend this nursery to other parents looking for a caring and supportive environment for their child.

Great nursery with great loving and caring staff. My children have developed so well over the years. They feel happy and content there. So glad i chose this nursery and i would recommend to any other parents out there

The staff at N Family JQ are just that, like a family. This is my first child and experience with any nursery and i had heard a lot of horror stories from people before looking, but I have had the best experience and I can tell that my child is excelling & feels safe with each and every staff member. They make an effort to make every child feel special & comfortable. I couldn't see myself choosing a different nursery now.

My son started attending this nursery in early September. It was a difficult process because he was 16 months and not used to being in an environment with other children and without his parents. But he is already flourishing and really happy there. The staff are lovely, and treated both me and my son with compassion and understanding. They clearly love their job and form very nice bonds with the children. I love that they send us photos of our son every day, as well as details about his nap and meals. My son has learned a lot there and is starting to form friendships with other kids. Most importantly, he is very happy to go there every single morning and I can tell that he has a great time participating in activities that are both fun and educative. Overall, I'm very happy with our choice of nursery and can't recommend it enough!
