N Family Club - West Hampstead

We started at 9 months and left at 2 years and 9 months.

The whole experience was just fantastic.

The thought put into settling him when he was very little. The great food cooked on premises.

Great staff with amazing experience and care for the kids.

Great learning activities and so fun as well as introducing good manners, table manners, following on toilet training.

The only downside is that admin is clearly understaffed and/or overwhelmed. So requests, queries, etc are not followed up as smoothly.

Choosing a nursery for your child is one of the biggest decisions you can make, and after 3.5 years at N Family West Hampstead (18mos-4.5yo), I cannot praise them enough. Leaving my son on day one was emotional, but leaving now is truly tearful,the incredible team makes all the difference. Management is warm, proactive, and prioritise staff retention so my son always felt secure. Starting with just one word, his English (2nd language) speech exploded here, he's now a confident, chatty fella! Through play, he gained so much general knowledge. The modern rooms, renovated garden, and cleanliness are outstanding & the food exquisite. Staff managed his respiratory needs with total care. The wonderful varied activities, forest school, PE, animal visits, museum trips, nursery events, sports days, and a lovely graduation-were fantastic. Communication is clear without being overwhelming. N West Hampstead has been a safe, welcoming home. I'm forever grateful and highly recommend them!

Fantastic nursery with very caring and nurturing staff. My son and daughter were very happy at N family West Hampstead from the ages of 3 - 4.5 and 1.5-2.5 respectively. The children are so well looked after and the team are so well organised, providing fresh nutritious meals all cooked on site and also planning thoughtful activities and weekly themes. The staff are very communicative with parents and we are updated daily. I also really like that staff address parents by their first names, not just 'mummy' or 'daddy' and the environment is very warm and friendly for all. There is a clear structure and routine that really helps the children progress and learn great social and behavioral skills.

My son spent ages 2- 4.5 at N Family West Hampstead. We had a lovely experience. One major highlight was the school's commitment to celebrating our multicultural, highly international community. School leaderships makes a concerted effort to highlight and explore the heritage and cultures of all the children and families through food, music, holiday parties and storytelling. The staff was comforting, patient, reliable and communicative. Turn over rates among staff dropped dramatically in our time with N Family creating a cozy and familial environment. My son also had many of the same fellow students alongside him from start to finish of our experience. The high family retention rate created a sense of security and friendship that will be hard to replace. So much gratitude to the entire NFamily West Hampstead team.

Caring staff and a friendly environment, including the parents you run into in the morning. Activities for our one-year-old were varied, creative and engaging. The atmosphere is great, making it fun for children to attend and drop-offs easier. The food on offer is also excellent and varied, with an on-site chef preparing a lot of the meals. We'd recommend the nursery highly.

The facilities themselves are fantastic-bright, modern, and beautifully designed to encourage curiosity and discovery. We are also incredibly impressed by the brilliant daily curriculum and the outstanding nutrition program, which offers a wonderful variety of healthy, balanced meals she genuinely enjoys. N Family West Hampstead has been a wonderful partner in our daughter's early development, and anyone looking for top-tier childcare in the area will find it a truly exceptional place

Excellent nursery with genuinely caring and attentive staff and great food. My toddler enjoys going here everyday. He was late to walkin but the staff helped develop him in this and many others areas through their daily activities. Staff provide good daily updates and hold regular events for parents. Excellent outdoor space too.

This is an absolutely wonderful nursery. Right from my son's first day in the baby room I knew he was being well looked after. The staff are so warm and caring - my son has been so happy here and has grown into such a confident little boy. There is such a wide variety of interesting activities and my son has learned so much here. The food is excellent and so is the outdoor space. It is a really well run nursery and everybody knows my son's name. I am really sad that it will soon be time for us to leave and I couldn't recommend N Family more highly!

There is much more that could be said but I'll finish by saying that the management and front of house team are all very friendly and approachable and I would absolutely recommend this nursery.

This is probably the best nursery setup any parent could wish for. Management has long tenure, great relationships and communication and an amazing drive to do what's right for each child. The nursery is always impeccable, the activities incredibly varied, staff is the biggest plus here is- we were lucky to have some of the most amazing childcare throughout my kids 2 years and I will be forever grateful. N West Hampstead has been a safe place, a welcoming place, we've smiled, we've laughed, the teams gone the extra mile when things weren't smooth and I honestly can only sing their praises. Some amazing ladies (& guys) running this business.

You can only truly judge whether a nursery is great by seeing how your child feels about going there every day. My son always woke up excited and happy to attend, which spoke volumes about the environment. The quality of the staff is outstanding-they are caring, professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to the children's well-being and development. Their warmth and commitment gave us complete confidence and made our experience exceptionally positive.

We feel so lucky to have found this nursery and are deeply grateful for the role it has played in his early years. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any family looking for the very best start for their child.

We are really impressed with N Family West Hampstead. Every staff member is attentive, very thorough and thoughtful in their communication and give a very personalised and caring approach to each child. Each staff member has been so helpful and we have been particularly impressed by the level of pastoral care around the settling in period. We are also so impressed by the menu and our son really enjoys the activities - there is incredible attention to detail. They even made his 1st birthday feel special. Leaving your child with someone new to start work again is a nerve wracking experience but the team's expertise and care mean that I always feel confident about myself or my partner leaving him for the day. We are so grateful for the team's hard work.

N family West Hampstead is an amazing environment for our 14 month old son. He takes part in an incredible selection of activities which allow him to be creative and messy. He's developed a huge amount since being there and the staff are always so friendly and warm.

All of the staff I have interacted with at West Hampstead are kind and warm with the children. Our room leader maintains a cheerful and fun atmosphere and encourages collaborative play and craft between the children. They follow themes each week to encourage the kids to build upon and retain knowledge. I wish the outdoor space was bigger enabling more free time and play outside but it is well designed and reasonably sized for a central London location.

We would recommend to parents in the area.

This was our daughter's first year away from home, and as parents, it was a challenging decision to trust someone else with her care. However, despite the initial hurdles, the nursery staff listened carefully to our feedback, and we've seen significant improvements. We are delighted to say that the past nine months have been smooth and positive. One of the biggest highlights for us is how much our daughter enjoys being at the nursery. She loves spending time with her key persons-special thanks to three staff members in particular for their incredible care and attention. The nursery offers a great variety of activities, which keeps her engaged and learning in fun, creative ways. We also appreciate that fresh food is prepared on-site. The staff are always friendly, making drop-offs and pick-ups easy and pleasant. A special shout-out to to another two specific staff members for being so helpful. Overall, we were happy with the nursery and we couldn't be more grateful for their care and support!

Long may this continue and I'm hoping he continues to flourish and thrive at N Family.
