My son has been attending big top nursery since he was a year old and we cannot fault Joe, Claire and the amazing team. My son thoroughly enjoys attending with all the fun and educational learning and activities. His development has come on leaps and bounds. Like most children he was initially a shy
child but has really developed his confidence and personality. The team have taken the time and care to get to know more about my sons favourite things, shows and music. In addition they take extra time in greeting my daughter (who is at school) on drop off and pick up and taking time to say hello etc.
the team are very easy to talk to and are an extension of the values and behaviours we encourage at home.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the nursery to others looking for a nursery.

This nursery has been brilliant! My son was at another nursery before kindred and he was petrified but as soon as we moved him to kindred he settled in so well. He even found a best friend. This is definitely one of the best nurserys in harlow. Irene and Billie and all the staff are very welcoming.

A fantastic nursery with caring staff.
My son has been attending this nursery for the past year and absolutely loves it. He's formed such strong bonds with the staff and runs in happily every morning, which gives me so much confidence in the care he's receiving.
My older daughter also attended previously
and had a great experience too, which is why we chose to return.
The team are warm, supportive, and genuinely invested in the children. I'm really grateful for the positive environment they create and would happily recommend this nursery to other families.

3 of my children have been here spanning the last 9 years.
This is an exceptional nursery, a great start for all my children. They've been here from 8 weeks old all the way through to leaving to go to school.
The dedication of the staff is second to none, with Susan, Hannah, Tania and Olwen being
key to all of my children, they were also a great support to the whole family during some very difficult times.
Could not recommend this nursery but especially these people enough.
Leaving your children is always hard, but when they are left with people who go above and beyond and care for them just like you would its just that bit easier.
Can not thank them enough for what they did for my family.

We're really happy with the care our one-year-old receives at this nursery. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the settling-in process very easy for both our child and us as parents.
The environment is clean, safe, and full of engaging activities that support early development.
It's wonderful to see how happy and comfortable our child is each day. We truly appreciate the regular updates and the dedication of the team. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing place for their little one

The staff at this nursery are very attentive and genuinely care about the children. They always listen and are approachable, considerate, and respectful when speaking with parents. I feel comfortable raising any questions or concerns because they communicate openly and keep me regularly updated on my
daughter's progress.


The nursery also organises lovely events that are always well planned and run smoothly, which makes families feel involved and part of the community.


Since starting here, my daughter has come along incredibly well and is even exceeding the developmental goals expected for her age. It's clear she is being supported and encouraged in a positive environment, and I'm very grateful for the care and dedication of the staff.

My daughter has been going here full time since she was 2 years old. Joe and the team are amazing. My daughter settled in very easily at the nursery. The staff are helpful and kind. They manage to fit in a lot of activities in the day to keep the children engaged. We also get a daily report on what
my daughter has eaten. Fantastic place for the children!

My son is really enjoying attending this nursery. The staff are amazing, taking the time to get to know my son and help him manage with settling in. I love that he can go outside so much and learn through playing with changing activities every day.
We had a tough experience with a previous nursery
as my son has ASD, but Girton have given me hope that my son may be able to manage at primary school. The staff have shown they are as excited as I am when he manages to have playful interactions with his friends, and that has been wonderful to see. It feels like they really care for him and his development and want to see him thrive.

Our child has a wonderful time at big top and we're very grateful for the care he receives, the diverse types of play and learning and variety of food for our child to try.

Since the moment my little boy started there with a couple health issues they have all reassured me so much and I am so happy with him there.
No problem is too much for them and everyone is always willing to go the extra mile to help and support you and your child.
My little boys key worker and
room leader of Tiny Tops is amazing! I couldn't ask any more of her, she is always happy to give me extra updates when I'm worried about him and how he is and is always so reassuring with observations.
The communication in the setting is amazing and they are always open and honest with you and create the most amazing bonds with the children.
Liz the chef makes the most amazing fresh and tasty food that my boy loved even more than my own cooking!
I cannot say a bad word about the setting and everyone there they are amazing! I really appreciate everyone!

My child is always happy when I drop to and when I pick them up from nursery. Staff is always lovely and approachable, very keen and understanding.

Our little girl has been here for over a year now for two days a week, she's always been so happy to come here in the morning and loves it. The staff are always so friendly and take such good care of the children. They try and teach them important skills and help their development too. I couldn't recommend
them enough. Being able to track everything throughout the day on their app means we always know how she's doing as well. This really helped with the initial anxiety you get as a new parent the first few months they're at nursery.
