Kindred Winterbourne Earls Nursery and Pre-School

Our son loves it in Kindred Winterbourne. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and happy. The activities help the children to grow and learn. The children love it and thrive, they feel safe and security is taken seriously but not overbearing.

We would happily recommend this to anyone!

The staff who take care of the children day to day are incredible. I absolutely cannot fault them in any way! My little one loves being there and has the best time.

Unfortunately, there is a sense that they are understaffed at the moment. Although everyone is doing their absolute best, it does mean that things slip through the cracks sometimes.

A change in management has led to a change in communications which has also been challenging.

Despite these issues I would highly recommend it as a nursery thanks to the daily care of the staff.

My child loves coming to the nursery and enjoys everything the nursery has to offer and they have help to support her in the areas she needs and they have noticed she needs a little bit of help with her speech and have organised help with that

They have made a very apprehensive time for us a lot easier. So thank you.

Kindred Winterbourne Earls has been absolutely fantastic from day 1. My daughter started age 10 months and is about to leave to start school. She has gained so much confidence and really come out of her shell at nursery. She has made friends and had lots of brilliant experiences including ballet once a week and previously a music teacher once a week. The staff have all been really supportive and helpful. The app is really informative & if I've been worried I've just messaged and had a response really quickly. I couldn't recommend them more & we will all miss it.

Kindred Winterbourne's is absolutely fantastic, such a lovely nursery with lovely staff who are extremely helpful, supporting and caring. Their engagement with the children is so connecting. The environment is great, the rooms are beautiful and look so fun. We joined this nursery halfway through the term after removing my son from his old nursery due to the poor standards. It was the best choice we made because this nursery is phenomenal and we are at such ease with it. We know he's loved and cared for here. So many parents speak positively of this nursery. My child is in Curiosity Crescent and the staff in his room are so wonderful and informative. He really does have the best time here. Nothing is an issue, they incorporate your child's routine at home to nursery life. They give you an honest summary of how the day has been and what he's got up to etc. The app is fantastic, it gives us updates on what he's eaten, nap times, nappy changes and so on. The manager is brilliant.

The satchel app is fantastic, all information about the children's day is included and information from the office is posted regularly. Some beautiful observations are created however this isn't as yet consistent across both my children's rooms.

As a very nervous mummy leaving my little one the team have been so reassuring and have gone above and beyond to help my little one settle in with lots of updates throughout the day which has out my mind at ease. Highly recommended.

Winterbourne have been very supportive with my little girl, ready to listen to me with any concerns I have had and supporting me with getting her through speech and language, they have been very patient with her struggles with toileting and have gone out of their way to do the small little things to support this. She’s always saying that she enjoys all the creative activities and is always coming home with lovely artwork, it’s great to be able to see nice little observations on what she gets up to here at the nursery.

Good food choices on the menu, lovely staff throughout the nursery, nice settings in each room, and lots of activities for my little one to enjoy. Lots of indoor activities, painting, chalk play, and lots of creative play to help the children's motor skills, always give loads of support regarding your child's needs and support to myself, and any questions asked are always answered with full support.

There are no words that will do justice to just how amazing the team are at Kindred Winterbourne Earls Day Nursery and Pre-School. Through every year/class, my little one's confidence and amazing character have been encouraged. The team in Readiness Road are doing a fantastic job of encouraging my little one and challenging her so that she is prepared for her next steps in education. I can't thank the staff, who inspire the little ones to ignite their imaginations and learning through play.

My child absolutely loves her time at nursery. She enjoys all the activities and really likes the staff, who are all friendly and caring. She also loves the food! The nursery is very accommodating about facilitating ad-hoc extra sessions when asked.

Overall, a great little nursery and I’m happy my child attends.

Wonderful experience with this nursery. They have some fantastic staff who are a credit to them. We have been here for over one year now and very happy with the service they provide. We enjoy the photo updates of our child and also the photos of the group interactions which is nice to see. They always call or message with concerns and give updates on every collection. My son is very happy at Kindred Winterbourne Earls Day Nursery and Pre-School, he really enjoys all the activities and able to even teach me what he has learnt in ballet on a Monday. I want to thank all the staff at the nursery for providing a great, all-round service, support and care for my son.

The early education is just incredible and as a parent, I feel very confident and assured that our children are well looked after and loved always.

There’s something about Kindred Winterbourne Earl that is different from other nurseries! The love and care I feel from the staff is what really helped make my decision very easy! I could tell the key workers genuinely love their jobs and the babies they look after. It’s so great to see it! I knew this was the place for my baby to thrive, I just love the quality of the staff, the facilities, the app they have is so useful and it's easy to communicate with the key workers and team leader. They send me pictures to update me which is great for me as I’m a first-time mum and worry a lot! So having the app and receiving updates helps reassure me a lot! I love that they also provide meals a lot more compared to other nurseries. I love the learning activities they do with the babies and the progression opportunities from the baby room to preschool. The team were also quick to notify me when my baby’s allergies flared and put measures in place. So this is great too!

In conclusion, Winterbourne combines thoughtful development, effective communication, and well-maintained facilities, making it invaluable for our children's early years. We wholeheartedly recommend Winterbourne to other families seeking a nurturing environment.
