We really love our nursery! Everyone is so friendly, kind, and caring, and they always make us feel welcome. They take excellent care of our little one, Izabell, and we can see how much she enjoys spending time there. The staff do a fantastic job teaching her new things every day and helping her develop her communication, confidence, and social skills. We truly appreciate all the hard work, patience, and dedication of the team. It's wonderful to see Izabell so happy, excited to learn, and making great progress. We highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, caring, and supportive environment for their child.

I highly recommend this nursery to anyone thinking of having their kids start their learning journey. I've always held the staff in the highest regard as they've always been helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. The chef, Lordana, always makes a great menu and my son always comes home saying he loved the food. The nursery itself is spacious, and there always seems that the staff have plenty of activities for them to do. I also like the fact that the kids also have yoga and football taught to them by separate specialists. Overtime, I have seen my son develop his physical capabilities and also his mental capabilities. I believe the team have done an amazing job getting him ready for reception. Overall, my son is also happy to go to nursery and has always come home with a smile on his face.

My daughter started in January and since then she has thrived. She struggled at first but all the staff were so kind with both her and me! They do so many activities and seem to teach her a lot. She absolutely loves it and is so happy going in and always happy when I get there to pick her up

They do a lot of creative and fun activity, many outside in the beautiful garden. My daughter had the chance to try so many new things I wouldn't have been able to give her, including dancing and pottery! I feel lucky to have found such a good nursery

The amount of outside space is the only minor compromise to the setting, but the staff really make the most of what they have with different areas for play, and in a true town centre location, it's not possible to have acres of land attached to the nursery.

The teachers are exceptionally caring and go above and beyond to make sure every child feels safe, loved, and valued. We've seen a wonderful positive change in our child's confidence and social skills. Communication with parents is also top-notch-we always get regular updates and photos. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and dedication!

I have had children at this nursery for 7 years. I could never imagine having my children anywhere else from the day I looked around.

I've just given notice to withdraw my children. A message that wasn't even acknowledged.

The nursery was privately owned and incredible. It was taken over by Kindred and has gone completely downhill.

There are some amazing team members who do an amazing job which make leaving a poor review hard but overall the nursery's performance is poor.

From people appearing to be in rooms to be "bodies" who sit not interested or interacting with the children, to my child coming home with bright yellow wee (on numerous occasions), to going to pick up from a room walking into the garden to not see anyone I recognise, calling my child to leave without any engagement, the bodies (who appear to be making up adult to child ratios) clearly uninterested. Someone did approach from the other room as I walked back through but it was the only face I knew.

Kindred St Ives has been amazing for my little boy. He has come out of his shell and now is happy to try absolutely anything and interact with anyone. He has made a little group of friends who he's always excited to see, and becomes very animated when he comes into his room. All of the staff who care for him are helpful, compassionate, and always working with me to do what's best for him. Before nursery, he struggled with his eating solid foods, and since coming into the baby room, his willingness to eat solid food and his ability to use cutlery is night and day. I am so happy with how happy he is to be there everyday!

My daughter started this nursery in the baby room earlier this year. Staff were so supportive of both baby and I, and really helped her to settle in. I am confident that my daughter enjoys her time at nursery and is well looked after. The staff are very attentive, and I am really pleased that we chose for my daughter to attend here.

We can't recommend Kindred, Billericay enough! Our son has grown to love it there and looks forward to his time there. He has a special bond with his key person and the other ladies looking after him. As parents we know he is well looked after and cared for. We love the daily updates and photos we receive, they put our minds at ease. During the hot weather the nursery has taken extra care to keep the children cool, with water play and calm activities. All round, would recommend to any parent.

Communication has always been excellent and I always felt anything I had to say was listened to. They were always flexible with any arrangements I needed to change for work. Their safe guarding was excellent, my children were never just released to people the staff didn't know. My children always told me about new things they learnt and I was always happy to see what great days my children always had at nursery and would encourage people to send their children here too

For a short period of time we noticed our little one had poo in his nappy just as we were putting him in the car (and didn't feel right about bringing him back in for nappy changing), but that stopped being a problem recently and may be nothing to do with the staff, just coincidental.

I can't recommend this nursery highly enough. It's a wonderful, nurturing environment, and we're excited to watch our son continue to grow, learn, and flourish as he moves through the rooms and on to preschool. Thank you to the whole team for everything you do!

We are soo happy with Kindred Whitton. My son goes in every morning with a big smile, genuinely excited to see the staff. They are so supportive, patient, and attentive - they've taken the time to really understand him, and it shows in how confident and happy he is there.

The environment feels nurturing, calm, and full of joy. As a parent, there's nothing better than knowing your child feels safe, cared for, and eager to go back each day.

They have lots of nice activities for the kids.

Our experience at Kindred has been absolutely wonderful. The staff are flexible, kind and caring at all times. Our son is so happy there. There are regular fun learning activities - it seems something new every time. They make a great effort to have additional activities like sports and music, but are also very tuned in to whether these activities work well for the kids or are overwhelming. The building has a great set up with good meals and I love how they often mix the age ranges so our son gets exposed to lots of different kids. Everything feels safe and well managed at all times.

Kindred Odstock is a superb nursery with exceptional staff.

Our little one has been there for two months - and it's been Incredible to see her develop so quickly and grow so much in confidence.

The staff have been fantastic. (A special shout out to Ildi, Martha and Jess in the baby room) They are so patient and conscientious - and we've been so impressed by the level of thought and organisation that goes into the activities each week with the children.

We especially love the focus on outdoor time, singing, playing and arts and crafts.
