The Kindred Mayflower nursery team is passionate about sparking children’s imagination, creativity and curiosity.

This is why here at Kindred Mayflower they use natural and real life resources to enhance children’s imagination through play.

The nursery has five rooms and two outside garden spaces along with a free flow classroom.
Their gardens consist of soft grass play surfacing, built in sand pits, a track to ride bikes and cars and planting areas.

They are all about creating inspiring experiences and environments that are full of awe and wonder for little ones to grow and thrive in.

Staff also understand what it is to be a parent during this magical time and create meaningful
relationships with parents so they never miss an opportunity to share in the joy of each and every one of their child’s developmental and learning moments.

Both of my children has attended this nursery from as early as possible. The staff are so knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I always get updates on my children throughout the day, what they have ate, what activities they have done and much more. Easily the best nursery within the area!

My daughter joined Kindred Mayflower nearly a year ago and has settled well from the beginning and it's great to see her developing and transition across the rooms! She is always happy to go in and she has built lovely relationships with her friends and the staff who always make us feel comfortable
in the mornings when dropping her off and we always pick her up with a big smile on her face!

Kindred Mayflower have been wonderful with my son.
The team are so friendly and helpful and have been brilliant at managing his food and playing since we learnt he was celiac.
I love the app for daily updates on food, bathroom trips, activities.
My son loves his friends/teachers and is always happy
when we pick him up at the end of a day which is a great measure of how well he is settled there.

We are really happy with the nursery we chose for our son. The staff are all so friendly and caring which makes it so much easier to leave him. They do lovely activities with him often themed with the time of year or celebrations such as Halloween, Christmas, Mother's Day, world book day etc. The food
they offer is so varied and nutritious and they always say he eats everything so it must be good!
As a first time parent leaving him for the first time was really daunting for me but the staff made the transition so much easier and we couldn't be happier with how well he has settled in. I would definitely recommend the nursery to other parents.

Both my children, ages 2 and 3, have been going to Kindred Mayflower Nursery & Pre-school since September 2022. From the moment my children started with the nursery I saw how happy and engaged they were with all the teachers and the other children. Each member of staff knows each child’s name and always
has the most warming presence, even in the early mornings! Never have I encountered a school or nursery that feels like a second home to us all. My children have come on leaps and bounds since attending. They have helped my oldest child potty train and work on his manners to be a bright and happy child. My children's faces light up when walking into nursery to see their teachers and friends. The staff, to me and my partner, have always been helpful and encouraging of the new learning and developments in my children’s life and are always there when we have questions. We are so glad to have our children attend Mayflower Nursery. A big thank you to all the staff for everything you do for my little family.

Kindred Mayflower has been great with my daughter and her settling. She took a while to settle but the staff were always fantastic at comforting her and ensuring she settled. She now goes in and waves bye in the mornings and I pick her up and she’s happy and playing. The staff are always happy to answer
any questions and nothing is ever too much. They are wonderful and my daughter has such a great bond with the teachers. Can’t thank Mayflower enough for the fun she has and the care she’s given. Her key person has been wonderful and I also can’t thank her enough for the care she’s given my daughter and reassurance when she first started. Thank you all.

Our son joined the baby room in January 2023 when he was 11 months old. We chose this nursery after finding our initial nursery choice unsatisfactory during the settling period. The staff here were so reassuring and kind and helped our son feel relaxed and safe from day 1 - they kept us up to date with
pictures and a daily schedule on the parent app (great for peace of mind). Everyone made the effort to learn his name, even the office staff, it's a lovely friendly community here. The facilities are great - big, clean rooms with loads of toys, lovey garden spaces (the babies get taken outdoors frequently), delicious healthy homecooked food, a separate baby sleep room and a rota of fun activities - all alongside fantastic care and great communication. We all love Kindred.

Very good nursery, the best I came and visited! My child is very nervous about new places but the staff were so fantastic making sure she settles and communication between parent and teacher is brilliant!
There is an app to ensure that there is good interaction between the nursery and parents daily
so parents can see what they have been doing at nursery via photos/videos/messages. Would highly recommend the nursery. The nursery is fully equipped and are very caring and understanding.

Amazing nursery! The new manager at Mayflower has really upped Kindred's game and taken the nursery from great to fantastic. My son can be a very emotional little boy but has settled in so well and literally runs into his classroom every morning that he attends. Great menu, they cater to allergies and
intolerances well (our son is intolerant to dairy), and the children are well-fed and encouraged to try new things each week.
As a first-time mum, I was so apprehensive about the nursery but Kindred has given me so much peace of mind and I truly feel like the staff gives the utmost care to all the littles. My son learned to walk, talk, count and sing all in the last year and I believe that the staff at Kindred have been the motivation behind that. Special mention to five particular members of staff (though all staff have been great!) my son adores them! Highly recommend it, amazing ladies!

Hello, I'm Georgia, and I have worked in childcare since 2013.


I started at the age of 16 as an apprentice and soon completed my Level 2 and Level 3 in Early Years. I progressed further in my career into a Room Leader role and then stepped up into management, taking on the role of Deputy Manager and now Nursery Manager.


I have a passion for children's development by providing them with the best learning outcomes and building strong parent relationships. I also have a strong passion for welcoming new families into Kindred, ensuring both parents and children feel safe, comfortable and reassured.

Hi, I am Emma. I have worked in childcare since 2004. I started as a nursery practitioner and progressed to deputy nursery manager. I completed my Level 3 in college and have continued my professional development over the past couple of decades. I hold a Level 1 and 2 in British Sign Language, and I am currently working towards my Level 3 SENCO qualification. I hope to complete my Level 5 in Childcare in the future.
I am passionate about working with children and helping them all to reach their full potential. I feel all children deserve the care and attention to feel safe, secure and happy. I am very inclusive within my practice, and I am passionate about being able to communicate on several levels hence why I worked independently towards my BSL qualifications.
