This nursery has been brilliant! My son was at another nursery before kindred and he was petrified but as soon as we moved him to kindred he settled in so well. He even found a best friend. This is definitely one of the best nurserys in harlow. Irene and Billie and all the staff are very welcoming.
I couldn't be more happier with the services provided.

I really want to give a huge thank you to Irene and all Kindred Nursery in Harlow. They welcome us as a family, they've been always kind and attentive with my son Leonardo. I'm feeling safe as mum when he goes to nursery and this is really important for me. I really recommend this nursery to everyone!!!

From day one Irene and the staff have been amazing. They are very friendly, caring and dedicated to the children. My son has been loving it since he has started. Our little girl has been here for over a year now for two days a week, she's always been so happy to come here in the morning and loves it. The staff are always so friendly and take such good care of the children. They try and teach them important skills and help their development too. I couldn't recommend
them enough. Being able to track everything throughout the day on their app means we always know how she's doing as well. This really helped with the initial anxiety you get as a new parent the first few months they're at nursery.

We love the nursery, they show great love and care for my child, always setting up activities for them and keeping us updated with pictures and messages throughout the day.


The food is fantastic. The standout for me is the garden space, it's amazing. The nursery has a home from home feel to it.

My daughter has been here for 2.5 years now. We have seen the management and staff change. Introduced by an almost whole new team. The transition was handled so well, there was no upset and went incredibly smoothly from my parental perspective. The nursery always keeps me up to date with what they are
doing each day and each week. I love the pictured updates on the app to see the learning along the 0-5 curriculum. There is a menu that is easily seen a you can take a leaflet home to know what they're eating whilst here. The team is so friendly and have a genuine care for the children, their growth and learning. My daughter thrives here, such a positive and warm environment. I could not think of a better nursery to send a child to. Warm and nurturing.

The Nursery have well-knowledged staff in all rooms who are able to help replicate the home-from-home values that Kindred hold. Kindred Waltham Abbey is an amazing day nursery and pre-school. They have helped my daughter and soon will be taken on my little boy. They go above and beyond and have made my daughter feel so special and make her laugh. She loves going into school and it is a pleasure to see as she has bad attachment

The nursery staff are all lovely and really take an interest in each child. I have two children at the nursery and love the updates that get sent through via the app.
The office team are really responsive and happy to help with queries.
The nursery offers extra activities for parents and families
to attend which is a nice add on.

The environment is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with engaging play areas that spark creativity and curiosity. Every day she comes home excited to tell us about the activities she's enjoyed-whether it's arts and crafts, singing songs, story time, or outdoor play. The balance between structured
learning and free play is perfect for her age, helping her build confidence while having so much fun.


We've seen such positive growth in her communication skills, independence, and social confidence since she started. She has formed lovely friendships and speaks so fondly of her teachers, which reassures us that she feels safe and happy there.

Jodie and Abby in the office nothing is to much and they are always a listening ear and wanting to

Every staff member and team leader just relax you as a parent, provide support you need in help and
