We can't recommend Kindred, Billericay enough! Our son has grown to love it there and looks forward to his time there. He has a special bond with his key person and the other ladies looking after him. As parents we know he is well looked after and cared for. We love the daily updates and photos we receive, they put our minds at ease. During the hot weather the nursery has taken extra care to keep the children cool, with water play and calm activities. All round, would recommend to any parent.

Her younger sister is now completing her second year at the nursery and is already thriving, which speaks volumes about the nurturing, caring, and supportive environment provided by the wonderful staff.

The staff are friendly (to children and adults alike) and caring especially when the little ones are finding things tough. Both in the learning rooms and in the office communication is always good. Be it via the app, telephone calls or face to face.

Pricing is perfect, times are perfect, staff are perfect. Better than the previous nursery we had our child in (named after the small people in wizard of Oz).

My 10-year-old son attended this nursery when it was under its previous company name, so I've seen first-hand just how much it has improved. The organisation is much better, communication is clearer, pricing is straightforward, and there are lots of lovely new additions, including the photo updates for parents. Also prices compare to 10 years ago now the 30 hrs are available are soo much better! My daughter has been attending since she was 5 months old and goes four days a week during term time. The staff are always warm, friendly and approachable. I also love the extra touches, such as parent breakfasts around Mother's Day and Father's Day, bringing in external children's classes, and the many opportunities for parents to join in with nursery activities. It's a fantastic nursery, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

I am really happy with the nursery. It is such a lovely, welcoming place. Every single member of staff really puts their heart and soul into what they do, always giving one hundred percent to support and look after my child. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my child is safe, happy and learning in such a good hands every day. From my experience, I feel that the nursery truly cares about both the children and the parents. I appreciate the regular updates through the app. From meals and naps to activities, I can know what my child has been doing throughout the day, which is incredibly reassuring and helps me feel connected and informed. It is also lovely to see the variety of activities provided and the effort the staffs put into making each day engaging, educational, and enjoyable. So I would highly recommend this nursery.

My son has been at the nursery just coming up to a year now and he absolutely loves it! He attends 2 days a week and about to attend another half day from September. The staff made the settling in period a breeze, I found it quite tough with him being a bit emotional at first but they did everything to ensure he felt safe and secure. He's made so many new friends that he comes home and talks about, and I do think it's helped developmentally and socially for him. They offer a variety of healthy meals, which he loves and the staff are always updating the app with stuff going on throughout the day or any social/physical developments which is great! The office are always sure to make communication as smooth as possible and updates on works, car parks and whenever he has a fall or a bump they are very quick to let me know. It is such a great nursery and would recommend to all!

My daughter has absolutely thrived at this nursery. The staff are fantastic, they are friendly and caring and always go above and beyond. The safeguarding of the children is excellent, and I know my daughter is safe at all times. Everything about this nursery has been nothing but amazing we love it at Kindred.

My little boy gets so excited to attend nursery on those days and the staff have been so wonderful in supporting him and teaching him when he attends. We are so pleased we chose Kindred as our little boys first experience of independence away from us.

Our son loves Kindred, and he loves all the staff. He actually smiles when I hand him over to them! He gets loads of outdoor time, and there are lots of extra events hosted throughout the year. He always all his meals and snacks. They are fab at the communication, they're super organised.

I think the nursery has been a positive experience for my granddaughter. The staff have always been supportive, informative, always very kind. My granddaughter always comes out happy with her day. I am very pleased with her progress at Kindred

Kids love it, lots of activities and themed learning. Very happy when they come home, talking about what they did and who they played with. They like the food and enjoy sports coaching sessions. Overall we are very happy

I am writing to share our wonderful experience with the nursery preschool. Our daughter joined in January 2026 and left in June 2026. From day one, the team was amazing. They followed all care protocols perfectly, kept everything clean and safe, and were always kind and encouraging.

What touched us most was how they supported her despite the cultural and language differences - everything was new for her. I was truly afraid she would struggle to engage, but the staff helped her so much. They made her feel welcome, included, and confident. Thank you for everything. They are the best team. If I have another child I would admit under their nursery care.
