All the staff at kindred nursery are excellent and hard working they take time to tell you about your childs day after every session and will always help with any questions. My 3 toddlers all love it there they go in happy every morning and all have great bonds with the staff. The staff make sure the
children have different engaging activities to do everyday which is great for there early learning skills.
My twins are treated as individuals and always say they've had a good day.
My son is SEN him and myself have great support from the staff at kindred and they always make sure his needs are taken care of and he is safeguarded throughout the day. The app is a great way of communication you can see what your child has eaten during the day. Photos are uploaded and you can see your child is happy and having fun. I wouldn't want my children to go anywhere else.

Kindred Salisbury is a welcoming, nurturing and well-led establishment full of dedicated staff who truly care about each child. This is demonstrated in the way they welcome each child in the morning to handover at hometime. The face my child wishes to play "nursery" at home and impersonate the staff
is a testimony to the environment they create. I would recommend Kindred Salisbury to any perspective parent.

Can not recommend the nursery enough.
My daughter has been going for around 5 months now and she absolutely loves nursery days
She has got a beautiful relationship with the staff and as a mother I couldnt ask for more from a setting.
The app is great and keeps the communication to a standard parents
need and want.
They always tell me how her day has been or any issues.
Beautiful setting great staff equals happy children.

We have 2 children in attendance at Durrington Kindred and they both really enjoy their time there. They have made particularly close bonds with members of staff, which offers reassurance to us to know that they feel safe and supported, away from us. Our eldest loves the additional activities, namely
French and dance and comes home telling us all about it. They both also enjoy being able to spend a lot of time outside which the nursery caters for.
Our biggest compliment is for the staff who care for our children, they are always polite, professional and the care they give our boys is second to none. It is apparent our children's welfare is their number 1 priority.

The staff really get to know not only your child but the entire family. All of the staff are lovely and have built great relationships with my child, they all know her so we.

My daughter has attended since she was 1 and she is soon to be 3 years old. The nursery have supported potty trained, encouraged

her to try more foods and given her experiences we couldn't offer at home. The weekly visits from outside sport companies are great, my daughter is always so excited to go in on those days.

The communication from nursery to home is fab, the app is a real bonus. We regularly get pictures and updates so we know what she's being doing, meals she's eaten, nap length ect.

My daughter is so happy at Durrington. From initially thinking that a childminder setting was the best option, having to move her to a nursery because she wouldn't settle was a hard decision to make but one that I wish I had made at the start.
The staff at Durrington are supportive of her, our family,
transitions between developmental stages, they listen and follow our lead on things like naps, toilet training, tantrums and the dummy as well as providing advice and support for us to manage them better when we ask.
She gets loads of extra curricular opportunities on top of her daily routines and activities such as baking, dancing, park visits, visitors and celebrations. Their facilities are great, lots of outside space and give opportunities to use it every day no matter the weather.
She has bonded well with all staff members and we could not be happier with the care that she receives there.

I find the nursery and staff all well mannered and very professional, the only one issue i would say I have is with the information uploaded to the app from the staff members, it seems to be rushed and uploaded last minute and not very accurate to the information passed on pick up, the information that
is uploaded needs to be 100% correct and accurate for parents who dont collect their child so they, feel and know exactly what happening, child has ate ect.
Reply from Niki McCormick, Marketing Admin at Kindred Parsonage (Amesbury) Pre-schoolThank you for your feedback-we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We're pleased to hear your kind comments about the team and that you find them professional and well mannered. At the same time, we're grateful that you've highlighted your concerns around the app updates, as this is really important.
We completely understand how vital accurate and timely information is, especially for parents who may not always be able to collect their child in person. Your feedback has been noted, and we will be sharing this with the team to ensure updates are more detailed, consistent, and reflective of the day your child has had.
Thank you again for your honesty-it helps us to improve and ensure we're providing the best possible communication and care for all families.

We've had such a lovely experience at Kindred Odstock Nursery. I've had two children attend over the years one is now 10 and it really means a lot that some of the same familiar staff are still there. That kind of consistency says so much about the nursery and the caring environment they create. The
countryside setting is beautiful and peaceful, and for me, working at the local district hospital, the location is just perfect. The hours are also incredibly helpful, with early drop-offs from 7:30am and pick-ups until 6pm, which makes busy days much easier to manage. The staff are warm, kind, and clearly love what they do. I honestly wouldn't consider anywhere else for my 3 year old.
Reply from Niki McCormick, Marketing Admin at Kindred Odstock Nursery and Pre-SchoolThank you so much for your thoughtful and kind review.

It's wonderful to hear that both of your children have enjoyed their time here over the years. Having familiar faces on the team is something we're really proud of, so it's lovely to know that consistency has made a difference to your experience.

We're so glad the setting and location work well for you, especially alongside a busy role at the hospital, and that our hours help make those long days a little easier. Most importantly, it's fantastic to hear how happy you are with the care and support your 3-year-old is receiving.

Thank you for your continued trust in us-we feel very lucky to be part of your family's early years journey!

Kindred durrington nursery is very good- staff are lovely and welcoming, learning resources/ toys and outdoor space is great. The meals are always nutritious and healthy- and my son always enjoys them. My son enjoys when baby sensory attend the nursery, and all the activities he does in nursery- he
is kept busy and occupied. The communication and updates from staff are great. Ive never felt any worry or concern when dropping him off and staff are quick to help or answer any questions I have, he is happy when I pick him up. The nursery is clean and tidy. When my older son previously attended they were very good with SEN needs, and supported him in his own unique journey and gave him tools/equipment to support him during his time there, and also supported me as a parent. I would recommend the nursery to any other parents, very happy with both my son's time there.

Both my girls have attended kindred, one is now thriving at school and my younger still attends.
They both loved going in, they developed their social skills, numbers and language skills and built confidence ready for school.
Most importantly they had fun everyday and made me feel completely at ease
as a parent.
Through their app, we got constant updates on what my child ate and any bumps and scraps, as well as termly updates on all the task theyd been upto.
The nursery was also very reliable, there hasnt been a time when i have been let down with childcare due to staffing which is reasuring for me as an nhs worker.
The options of extra days if needed, funded places, open days and partys they host have been a really bonus.Any more serious bumps and scraps(rarely), that have required imediate first aid they have phoned me straight away and have really helpped with my 2nd borns questionable choices!
Only room for improvement would be the outdoor space would be great a bit bigger

It's also fantastic to hear that our app and communication have helped you feel reassured, and we're glad that the reliability and flexibility of our team has been supportive for you as an NHS worker.

My son has been attending Kindred since 2022 when he was 9 months old. My son had a stoma for 12 months due to a bowel condition and the nursery embraced it, learning how to deal with changes and looking out for anything concerning. My son has autism and I can't speak highly enough of the Manager and
SENCO they've gone above and beyond to support his learning and development and give him all the opportunities any other child gets. My son can't wait to go into nursery each day and I am always assured of his care and that his needs being met. The food is fantastic he eats better at nursery than at home and they always do extra activities like learning French, cooking and fun exercise and dance class. My son has some really strong bonds with staff there and I'll be extremely sad when he leaves later this year to go to school.

It has been an absolute privilege to support your son since he joined us We are so grateful for the trust you placed in us, especially during such an important time in his journey. Supporting him with his care and ensuring everyone felt confident and reassured was something we embraced wholeheartedly - his wellbeing has always been our priority.
We're incredibly proud of the progress he has made. Our team will be so touched by your kind words; inclusion and ensuring every child has the same opportunities to thrive is at the heart of everything we do.
It's fantastic to hear how much he enjoys nursery life and that he's built such strong, special bonds with our team. Knowing he comes in excited each day and that you feel assured in his care means the world to us.
We'll be so sad to see him leave for school, but we're equally proud of the confident, capable little boy he has become.

My son started here in June at the age of 9 months old , he is now 17 months old and is thriving and hitting milestones early . The first day he started he loved nursery but was always unsure on handover in the morning but as time went on my little boy now goes straight to his keyworker and waves me
goodbye with no issues. He is currently in curiosity Crescent and has such a lovely relationship with his peers and the staff there. The staff at kindred Durrington aren't just there for the children but always ask how I am doing and always have a open door policy if I need to get things out . They are amazing and I cant fault them . My son also loves experimenting with food more since going here and now eats like Eddie Hall , costing me a fortune

Curiosity Crescent will be thrilled to hear your kind words about the relationships he's built with both staff and his peers. Strong bonds and a sense of belonging are so important at this age.
We're also really pleased you feel supported too - our open door policy is there for exactly that reason. And we had to smile at the Eddie Hall comparison! We love encouraging children to explore new foods and develop healthy appetites (even if it does increase the food bill!).
Thank you again for your kind words - it's a privilege to be part of your son's journey.
