Overall Experience

We've had an absolutely fantastic experience at Kindred Durrington. My daughter started there at 11 months in Sep 25. The staff went above and beyond to provide a loving and nurturing home from home environment for her,which helped her settle in quickly. Within a week she was happily settling herself

for a nap there,something which we still haven't achieved at home! The baby room offers plenty of space to play and explore, with plenty more activities in the garden. The staff always set up a variety of activities to encourage learning,curiousity and exploration,such as water and messy play,painting,cooking,dancing and even a baby sensory class. We had to move house and relocate in Dec 25,but my daughter really enjoyed her time at Kindred Durrington and formed beautiful bonds with the staff. She was so confident starting her new nursery thanks to the wonderful start she had at Kindred.

I can say with 100% confidence that Kindred Odstock Nursery is a fantastic childcare setting! I have had two children at this nursery, and both have been taken care of extremely well by the wonderful team there. They truly care about the children's welfare, and offer them loads of fantastic opportunities

such as rugby & music lessons throughout the week - and I'm always so impressed by the activities the (very motivated and inspiring) team have ready for the children every day! The management team are fantastic and really approachable and flexible - as are all of the key workers. There is a real family vibe at the nursery, which I love! I really rate this nursery and would recommend them to anyone as an exceptional childcare setting in Salisbury!

Myself and my partner have nothing but good things to say about Kindred Odstock Nursery. My little boy has been attending for the last 2 years and has loved every minute. Always rushing to come in to greet the staff with a big smile on his face and excitement! The staff are always so engaging and enthusiastic

towards the children as well as being so kind, warm and welcoming. The nursery itself is cosy, lived in and clean! We couldn't recommend Kindred Odstock enough for all there love, support and help towards our little boy on his journey towards school.

Overall Experience

My son attends this nursery 4 days a week and he absolutely loves it. They do lots of different activities to keep him entertained and he often comes home telling me what he's done and showing me the crafts he's made.
They have a nice diverse menu and my son is often trying food he probably would

turn his nose up at home.

The staff are inviting and fantastic with the children, swift to communicate changes with parents and answer any of my questions quickly.

I very much recommend this nursery.

My daughter started in the baby room at Kindred Salisbury last year and is now in the toddler room. We've had a great experience of the nursery from the start. We have been really impressed by all the staff - who are very consistent and seem to love the nursery as much as we do. Even in the baby room

my daughter got involved in a variety of activities, with lots of messy play (which she loves!). There are lots of additional activities at the nursery too - including dance, football and even French! The management team are excellent and all the staff respond quickly to any requests or queries. We are very happy that our daughter is at Kindred!

I moved my child to Kindred Salisbury from another setting, and after three months the change has been incredible. She is like a different child, she's more confident, excited to go to nursery each day, and always eager to tell me about what she's been doing. This is a complete turnaround from her previous

nursery, and it truly reflects how hard the staff work to build genuine, nurturing relationships with the children.

The team are friendly, caring, and consistently show that they have the children's best interests at heart. They also keep parents very well informed, which I really appreciate.

The staff are always coming up with new and engaging activities to support the children's development. My child is a particular fan of the French and dance classes they offer!

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the support and care my child receives at Kindred Salisbury.

Kindred Winterbourne Earls has been absolutely fantastic from day 1. My daughter started age 10 months and is about to leave to start school. She has gained so much confidence and really come out of her shell at nursery. She has made friends and had lots of brilliant experiences including ballet once

a week and previously a music teacher once a week. The staff have all been really supportive and helpful. The app is really informative & if I've been worried I've just messaged and had a response really quickly. I couldn't recommend them more & we will all miss it.

I have two children at Kindred, my elder child has been at the nursery for over 2 years, and my youngest just over a year. We absolute love it. The stand out reason for this is the staff. They genuinely care about my children. They appreciate their individuality, their quirks and are always interested

in what they are doing at home and how they can support development at nursery. The variety of activities they do with the children is varied and imaginative and makes the most of the space available to them.

The management and administration is also really smooth and responsive. I'm kept up to date on their development, and any queries I have are always responded to quickly.

I personally, could not be happier with the care Kindred provide to my children. Thank you.

It is always a huge and personal decision when choosing a nursery for your child, so when you find somewhere that has a warm, family feel to it, it makes the decision that much easier. I think Kindred Salisbury has a 'home from home' feel about it, allowing the children to feel relaxed and comfortable

in a nurturing and stimulating environment. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming, and they're consistent too. This is especially important to me, as my Daughter has a complex bowel condition and requires extra personal care in the form of stoma bag emptying and changing. Nothing is ever too much for the ladies who care for my Daughter, and they have really made me feel at ease about the whole thing.

Our son has attended kindred odstock since October 2024. I love the connection with the app from the nursery to us as parents to see what our son has been up to that day/week and the fact you can see what he has eaten during that day/week also.

I'm so glad we chose Kindred Odstock. Their people really set them apart.

Something I notice whenever I go and pick up my son is that the staff are, without fail, on the floor with the children, playing and interacting with them. I've never once seen a member of staff 'hanging around'. I don't know

where they all get the energy from, but they're so animated with the children from the start of the day until the very end.

When my son first joined Kindred Odstock, I really appreciated how they accommodated my wish to settle him in gradually. Rather than having a rigid number of settle sessions, they went at my child's pace (and my pace, as a nervous first time mum). One time my child was really upset at drop off, which in turn made me upset. They showed such kindness and understanding, taking the time to sit with the both of us until we felt better. I could have felt embarrassed but they showed such kindness and understanding. I really appreciated that.

Our son has been attending Kindred Odstock baby room since October 2024, from the moment we attended the open day we knew this was the nursery for us to have our son attend!

The difference in the confidence, sharing and gentleness towards others he is showing is incredible, he has learnt so much

in a short period of time and for this we are truly grateful to the staff for the work they do to help him learn and grow!

The staff are all welcoming, we love the use of the app to provide updates and show off what our son has been achieving. Our son looks forward to ringing the doorbell every morning to see what awaits him behind the door for the day,
with different activities inside and outside the baby room, it's lovely to see how much they have to offer.

With our son being a big lover of food, the variety of foods the nursery has to offer it's great to see!

Kindred Winterbourne's is absolutely fantastic, such a lovely nursery with lovely staff who are extremely helpful, supporting and caring. Their engagement with the children is so connecting. The environment is great, the rooms are beautiful and look so fun. We joined this nursery halfway through the

term after removing my son from his old nursery due to the poor standards. It was the best choice we made because this nursery is phenomenal and we are at such ease with it. We know he's loved and cared for here. So many parents speak positively of this nursery. My child is in Curiosity Crescent and the staff in his room are so wonderful and informative. He really does have the best time here. Nothing is an issue, they incorporate your child's routine at home to nursery life. They give you an honest summary of how the day has been and what he's got up to etc. The app is fantastic, it gives us updates on what he's eaten, nap times, nappy changes and so on. The manager is brilliant.

Overall Experience

My daughter started at kindred just after her second birthday and does 2 sessions a week and with the amazing staff she has settled in well and loves playing with her friends and doing dance and many other activities. I highly recommend Kindred at Salisbury the staff are amazing and go above and beyond

for the children and parents. Always have the time to chat to you and always interested in what interests my daughter outside of nursery so they can try and bring it into nursery to make her experience even more personal and Ive never had that with previous nurseries that my son went to 8 years ago. She loved bringing her big brother to the open day play and showed him everything that she does when he's at school.
