a week and previously a music teacher once a week. The staff have all been really supportive and helpful. The app is really informative & if I've been worried I've just messaged and had a response really quickly. I couldn't recommend them more & we will all miss it.

This is especially important to me, as my Daughter has a complex bowel condition and requires extra personal care in the form of stoma bag emptying and changing. Nothing is ever too much for the ladies who care for my Daughter, and they have really made me feel at ease about the whole thing.

When my son first joined Kindred Odstock, I really appreciated how they accommodated my wish to settle him in gradually. Rather than having a rigid number of settle sessions, they went at my child's pace (and my pace, as a nervous first time mum). One time my child was really upset at drop off, which in turn made me upset. They showed such kindness and understanding, taking the time to sit with the both of us until we felt better. I could have felt embarrassed but they showed such kindness and understanding. I really appreciated that.

The staff are all welcoming, we love the use of the app to provide updates and show off what our son has been achieving. Our son looks forward to ringing the doorbell every morning to see what awaits him behind the door for the day,
with different activities inside and outside the baby room, it's lovely to see how much they have to offer.

With our son being a big lover of food, the variety of foods the nursery has to offer it's great to see!

term after removing my son from his old nursery due to the poor standards. It was the best choice we made because this nursery is phenomenal and we are at such ease with it. We know he's loved and cared for here. So many parents speak positively of this nursery. My child is in Curiosity Crescent and the staff in his room are so wonderful and informative. He really does have the best time here. Nothing is an issue, they incorporate your child's routine at home to nursery life. They give you an honest summary of how the day has been and what he's got up to etc. The app is fantastic, it gives us updates on what he's eaten, nap times, nappy changes and so on. The manager is brilliant.

Always have the time to chat to you and always interested in what interests my daughter outside of nursery so they can try and bring it into nursery to make her experience even more personal and Ive never had that with previous nurseries that my son went to 8 years ago. She loved bringing her big brother to the open day play and showed him everything that she does when he's at school.

My son settled quickly and was welcomed as if the staff had always known him. The staff are passionate about providing stimulating activities, and my little boy always leaves with a big smile on his face and is excited to return each day. The staff are excellent at communicating with us, and it is so reassuring that my little one is happy and content in the care of the staff at Kindred Amesbury.

with nursery, exploring outside in her all in one overalls in the snow and ice as well as in the sunshine exploring the garden. She always seems to have a fulfilling variety of food which always sounds lovely, they have always stuck by our dietary requirements and willingly change them when we instruct them to do so. Are daughter never wants to leave at the end of the day always wanting to continue playing with her friends and to staff.

has come on so well and I cannot thank the Readiness Road team enough for all their care, attentiveness and enthusiasm. My son has recently started to settle into curiosity crescent and is also very happy and settled. He happily goes to the team for a cuddle in the morning without any tears. The team in curiosity crescent have been brilliant with his allergy needs, supporting with breast milk feeds and good naps during the day.
The satchel app is fantastic, all information about the children's day is included and information from the office is posted regularly. Some beautiful observations are created however this isn't as yet consistent across both my children's rooms.
