Well it's been 38 years since I have been in a nursery. But my experience so far has been great' friendly and conscientious staff my child walks through the door. There is no anxiety about going through it so that must be a good sign

My son has been attending big top nursery since he was a year old and we cannot fault Joe, Claire and the amazing team. My son thoroughly enjoys attending with all the fun and educational learning and activities. His development has come on leaps and bounds. Like most children he was initially a shy
child but has really developed his confidence and personality. The team have taken the time and care to get to know more about my sons favourite things, shows and music. In addition they take extra time in greeting my daughter (who is at school) on drop off and pick up and taking time to say hello etc.
the team are very easy to talk to and are an extension of the values and behaviours we encourage at home.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the nursery to others looking for a nursery.

Excellent team. Made my life easy by taking care of my child like me. The team manager Joe very friendly and made things easy for me for admin issues and logistics and the child care professionals they are awesome. My daughter loved to be there every single day.

A fantastic nursery with caring staff.
My son has been attending this nursery for the past year and absolutely loves it. He's formed such strong bonds with the staff and runs in happily every morning, which gives me so much confidence in the care he's receiving.
My older daughter also attended previously
and had a great experience too, which is why we chose to return.
The team are warm, supportive, and genuinely invested in the children. I'm really grateful for the positive environment they create and would happily recommend this nursery to other families.

We're really happy with the care our one-year-old receives at this nursery. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the settling-in process very easy for both our child and us as parents.
The environment is clean, safe, and full of engaging activities that support early development.
It's wonderful to see how happy and comfortable our child is each day. We truly appreciate the regular updates and the dedication of the team. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing place for their little one

Since the moment my little boy started there with a couple health issues they have all reassured me so much and I am so happy with him there.
No problem is too much for them and everyone is always willing to go the extra mile to help and support you and your child.
My little boys key worker and
room leader of Tiny Tops is amazing! I couldn't ask any more of her, she is always happy to give me extra updates when I'm worried about him and how he is and is always so reassuring with observations.
The communication in the setting is amazing and they are always open and honest with you and create the most amazing bonds with the children.
Liz the chef makes the most amazing fresh and tasty food that my boy loved even more than my own cooking!
I cannot say a bad word about the setting and everyone there they are amazing! I really appreciate everyone!

Both my kids are at Big top . Staff there are helpful and happy at all times it seems! Which makes drop ofs and pick ups great , even if one of my children is a bit upset when going in. The tears are just for us parents it seems as within minutes of going in , my child is happily playing, im sure due
to the great happy nature of the staff.
They always come out full of the joys of the day, telling me all about what fun they had.
My daughter is now fully prepared for the step up to big school in September, thanks to the wonderful staff here.

Both my children have attended the nursery and it's been amazing for their development.
My daughter was behind in her speech before she attended and the nursery really helped her get up to speed with her peers.
My daughter was ready for school with the nursery's help and my other daughter that currently
attends is exactly where she needs to be with her development.

BIG Top Preschool has been wonderful for our family. My eldest daughter changed so much during her time there - she grew in confidence and was truly ready for school. My little one is still attending and is always happy; I can see so much progress in her development each week.
The staff are warm, friendly,
and extremely communicative. They're always ready to help and keep parents updated on activities and progress, which gives me great peace of mind. I'm really happy with BIG Top Preschool and so grateful I had the opportunity to bring my kids here. I highly recommend them.

My little boy has been attending Big Top Nursery at Roman Park for over a year now, and the difference in his confidence has been amazing to see. The staff have played such an important role in this by providing such caring, nurturing support every day.
They take the time to really get to know each
child and create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe and happy to learn and explore. It's clear that they genuinely care about the children in their care.
The team are also fantastic at keeping parents informed. They regularly update you on your child's development and activities, which really helps put your mind at ease. As a parent, it's so reassuring to know your child is in such good hands.
I'm so grateful for everything the staff have done for my little boy and would highly recommend Big Top Nursery at Roman Park to any parent looking for a supportive and nurturing nursery.
