Kindred Hainault Nursery & Pre-school

My son attends Kindard Nursery, and I couldn't be happier with the care and support he has received.

The management team are excellent-always informative, approachable, and highly professional. Communication is clear, and they do a fantastic job when settling children in.

What has impressed me most is how flexible and understanding the nursery has been with my son. Rather than expecting him to adapt to a rigid environment, they have taken the time to understand his individual needs and adapted their approach to help him thrive. This level of care, patience, and commitment has made a huge difference to both my son and our family.

The staff are warm, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile. I feel reassured knowing my son is in a safe, nurturing environment where he is valued as an individual.

I would highly recommend Kindard Nursery to any parent looking for a caring, inclusive, and child-centred setting.

My child attends nursery for a 2nd year, I am happy how she is being looked after, she is feeling happy to go to nursery, likes playing & eats the food she never eats at home which is very satisfying to see.

I couldn't be happier with this nursery! The staff are warm, caring, and truly dedicated to creating a safe and happy environment for the children. Every day my son comes home smiling, excited to tell us about all the fun activities, friends, and things he has learned.

The nursery provides a wonderful balance of learning and play, helping children grow in confidence, creativity, and social skills.

My child has been at this nursery since they were a year old and is now due to start school in September. The staff here have enabled my child to thrive in their early years! I feel highly confident that my child is well looked after by the team and has great relationships with the staff in his room. As well as the staff, the menu is nutritious and thought about, they bring in phonics and baking as extras as well as a trip from the zoo, and the outdoor play areas are terrific! I am always able to contact and discuss anything with the staff, and they send regular updates. I particularly like the end of term reports to help know how my child is getting on overall. I am so pleased with this nursery laying a great foundation for my child in their first years.

I have a 2 year old daughter whom I placed into kindred Hainult. The first we viewed and turned out to be the absolute best! All the staff members who take care of my daughter are amazing and the nursery worker who showed us around! Shes been so unsettled but the workers are so patient with her and doing so well in helping her overcome her new experience. The manager is very helpful and supportive, I can't thank them enough so far for everything they are doing. I would highly recommend this nursery! They have lots of activities and toys for the children and nice garden space. A good choice of breakfast snack and lunches. Really good nursery very clean and good staff members!

We are happy with the nursery, the little girl has made great progress, she has started to speak English a lot, to play with the children in teams, she really likes the music and dance classes, the all staff are very responsive.

My daughter start in June but I have been in contact with the staff in the run up to her settling in days.

All questions have been answered in a timely manner and I have even popped by where I was so impressed that we had a conversation at the door rather than letting a random in from the community in.

Our child has attended Kindred Hainault since he was a baby, and he has absolutely loved the nursery and practitioners. He built such close bonds with the staff in every room he moved through over the years. There is a genuinely warm and caring atmosphere throughout the nursery.

The management team has also been fantastic. They always listened to and addressed any concerns we raised, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them. We really appreciated how committed they are to continuously improving the environment, always introducing new toys and learning resources to support the children's development as they grow.

We honestly cannot recommend Kindred Hainault highly enough. If we had to choose a nursery again, we would pick the same one without hesitation. We are actually feeling very sad that our time there is coming to an end as our child prepares to start school.

I have had 2 children attend Kindred Hainault and they both love it. The staff are friendly and attentive which makes drop offs smooth and reassuring every day.

The fees are very reasonable and the early start option has been incredibly helpful for our family. It has made managing work commitments much easier and provides real flexibility as a working parent. I would highly recommend Kindred Hainault to any family looking for a caring and reliable nursery.

Love the outside space they have and how they get the children involved in cooking at such an early age.

I have mixed feelings about our experience here. The nursery has good facilities & infrastructure, and lovely food and activities. However, the management and administration have been a constant source of frustration.

We have dealt with miscalculated Quotes. When questioned, we were told "that's what the system suggested," only to later find out the manager had inputted the wrong hours.

We have serious care concerns. Nearly a month ago, my son was bitten severely enough that he still has a mark on his hand today. The incident felt underplayed by management and the room leader, and we are still waiting for the CCTV footage we requested. Furthermore, the children have frequently come home with wet, full nappies, causing nappy rashes.

Only infrastructure doesn't make a nursery; it's the care that matters. The management have let us down, and the only reason we are staying is because of wonderful staff like Danielle, Hannan, and Huma and few others.

Myself and my children absolutely love the nursery! My daughter used to go elsewhere before and my son went here from when he was a baby and I could see the difference. The learning towards the children and helping them achieve stuff is amazing from all rooms especially the baby room. All staff are so lovely. The communication with the staff is perfect. Great team at the nursery and I would definitely recommend the nursery to others.

I have sent my son to this nursery. He was very happy with the staff in the preschool room. He has built lovely relationships with the other children. The staff are lovely and are amazing and I would recommend as my child loves the ladies in the room they are so caring and loving. Also they make fresh meals and my boy loves the food the chef great too!

Excellent staff! My elder daughter was going there and she absolutely loved it, especially the preschool team. My younger one has medical issues and everyone is really supportive and doing their best to support her. I love the communication between the the teachers/admin staff and the parents, I get updates and reports constantly that puts my mind in ease.

From the moment I stepped into the nursery, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by every member of the staff. My son has been going to Kindred Hainault Nursery & Pre-school since he was 1 year old (he is now 3) and from day one, I have felt he was in very safe hands. The staff are warm and understanding (I was very nervous post-pandemic about being away from him and they were so good about keeping me updated and listening to our needs) and they get to know the children so well. My son has been slow with his speech and they're very supportive with and invested in his speech development. He's also made some great friends and always comes home a happy boy. I would highly recommend Kindred Hainault!

Excellent place. The staff are amazing. Five years before my eldest one went to this nursery, she enjoyed going to the nursery every day, with no complaint at all, after five years I have chosen them again for my little one. I will strongly recommend it.
