Bright Horizons Court Oak Day Nursery and Preschool

My child started in September and has loved being in pre school. He settled in well and had many settling In sessions that never felt rushed. The pre school room is big and welcoming. He loves the gardens and outdoor spaces. This was a winner for us as he's very outdoorsy. The staff and management are caring, friendly and helpful.

I have already encouraged others to enrol.

My child absolutely loves the nursery and has thrived with each stage of her early years. She loves all the staff and has a real connection with them, she has no problem being dropped off and the nursery has been supported at every stage including with potty training which took a while to get through.

My first child started at this nursery about 18 months ago and I can honestly say, this was the best decision I could have made in regards to selecting a perfect educational placement for him. The staff has been outstanding; from ensuring that my child is fed and watered, to ensuring that he is given absolutely every opportunity to grow and flourish. Management changed over in July 22 and this has had a significant positive impact on the overall day-to-day running and management of the nursery altogether. The new ideas put into place such as the training workshops ie potty training, have been so incredibly useful. If it wasn’t for this workshop, I’m not sure my child would have been half as ready as he is now to be potty trained. All staff go over and beyond and if and when I ever have the smallest of issues, these are dealt with effectively and efficiently. I could not recommend this nursery enough - they are simply amazing!

We were worried about our son starting nursery as, although he was eating solids, he was solely breastfeeding not taking fluids by bottle or cup and had not spent long away from either parent. The staff were empathetic, understanding and reassuring and our son's transition to nursery has been better than we could have expected. They were very flexible with settling in sessions and he has such good fun at nursery. There are new activities each day related to their curriculum and they often go outside. Our son has developed several allergies and the staff are very supportive and careful. They send daily photos which is lovely and give us a nice summary of his day at pick up which comes across as very caring and thorough. Easy enough to park near the nursery for pick-up/drop-off and the nursery app is pretty comprehensive - the daily logs of his activity/food/nappies/naps but also the photos, notifications and ability to message the staff.

Excellent, the staff is amazing. My child really enjoys going, I'm really pleased with the nursery.

Staff are incredible both with communication to parents and the relationships built with your child. They know him well and he has a great relationship with them. His development is being supported brilliantly by the nursery.

Bright Horizons Court Oak is a lovely place for my child to flourish and grow. They are supportive and kind. My child loves it here.

My daughter loves going to nursery here! Great staff, lovely and supportive. Always engaging the children in exciting and stimulating activities. The new app is also brilliant! It enables me to check in and see my little one's pictures and progress throughout the day! Would highly recommend!

I love how involved the nursery are with the children and how informative the new app is. I like logging in to see what they are up to.

This is a lovely place where children feel happy and supported throughout their daily journey. All staff are friendly and caring and provide amazing learning opportunities to the children. My daughter has been attending since February 2020 and goes in with a smile every day. There is a rich variety of activities, delicious freshly made food and a couple of large gardens where the children play and explore. I can't praise them enough!

My son who is 3 years old attends Bright Horizons Court Oak Day Nursery since June 2021 and is still there, he settled in so easy although he has development delays with the help of the staff who are professional, supportive and know how to make kids happy, he loves the place and gets super excited going there, he jumped out to get inside with his teacher when I dropped him off and when I collected his he was happy, totally recommend this lovely place

The team at Bright Horizons Court Oak have been extremely helpful when I have had concerns with my daughters development with her speech. They were in regular contact and provided extra support when required in order for her to reach her potential. She participates in various activities throughout the day and eats a variety of different foods. Since starting at Bright Horizons, we have noticed her to become more confident in herself. She loves it so much she runs straight in, in the mornings without even looking back!

My son started at Court Oak in November 2020, from the initial call to find out more information I instantly knew this was the right nursery for us. Having had contact with numerous nurseries I didn't have the compassion, friendliness and warmth that I had from Court Oak. Since my son started I noticed the difference in a few weeks, I am extremely happy with all of the staff. I would highly recommend Bright Horizons to any new or existing parent. My son is always excited and happy to arrive at nursery and lights up excitedly when he sees his teachers. I am grateful I was able to get a place for my son here.

I am really happy with the service that Bright Horizons day nursery provides. My son enjoys his time in nursery and he is really flourishing. The staff that look after my child are very friendly, welcoming and passionate about bringing the best out of him. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

My daughter is attending this nursery since she was 2 years old (she's going to be 4 soon)I saw improvement with her communication straight away. She enjoys every play or activity they are doing. Anytime she comes home she is happy telling me about her day in the nursery. The staff are really friendly, she loves all her teachers. Would really recommend this nursery.

My child loves her nursery, the staff are so supportive and caring. They are always sure the kids are doing fun activities, spending a lot of time in the garden. They are always encouraging kids to learn new skills. They are very receptive and really helpful.
