Bright Horizons Hinckley Day Nursery and Preschool provides high-quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

The purpose-built, single-level nursery provides five separate rooms: a baby room, toddler room, two nurseries and Preschool. All the rooms are bright and airy with plenty of natural light and access to outside areas.

A beautifully refurbished adventure garden is divided into three play areas designed to support each particular age group. Each area provides lots of space for physical development and opportunities for children to develop an interest in nature and the world around them.

Experienced, qualified staff ensure the children are cared for throughout their nursery journey and 90% of staff are qualified to Level 3 or above and regularly trained. The nursery's own supply team cover staff holidays and sickness.

The nursery provides excellent opportunities for partnership with parents through parents' evenings, forums and regular 'stay and play' sessions. Policies and procedures are designed to give parents confidence in the safe and stimulating environment provided.

Their unique Healthy Hearts and Minds activities provide inspirational and engaging learning experiences using the innovative and well established Boogie Mites and myHappymind programmes.

An enriching Ready for School programme gives every child the opportunity to gain knowledge and confidence to thrive in school and beyond.

The nursery is within the catchment area of Richmond Primary School and other local schools that children progress to include Battling Brook Primary School.

The nursery was rated 'Good' by Ofsted in July 2022.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. From the first day, the team have made me feel completely comfortable and confident as a Mum - something every parent hopes for but doesn't always find. The care, kindness and genuine love they show to my son is truly incredible. The staff go above and beyond
every day, and the time they have all taken to get to know my son, understand his personality, his needs and routine, is so reassuring. Knowing my son is not only safe, but happy, nurtured and encouraged to grow has given me total peace of mind. I am so grateful to have found this nursery. They are more than just childcare providers - they genuinely feel like an extenxion of our family. I cannot thank them enough.

The nursery staff are quite simply amazing in the baby room. Our little boy has struggled with the transition into nursery and they have been so caring and patient. The Bright Horizons app is wonderful and helps us know how he is doing through the day and is often updated with pictures and videos which
reassure us constantly. We always get comprehensive handovers at the end of the day too. Can not reccomend Bright Horizons enough!

My little one has been with the nursery for a little over one month now. I couldn't be happier with how supportive and encouraging they have been with both me and my daughter during this settling-in period. I have been so grateful for the care they have shown my daughter and how they have eased us both
into the nursery experience. I was so impressed with their settling-in policy of building up sessions towards her start date. All free of charge and done to help my daughter feel safe and secure within her new environment. My husband and I are always appreciative for the updates we receive throughout the day, which helps us feel involved and up to date with how she has been throughout the day. The weekly development updates show how seriously they take your child's development regardless of their age. I would thoroughly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a positive, happy, caring and professional place to send their little ones.

Our little one has attended the nursery for nearly 1.5 years now, and we are still over the moon with the service we receive. The staff is always kind and extremely accommodating no matter what request we have. Our Little One settled in much sooner in the different rooms than we had expected and he
is in love with his key-workers. The facility is neat, tidy, and contemporary. I would highlight the extra effort that the staff is making to organize messy plays, cooking, gardening, and other sensory activities. They regularly follow the lead of the children by tailoring the activities based on their latest interests.
Their App is also easy to use, and it puts our minds at ease that we receive updates during the day.
In summary, we are truly happy with our choice and cannot recommend it enough!

Since starting at 10 months old, our daughter has flourished. Her speech and development have improved considerably. The care the staff provide is exceptional and our daughter develops a fantastic bond with her key staff members and other staff in each room. Management are super helpful with any queries

Bright Horizons has been amazing with my son who has major separation anxiety. He now enjoys his days, playing, eating and exploring both indoor and outdoor spaces. Couldn't be happier with having Bright Horizons as my son's nursery. All the staff we have interacted with has been lovely and super helpful,

Brilliant nursery that looks after my daughter very well. Her confidence has grown so much since being at Bright Horizons and she tells me all about her friends. I get updates now on how my daughter is doing every week and am happy to raise any concerns i have which is very few.

The nursery is absolutely amazing. All the staff are very friendly - nothing is too much for them. My son loves coming here and has learnt so much. My son's been coming here since he was one. He is four now, and all the age groups were brilliant. I highly recommend Bright Horizons.

A really amazing nursery and preschool. We have had two children there over the last seven years, and our experience has been great. Kind, friendly staff and a lovely environment. I've never once worried or had any concerns.

I cannot praise this nursery enough. They have been brilliant with my little girls since she started at nine and a half months (now two). She has thrived in the warm and caring environment the nursery offers. I have every confidence her learning and development will continue and prepare her so well
