Hi, I am Daisy! I am the manager at Monkey Puzzle Upminster.

I have worked for Monkey Puzzle for 10 years now; this is where my career started in Early Years. I have completed my Level 3, where I started as an apprentice and worked my way up to a manager role. The manager role is my favourite!

I am in charge of the day-to-day operations of the nursery. I oversee everything to make sure we are always running at a high standard. I am Level 3 qualified. I am also the DSL; I am first aid trained and also mental health first aid trained. I love working with children as every day is so different, and there aren’t many people in the world who can say they belly laugh at work every day!

My favourite activities include the classics like Hide & Seek or What’s the Time, Mr Wolf, as that reminds me of my own childhood.

Hi, I’m Maisie, the Deputy Manager at Monkey Puzzle Upminster!

I’ve been part of the Monkey Puzzle family for five years, starting my journey as an apprentice and working my way up. I’m Level 3 qualified and currently completing my Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Early Years.

I love being part of children’s early development and watching their confidence, independence and personalities grow. I especially enjoy seeing those moments when children learn something new or achieve something they’ve been working towards.

I believe a great nursery experience is one where children feel safe, happy and valued. Building strong relationships with children and their families is really important to me.

I was attracted to Monkey Puzzle Upminster because of the beautiful character of the old building combined with its modern twist!
