Couldn’t recommend them enough!

The staff are always friendly and attentive. My child loves going to Monkey Puzzle, there is always messy play available and a focus on early learning. I love that I get updates on what they are up to each day and a log of what they have eaten/nappies etc. I also love how the staff make a big deal of holidays - we always get arts and crafts sent home to celebrate events. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Monkey Puzzle to parents - it's great!

Disgraceful increase in funded fees of 40%. Appreciate costs are rising but the non-funded fees increase was 10%. Nursery feels like a business rather than family, otherwise, our little ones are happy there and well looked after.

Speaking with the director she told me my daughter didn't show anything when was bitten as crying or screaming and they thought was not so bad. Also said to me the best thing to do was look for another nursery for her. As she couldn't stay with other kids, even my daughter was the victim 3 times. Not recommended. Look for another place even paying more if you love your kids.

Monkey Puzzle is very friendly and understanding of your children's needs, they help as much as they can and out of all the nurseries, these are far the best. My children love attending, they always come home and have learned pleantly of new words and colours and many more things.

A lovely environment with lots of stimulation for the children. Thought out activities to promote learning and development as well as caring staff who both my children love. Both my boys have multiple allergies and they are able to cater for them easily, never leaving them out from the other children.

We had a rocky start finding a nursery but we alway say how lucky we got finding Monkey Puzzle. From the start they have been supportive our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since attending. The staff show a genuine love for their job which comes across with the activities and impact the staff have on our daughter. The atmosphere in the nursery as a whole is positive and buzzing. Any worries we had have been completely squashed and we are happy to know she is going to be at a very good nursery until she starts school.

Everyone is so nice and lovely. They put so much effort in every day to make sure the children are happy and with lots of things to do. My boy loves it here. Highly recommended. Top nursery 5*.

Can’t recommend the staff and setting enough!

Fantastic place... my little girl loves going. The staff are friendly and very helpful too. I love the effort they put into the theme days as well. I’ll be sad when she starts infant school and no longer goes.

Conduct through the past two years has been great considering all that was thrown their way.

I cannot fault Monkey Puzzle in any way! The most caring and amazing staff work there who are always helpful. My little boy started a year ago, he was very shy and never said more than 3 words but in the past year both his confidence and his speech have come on incredibly and I put this down to the hard work of the nursery. My little boy adores going and runs in every day with no issue! They keep everything updated and there’s never any trouble! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I are very pleased with Monkey Puzzle. Our son loves going and seems to be thriving. The staff are very friendly and we feel safe letting him go there. The app is a great feature, too. It’s nice to see what my child has gotten up to and to know that he has eaten throughout the morning. My wife and I especially love it when we get sent photos of our son. We are very happy overall and recommend this nursery to anyone in the area.

Such a brilliant nursery, all staff are so helpful and great with the little ones. They are always doing new and fun things with the children, keeping them busy and educating them, our little boy loves it here. He started here at 9 months and will stay until he is ready for school. Highly recommended.

My daughter loves going to Monkey Puzzle. Every day when she comes home she sounds so excited to tell me about her day and the fun things she’s been up to. I can tell she really enjoys going and I love the facilities of the app allowing me to see exactly what she’s eaten and how much.

My son absolutely loves coming to the nursery. The staff and management are incredibly friendly, give the best care and are always very accommodating to any requests. My son has thrived since attending, we always receive updates and photos of what he has been up to in the day which is great. Very highly recommended.

What can I say about this nursery other than wow? My little one has been there for three years now, she’s been helped so much to learn and grow she’s become a real Monkey Puzzle herself. The staff are amazing, always in hand when needed to talk to, always talked about my little one at the end of the day. It’s like having an extended family. She leaves this year to go to big school, she’s going to miss every one of the staff as she loves them all. She’s come on leaps and bounds with their support and is very ready for big school as a result.
