We couldn't be happier! Our son has been at Monkey Puzzle for a few months now and has well and truly settled in which is all down to the amazing team taking the time to really get to know him from day one. The big smiles at drop-off say it all... he always looks so pleased to see everyone!

He's recently started walking, and seeing everyone get so genuinely excited about it showed just how much they care. He's absolutely loving the food, always coming home happy and well fed. And the communication is brilliant as well - I always feel comfortable messaging to check in, and I know they'll reach out if there's ever anything to discuss. A big thank you to you all!

I'm more than happy because I finally found the right place for my child where he feels understood, seen, and cared for. They have wonderful staff that genuinely look out for the kids and I couldn't have asked for any more.

My daughter has been at this nursery for about half a year since she was 13 months old, and we are happy with her experience. She is always happy in the Baby Room, and we love seeing her smiling in the daily photos. She eats and sleeps well at nursery, and the staff are caring, professional and cheerful. There are different activities every day, including messy play, singing and story time. We can even see what she has learned from how she plays and moves at home. The Baby Room is also spacious, giving them plenty of room to explore and play. We feel very reassured knowing she is well cared for and enjoying her time here!

Our son has been at this nursery for over a year and we couldn't be happier. We visited several before choosing.

The premises are new and well designed, with a great playground, sandpits and outdoor toys. Inside, everything is built for children, including their own kitchen where they cook together. What sets it apart is the team: they know each child's interests and needs, and are stimulating, supportive and warm.

We've seen real progress in our son. He is more confident and creative, and thriving. We get around 60 photos a day, so we always feel connected to his day. The food is very good, and the children learn practical skills and manners, from cooking their own meals to grocery shopping. Regular outings include Richmond Park.

It is a family-run nursery, and it shows in the dedication, high standards and care. Our son is always happy to go in the mornings and sometimes asks to stay longer in the evenings.

We highly recommend it to any parent in the area.

My daughter spent over two years at Monkey Puzzle Bromley. She received the physical and emotional support she needed for her development in a caring and supportive environment. She was excited to go to nursery every day, made friends with her peers and developed positive relationships with the carers. My son has attended Monkey Puzzle since he was 7 months old (now 18 months old). He settled in very quickly and bonded with his key worker and other members of staff.

The experiences he has far outweigh how he could be entertained at home. Through sensory and messy play there is something different set up for them each morning for a different learning journey.

We get updated on his progress each week with a lovely set of photos and learning objectives.

Our son attends monkey puzzle Olympia and I could not recommend it enough. The staff are absolutely amazing and all take such good care of the children. Beruk, our son's key person, is wonderful and has really taken the time to understand and get to know him. He can anticipate his needs and I feel completely at ease knowing he has Beruk to look out for him. Shivani has been amazing at co-ordinating everything for our son also and I have to say they have both in particular made our nursery experience exceptional! We would be lost without them both but all of the staff are really wonderful and the facilities are great!

We are so grateful for everything the staff do each day, from the little things that make him smile to the support they give us as parents. Watching him grow in confidence, learn new things, and come home happy is truly priceless.

Thank you, Monkey Puzzle, for being such an important part of his early years and for treating him with so much love and kindness! We couldn't ask for a better nursery for our boy.

Another big plus is that lunch is freshly prepared on site using fresh ingredients, and the children are encouraged to feed themselves, which my daughter absolutely loves! Personally I would prefer fruit and yoghurt as a dessert instead of more sweeter desserts but I am not sure that my daughter agrees. Overall, we've had such a positive experience and I'm really happy with how well supported and welcomed my daughter has been.

My son started at Monkey Puzzle Lee Park in January, and the progress he has made has been amazing! His confidence, independence and development have grown so much. From our very first visit, we knew this nursery was special. It was the only nursery where he immediately felt comfortable enough to explore and interact with everyone. The nursery has a genuine home-from-home feel. From management to the staff in his room, everyone is warm, welcoming and caring. Although he has a designated key person, it feels like every member of staff is his key person! They all take a genuine interest in him and have built lovely bonds with him. He is always smiling at drop-off and collection, which says everything! Communication is excellent, concerns are addressed promptly, and the environment is clean, safe and nurturing. I couldn't be happier with our decision. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a wonderful little family. Highly recommend!

My son attended the Daycare for a year and a half. He started out a bit shy and unsure of himself. The lovely staff-and especially the management-welcomed him with so much love. For us as parents, it was so easy to leave him there, knowing he was receiving all that attention and affection. He absolutely loved going there! He was able to grow and develop, and I am incredibly grateful for all the activities they did with him.

From the very beginning, the nursery had such a warm, friendly and family-like atmosphere. The staff are genuinely caring, approachable and always happy to help. Most importantly for us as parents, our little one was happy going there, felt comfortable and secure, and built lovely relationships with the staff and other children.

During her three years at Monkey Puzzle, we saw her grow so much. She became more confident and independent, learned an incredible amount and developed many of the social and learning skills that have helped prepare her for starting school. We really feel that the nursery played an important part in giving her such a positive foundation for the next stage of her life.
