We've had such a lovely experience over nearly 2 years across 3 different rooms. The staff are always warm, friendly and genuinely caring, and they always make time for any questions or concerns. There's such a calm, welcoming atmosphere and we never worry. The outdoor/free flow spaces are fantastic too. They've also been amazing supporting her speech development doing exercises at nursery to help and her improvement has been huge.

I just also wanted to say Ellie in caterpillars is absolutely outstanding, she's made my son's nursery days the best and the bond they have is like no other. He genuinely looks forward to attending and charging in to be with her and play and I know he is looked after brilliantly by her and all the team!

Fantastic nursery that makes you feel so at ease with their friendly staff and willingness to help and go above and beyond to make your child and you feel welcome. The staff take their time to get to know all the families that walk through the door.

I have noticed that some of the toys (soft toys/dollies) are very loved and well used so may need to be replaced more frequently. We always recommend our nursery to others, thank you for all the care you provide!

We absolutely love Maple's Nursery. This is now my second child's attention, and our experience has been fantastic. The staff are wonderful, the learning environment is brilliant, and we couldn't be happier with the care and support provided! Big up the Maples Team!

Behind all these are the staff. We are grateful for the care they provide, the warm smiles they offer us when we step in their premises, and have no hesitation to recommend the nursery to any family!

My daughter has been attending Cherry Trees since she was around 18 months of age, she is a sensitive little girl who has always struggled with transitions and separation however Cherry trees staff have always been so supportive, kind and nurturing to support her. For example when she first started she would only eat if spoon fed by her key worker on their lap, or would only sleep if cuddled - the staff accommodated all of this care until she was confident with the nursery routines. Now my daughter is in the preschool room, she has grown in confidence, making friends, group activities and her development has flourished. I am so pleased we chose this warm and inclusive setting for our little girl and her time here will always be remembered! I would like to say a particular thank you to Maia, Jade, Helen, Ellie and James who have cared for and supported our little girl.

We cannot speak more highly of Nursery on the Green. Our son has been at the nursery since Dec 2024 - joining in the caterpillars room. The staff in caterpillars - especially Becca & Shannon put a huge amount of effort into both supporting my son settle to nursery life. He struggled to settle & they put so much care into him. When it was his turn to move rooms they made this so gentle and supportive for our son so he went to the next room with so much care - something we have heard doesn't always happen in other nurseries. Now in the Ladybird room the last year he has come on leaps and bounds developmentally. To shout out Gracie in the Ladybird room is a must. Children are so happy to see her every morning, her unbelievable amount of care, focus and consideration of helping my son achieve his goals has been second to none. Amy & Emily alongside Gracie are also incredible + Carli the Manager is the most organised, approachable, knowledgeable lady - 5 stars for this amazing team.

Nature Trails is such a wonderful nursery, set in beautiful grounds with bright and well equipped rooms. The staff are so friendly and helpful, many going above and beyond. My son has been there for 18 months since he was 2 and both of his key workers so far have been amazing. We couldn't ask for anymore. My son has severe food allergies and the nursery have been great with these too. Would highly recommend Nature Trails.

We have two children at this nursery and are really happy with this place. The staff are incredibly friendly and greet every child with a big smile in the morning. The spaces the children play in are big and very age appropriate. The food they serve is of great variety and has got lots of healthy options. They do a lot of learning with the kids and we regularly receive photos or learning updates. Would always send them there again.

It is a truly wonderful nursery, I will be very sad when my son leaves for School in the Summer

Great nursery. Lovely staff from the reception staff, the room staff to the kitchen staff. Adore all of them. I wouldn't want to leave my child anywhere else. They are patient, attentive and kind. They keep things new and exciting for the children and focus on their development and supporting parents through different stages. They are quick to spot if your little one isn't themselves and regularly review their CCTV footage to ensure children are safe.

Nature Trails is an exceptional nursery, with lovely indoor spaces suited to each age/stage, and a beautiful spacious and secure garden with dedicated areas for each room and large shared spaces. Children spend lots of time outside, enjoying outdoor activities in all weathers. Both of our children attend nature trails, and both absolutely love their time there. We didn't seek alternative childcare after moving further away because we have been so happy with the care and attention our children receive. Staff - childcare and managerial - are friendly, approachable, and make genuine effort to get to know all children across the setting, greeting families in a warm, personal way each day, and keeping parents well informed. The rapport between children and staff is evident wherever you are across the nursery. Staff turnover is not high, but there is a good mix of age and experience (our kids always love the apprentices!). Overall, I would recommend Nature Trails without hesitation.

The level of care my son receives at the West Cambridge nursery is first class. The educators are so welcoming and engaged and everyday they are working with him to to improve his knowledge and skills. Their use of exploratory pedagogy to allow the children to develop inquiring minds is so powerful. The administration at the nursery is very good at community and understanding of circumstances that arise when families are navigating young children and working at the same time. Thank you to the nursery for such a wonderful experience for my son, and making my wife and I so welcome in the nursery community.

The nursery is excellent in supporting parents with whatever that is needed. My daughter enjoys her time at the nursery and always looking forward to coming in daily. The environment is enabling and welcoming. Overall very pleased with Seabrook Nursery. Staff are very approachable and willing to support with whatever that is needed.

A lovely nursery with spacious rooms and fantastic outdoor space. The staff at the nursery are pleasant and welcoming and got to know my child so quickly. The activities each week are varied and my son is so happy when I collect him each day. Communication with the nursery is easy and frequent so that I always feel well informed. I'm so happy that I chose this friendly and caring nursery.

Our experience with Woodlands has been wonderful. From the moment we stepped through the door, we have always been greeted with friendly faces. From the wonderful ladies at reception to the staff in his room, everyone has been truly welcoming and understanding. On the drop-off days where it has sometimes been emotional for my little one, again, the staff step in gently to reassure and distract in such a lovely yet respectful manner. I absolutely love the extracurricular ideas you have as well, such as; Easter bonnet making, cake sales etc.. it's a brilliant way to build community and to have some fun with our kids! Couldn't recommend Woodlands enough to my friends and family.

The staff at Hampstead Gate are so wonderful. My son and I are always greeted with a welcoming smile at reception, and then again as we walk past the lovely kitchen staff. Every anxiety I have brought to the team (as a new mum) has been reassured and supported. The rooms we have experienced have been full of love and fun, and show a thoughtfulness behind provision and opportunities to learn. At yesterday's pickup I walked into a dance party - exactly what my son needs while learning how to jump! I feel like we're getting everything we need, so thank you!
