Our son is really happy at Maples. Really great staff, very caring, very accommodating. Great facilities and each room has a nice outdoor space. Whole nursery just has a nice feel to it. Would 100% recommend.

We have nothing but great things to say about Maples! Our son started in Ladybirds back in April and the staff made us feel instantly at ease with the adjustment. He seems to have built strong bonds with staff, especially his key worker, and it's so great to know he has such fun and fulfilling days
at nursery. I love that we're regularly updated on his progress, and it's never too much trouble however many questions I have! Really grateful to everyone at Maples for the safe and caring environment they create for our babies!

With 2 growing children in Maples care I cannot rave about there facilities enough. This is such a safe warm and clean environment. There communication and awareness of my children's needs is incredible and they have been such a great personal support to the children and myself at times also. They keep
in touch daily through parent zone and weekly with a newsletter they are amazing

We absolutely love Maples and have nothing but the highest praise for all of the staff at the nursery. We have two children currently attending Maples, one in the Bumblebees room (since November 2024) and our son has just started in the Caterpillars room. We could not be more grateful for the kind care
and attention the staff, and in particular the Key Person, take in the settling of the children at the nursery. Our children have been so quick to form such wonderful attachments to the staff at the nursery as their care is the highest you could hope for as a parent. The kids spend so much time outside in the brilliant garden and the staff take so much time to think of wonderful (often brilliantly messy!) activities for the children. They also take such care of their development needs and keep parents consistently updated on this. We honestly struggle to get our daughter to leave in the evening she has so much fun! We could not imagine a nicer childcare setting for our kids.

We have always had a great experience at Maples. We have two daughters there ages 2.5 (who started age 1) and 1 (started in Feb 2025) who are both very happy and settled at the nursery. The staff team are very friendly and both girls have developed strong relationships with their key person & the rest
of the teams in their rooms. They are very happy to be dropped off in the morning. The settling in process was excellent when they both started.
The facilities have always been good and are currently undergoing a significant upgrade so will be excellent. The feel at the nursery is very welcoming and well organised. I really value the all-inclusive service and the girls come home looking very well cared for.
I really trust the level of care that the whole team at Maples show for my daughters, and I am sure that being there is having a real positive impact on both of their development.

We are really glad we chose Maples for our daughter. She struggled being away from home at first, but the super friendly and caring staff have really helped her settle in. We love getting the updates on the app about the fun she's got up to at nursery.

My daughter has been in the caterpillar room at Maples now for 5 months and the whole team has been amazing, making the settling-in process easy. She has developed a really strong bond with her key person which gives real comfort of mind when leaving her there.
The food is great, and I love that they
spend time playing outside and doing some of the messy bits we can't do as much at home!
The app is also brilliant as every sleep/meal etc is logged so helpful when picking up to know for the rest of the evening.

We couldn't be more delighted with our experience at Maples. Our son recently started in Caterpillars and the team have been amazing - going out of their way to ensure he settles in. In a matter of days, it felt like he become part of a little community - where is cared for and played with. He seems
to be loving every minute of it and I believe that is due to the wonderful staff in his room.
We couldn't be happier and would thoroughly recommend Maples!

Everyone has been brilliant in helping my little boy settle in to nursery. The team have been so welcoming and caring. I was so worried about how he would manage but they've been brilliant and every time I arrive to pick him up he seems to be having a great time.
They've also been amazing at reassuring
us, sending us picture updates showing us how happy he's been. In fact, getting updates about what he's up to are some of the highlights of my working day!

Our son started at Maples in April, and as first-time parents, we were understandably nervous about leaving him for the first time. However, the entire team at Maples has been exceptional in supporting us through this transition and in their daily care of him.
Three members of staff in particular and
the rest of the Caterpillar team made the settling-in period as smooth as possible, which made a world of difference for us. It's wonderful to see the strong bond our son has developed not only with his key workers but with the entire team - it's a testament to their dedication and hard work.
We appreciate the regular updates we receive via the app, as well as insights into his progress against learning framework indicators. Our son enjoys the food and all the varied activities he participates in. He also loves the outdoor space.
We can't thank you enough for the exceptional care you provide. It means so much to us!

Our daugher has been at Maples for a year now and has consistently loved being there! She has such a good time and always greets us with a big smile when we collect her - a testament to a great day. She's well-fed, spends time outside and inside around fun and interesting toys/activities and has made
friendships with the other kiddies which is heartwarming to see.
She's in her second room (Ladybirds) and has shown consistent development throughout. Her personal interaction inside and outside of the nursery is fantastic. While the food/building/etc are all great it all really comes down to the people - the staff are absolutely fantastic. Her key carer takes such good care of her and we can see the affectionate bond between them so easily (not to mention her being asked for over the weekend!) and she will jump into the arms of any of her carers which only comes with trust and happiness (and perhaps mention of breakfast).
We really couldn't imagine a better place for our daughter to go to nursery.

We have been really encouraged by how dedicated Maples have been in supporting our son. I really feel he has been gently nurtured to feel comfortable and secure in his relationships with his key worker and other members of the team and this is developing to help him form friendships and feel confident
in accessing the many well-planned activities. They really know him and encourage him to use his favourite area of the garden very often! An enormous thank you from us!

Both our sons are in Maples part time in both the Ladybird room and the preschool, they couldn't be happier! Food cooked on site that's healthy, friendly knowledgeable and caring staff. The rooms and outdoor spaces are hard to beat locally. Our boys settled very easily thereafter we relocated to Winchester.
Highly recommend.

I love Maples! Honestly can’t recommend this nursery enough!
We have two children here, one in caterpillars (baby room) and one in preschool.
Dropping your children off for the first time is never easy, but the team really get to know your baby/child before they start. We had a number of settling-in
sessions that were completely flexible to ensure a smooth transition. The love care and fun they have is just amazing and the food! The menu and variety are great and all are included which is fantastic.
Spacious rooms, great outdoor space, chickens! What more could you want.

My son started Maples in October and I found the settling-in sessions really helpful. We had a chance to take our time and get used to the new routine and environment. We are so lucky as a inner city nursery to have such a large and varied outdoor space with lots of exciting opportunities to explore lifecycles and growth in the natural world.
