I regularly engage with the friendly staff when I pick up my granddaughter and have built a great relationship with them. A big thank you to Rajwinder and the entire team for their unwavering love, support, and guidance. As my daughter is a first-time young mum, it's reassuring to know she can always turn to the staff for advice and support whenever needed.

everyone at NOG Southall were part of the village that helped me raise my son. I think I was more emotional than my son when he left! I genuinely feel that they helped my son flourish into a confident, smart, caring and funny little man. I am forever grateful to the whole team!

The Caterpillar team have been incredible: they supply the nappies, buy brand new bottles in the brand I chose and then bought new teat sizes when I did and supplied the formula I wanted. I get given a list of the food she's eaten, types of nappies and amount of milk. They also send me pictures daily which makes my day! My daughter is an excellent eater, as the catering team give such a range of foods and supported me to introduce different foods into her diet. The staff are always smiling, kind and understanding. I've never felt judged even if we both looked a bit bedraggled in the morning!

Our younger daughter has flourished in every way - her confidence and development have come on leaps and bounds. She genuinely looks forward to nursery every single day, which speaks volumes about the amazing team. She is so sad to be leaving!

staff. They are always very caring towards the children and actively take an interest when you speak to them. The Nursery is always clean and well-maintained, the decor is very calming. I recommend this Nursery!

I've seen some comments about there not being enough online photos/updates, and while this may be true, I personally feel it's because the staff are focused on interacting with and caring for the children rather than documenting every moment-which is something I value.

My 9 month old has just started in the baby room and I'm amazed at how calm and nurturing the baby room is. The staff have been fantastic, particularly as my little one has struggled with separation anxiety. They've been incredibly patient and supportive, arranging settling-in sessions and helping him adjust.He's already becoming more comfortable, and I have no doubt he will love it.

other children. We're pleased with the variety of activities the class does and particularly the amount of time and opportunity for outdoor play. It's so nice and reassuring to walk into the classroom at collection time and see our daughter so happy to be there. Would definitely recommend the nursery.

Every single staff member has shown remarkable dedication and care. Managing toddlers is no easy task, and the structured progression and focus on learning skills and safety in each class have been outstanding. As parents, we often worry about numerous things, but the teachers have consistently gone above and beyond their duties to support us, offering guidance and solutions to any issues that arise. I am thoroughly impressed.
For anyone considering enrolling their child at NOG Southall, rest assured that it is the best choice in the area. The confidence and learning abilities my son has developed are fantastic, and he loves the food as well.

I also liked how the nursery gave weekly updates to the parents which gave us an insight on what she is doing. I felt my daughter was safe and looked after attending this nursery and i would recommend to others.

We appreciate the use of sensory play, which keeps the children stimulated/excited to learn through fun, hands-on experiences.Our main feedback relates to the nursery's safeguarding approach. While we fully understand and support the importance of safeguarding, we've noticed a significant increase in the level of caution compared to when our eldest attended.At times it can feel like the nursery is overly focused on covering itself, even for very minor incidents.Having energetic twins who play rough at times has meant a few bumps and scrapes, which we accept as part of their development. Overall, we grateful for the care and attention and recommend the nursery.
