Day Nurseries Owned by Childbase Partnership in Northamptonshire

I honestly cannot fault the nursery - each and every practitioner are so caring and considerate. They are extremely informative, which would put any parents mind at ease. My twins have been attending the nursery since sep 24. They are currently in butterflies, soon to be going into butterflies 2. We have currently undergone a few changes at home with regards to saying goodbye to the dummies, potty training and also removing crib sides. The girls have taken this in their stride and I believe the nursery has help contribute to this. Their practitioners are extremely proactive and help support to ensure continuity. They have also given myself lots of reassurance, tips and tricks which has very much been welcomed. I have no concerns when dropping the girls of as it is clear they have the best time, they are loved and cared for just as they would be at home, which is a massive weight off of our shoulders, there is no stress or anxiety on drop offs. Thank you guys for all that you do.

Personally, whoever is in charge of nutrition at head office needs to be fired, I bet it's also costing the company so much money.

I have recommended the nursery/preschool to other friends and family & my son will also be coming to. Thank you everyone.

Only downside is car parking, which can be very busy at pick up and drop off time, but understand is difficult due to hospital grounds surrounding.

Our children have been attending Windermere since 2019. I wouldn't want them to go anywhere else; the social and academic learning has been beyond what we ever expected. The staff over the years have been amazing, and we are sad that our children are now off to school.

We recently started our daughter at Windermere Nursery, and all the wonderful ladies have helped us settle our girl into the setting. They have been patient and attentive to her. The safety of the nursery builds my confidence that this is the right place, and we cannot thank you enough.

Very lovely, welcoming and chatty staff. They seem to have bonded well with my daughter and she seems to love the staff also. She makes them laugh and I can tell she's had a good day. However, I wish they clean the kinds noses more frequently as sometimes when I pick up my daughter, her nose is either runny or dried up with mucus. Really love the nursery and would highly recommend to others.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Windermere Nursery. Our son loves going to nursery, and he has made a great little group of friends. My husband and I are parents with no close family, villageless, one might say, and the staff at Windermere have become the village for our son. He is thriving and we will miss Windermere and the wonderful staff here when he starts school! We can't recommend this nursery highly enough.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since january, she has recently moved from the baby room. The baby room have been absoltely fantastic, the staff completely made me feel at ease about leaving my daughter in their care. They updated me on her progress and uploaded photos. My daughter also has allergies and they have been amazing with her medication and supplying a range of foods that she can eat. Very sad that she will no longer be in the baby room but if the next room is as amazing as the first then i know she will be very well looked after and have so much fun.

I can't say a bad word about this nursery, both of my children have attended this nursery and all of the staff are lovely, friendly and very approachable. If I have an issues regarding anything they have always sorted it for me. I fully trust this nursery to look after my children and I am happy that they have taught and supported my children. Would highly recommend this nursery to family and friends.

Nene Valley Child Care has been fantastic. The staff are caring, professional, and genuinely dedicated to the children's wellbeing and development. The environment is warm, safe, and welcoming, and it's clear that a lot of thought goes into creating engaging activities for the children every day. Communication with parents is excellent, and the team always keeps us updated on progress and daily activities. It's reassuring to know our child is happy, supported, and thriving there.

The team at Nene Valley have provided so much support and advice since we joined them in September 2024. No matter who you see there is always a smile and every staff member knows every child. My children have both grown so much with the support of the staff and I feel I cannot thank them enough for making us feel welcome and supporting our family through early years.
