We've had such a lovely experience over nearly 2 years across 3 different rooms. The staff are always warm, friendly and genuinely caring, and they always make time for any questions or concerns. There's such a calm, welcoming atmosphere and we never worry. The outdoor/free flow spaces are fantastic too. They've also been amazing supporting her speech development doing exercises at nursery to help and her improvement has been huge.

Nature Trails is such a wonderful nursery, set in beautiful grounds with bright and well equipped rooms. The staff are so friendly and helpful, many going above and beyond. My son has been there for 18 months since he was 2 and both of his key workers so far have been amazing. We couldn't ask for anymore. My son has severe food allergies and the nursery have been great with these too. Would highly recommend Nature Trails.

Nature Trails is an exceptional nursery, with lovely indoor spaces suited to each age/stage, and a beautiful spacious and secure garden with dedicated areas for each room and large shared spaces. Children spend lots of time outside, enjoying outdoor activities in all weathers. Both of our children attend nature trails, and both absolutely love their time there. We didn't seek alternative childcare after moving further away because we have been so happy with the care and attention our children receive. Staff - childcare and managerial - are friendly, approachable, and make genuine effort to get to know all children across the setting, greeting families in a warm, personal way each day, and keeping parents well informed. The rapport between children and staff is evident wherever you are across the nursery. Staff turnover is not high, but there is a good mix of age and experience (our kids always love the apprentices!). Overall, I would recommend Nature Trails without hesitation.

A lovely nursery with spacious rooms and fantastic outdoor space. The staff at the nursery are pleasant and welcoming and got to know my child so quickly. The activities each week are varied and my son is so happy when I collect him each day. Communication with the nursery is easy and frequent so that I always feel well informed. I'm so happy that I chose this friendly and caring nursery.

Isobel loved her time in Ladybirds and developed throughout her time in this room. It was an excellent environment for children of her age at the time.

Through her time she continued to grow in confidence and developed her physical and interactive skill set

Fantastic nursery - the rooms are well equipped, spacious light and airy. The staff are so caring, engaging and super friendly and the child has an enriched active day they encourage a multitude of activities along with downtime and outside play - keep doing what you are doing - you are brilliant

Our baby started in January. She's only just turned 1 but the way she has been welcomed into Caterpillars at Emscote House has been so reassuring for us. It just feels like we hand her over and the staff love and care for her which is all you can ask for. The activities planned for her look fun and engaging and she's clearly a very happy bean.

Florence absolutely loves going to nursery, especially being part of the Ladybird Room . From the very beginning, the team has made her feel so welcome, safe, and excited to learn. It's such a comfort knowing she walks in every day with a huge smile on her face and can't wait to see her friends and carers. The carers in the Ladybird Room are truly amazing. They are kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely care about each child as an individual. It's clear how much effort they put into creating fun, engaging activities that help Florence learn and grow while having the best time. We're constantly impressed by how much she's developing and how confident she's become. The back office team are just as wonderful. They're always friendly, helpful, and organised, making everything from communication to admin smooth and stress-free. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and it really shows how well the nursery is run as a whole. We couldn't be happier with the care and support Florence receives.

The food quality is outstanding and makes me feel that my child is getting the best for her development.

My daughter has been going to this nursery since 2023 February for 5 days a week and she absolutely loves it! The staff are always friendly and respectful and have unlimited patience with the little kids. Every day my daughter comes home with a smile and tells me about all the different activities they do. We are very pleased with Nature Trails day nursery.

Excellent nurser, we feel very lucky to have our child there. The team are so friendly, loads of updates through the day with a break down of food, naps and development. always available on the phone and always provide answers to any questions quickly and accurately. The nursery itself is in a lovely location and the are frequently outdoors which is why we chose them. A big thank you to the team

This is such a lovely nursery to have my child be a part of. All of the staff are so lovely and the support that not only my child gets but the support that I have received has been amazing. I love that they understand how important is is for children to get outside and I also love the range of foods that are served over meal times. Couldn't fault it so far, my child has been there for around 8 months.

Staff supported and went above and beyond when my child was struggling to settle during the settling in sessions, the level of care and attention they give is amazing. My child has only been attending for a month but so far I can't fault Nature trails.

My child started at the beginning of this month and the team have gone above and beyond to help settle him. They have been so attentive, kind and caring. Myself and my child are always greeted with big smiles from both the reception desk and the girls in the room.

The caterpillar team have been amazing at settling my youngest into nursery, he is the happiest boy and is shown so much care.

Really lovely feel about the nursery. My niece had attended four years earlier and with the best start is growing up to be a kind, intelligent and confident little girl. My daughter was nine months when she started in September. The staff are an excellent support and go above and beyond with requests to ensure a home from home experience and to ensure I have very little to do in the evenings in terms of meeting all my daughter's needs before bed. This means the 90 minutes or so we get together at the end of the day is quality time, with me still feeding her her beloved bottle before bed which is an excellent bonding time for us. (The nursery offered to do this every day for me if I'd preferred). The communication from the staff when there has been an issue (ie my daughter starting to feel poorly) was also excellent and the updates on the app of her various activities throughout the day brighten my day at work. Of all the nurseries I visited I believe Emscote was the perfect choice.

Our little one has only just started at Nature Trails, and seems to be loving it so far. All the staff we've met have been very friendly and helpful. Starting from our first look around, throughout the settling-in sessions and for her first few full days there. It's reassuring to be able to leave her when she has a big smile on her face : )

My biggest tip for new parents is to trust the staff at Nature Trails. I found it very hard to leave my child who is my entire world. However the entire team from reception to his key workers have been so patient with both me and my child who attended this nursery for the first time.

I love how the team within each room really do work cohesively and they all get to know your child. They work incredibly hard and remain positive when dealing with challenging situations. Nothing is ever too much because they are honest but also very sensitive. They have high standards and the behaviour of all of the children is exemplary which is the kind of setting I want my child to thrive within.
