A mixed experience overall: very grateful to many individual staff members, but disappointed by the management culture.

Our little boy has been going to Cherry Trees now for about 3 months now after starting at 11 months old and the transition to starting nursery could not have been easier. All the reception staff and members of staff in the catepillars room have been accommodating, caring, attentive, responsive and trustworthy. Every staff member in the classroom knows your child well and goes above and beyond for them. I am so pleased that we picked this nursery and I wish I could have told myself not to worry whilst I was on maternity leave, my little boy loves it so much. It is clean, the food is amazing and the activities are much better than anything I could come up with! A big and special shout out to Leah and Ellie for being so amazing, you are both a huge asset to the nursery. Would recommend Cherry Trees to anyone.

Matilda has thrived at Seabrook, she has loved every moment. The care and attention, as well as support has been superb. We are so grateful for all you do!

Two of our children have been through Cedars Nursey since they were aged one until school and we can't recommend it enough. All the staff that have cared for them have been brilliant and ensured they have left feeling confident and happy and ready for school. The range of activities for each age group is fantastic as well as the level of parent feedback is at the right level. The quality of the food and facilities such as the gardens are also particularly good. We'll really miss it

Cedars are incredible. Our 18mo in caterpillars for 3 days a week since 10 months and loves it. Staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The rooms are lovely: nice amount of space; great outside shady areas; air con (needed this summer!); and plenty of toys and activities. Our son enjoys a range of nutritious food, and great that they do breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their long opening hours are also a blessing and you can store your buggy there. Communication is amazing: regular updates on food/sleep/nappies/pictures (though they could invest in a better camera!) via the app. As well as logging all injuries meticulously and calling if needed, they also send weekly newsletters. There are lots of ways for parents to get involved, and often treats/activities to celebrate certain occasions. Only downside is availability (the same for any nursery in the area) - can't get an extra day and swaps are pretty impossible. I would recommend Cedars to anyone and can't thank them enough! :)

Moving country was particularly difficult and unsettling for my daughter but Lavenders not only welcomed her with open arms but ensured preschool became a safe and enriching environment for her. The amount of care and support her keyworker provides is exceptional and I walk away after dropping her off each day with full confidence that she is in the best possible nursery. The preschool team is the best I have ever encountered.

Cherry Trees is such a fantastic nursery and we are so pleased we have sent our son there. Every member of staff genuinely has the children's best interest at heart, and no matter who you speak to they know your child so well. They go above and beyond to provide activities that suit your child's particular interests and really focus on their development and also care. Our son absolutely loves attending and we know we are leaving him in capable and safe hands. We always feel fully informed with how our son's day has been, and they also supported him through a particularly tough couple of weeks following from an injury, which made a huge difference for him regaining his confidence. We would (and have) recommend this to family and friends. Thank you for everything!

This is a great nursery with kind, caring, polite and engaged staff. We have had two children here one has now left and we have never had any problems or concerns. The nursery is a lovely, clean, well maintained space. The access to outdoor areas for each room is fantastic with lots of activities. Our children love attending and have both thrived. Communication is great with daily updates via the app and at hand over.

Excellent care throughout I have nothing bad to say about this nursery, I always recommend.

We absolutely love Ceders and can not praise them enough. We have our two childern in with them three days a week. Our eldest is in bumblebees and youngest is in the baby room - caterpillars. Their staff are incredibly careing and knowledgeable. The safeguarding is exemplary, with regular calls for any bumps and regular updates on the childern's general progress via their app and daily debriefs on collection. The staff always take care and pay interest to our childern and I've seen them literally on hands and knees roaring at them (as mock lions), which is an absolute delight to have such interactive and immersive play. My eldest constantly recounts stories, which he has with his favourite staff members and has made lots of freinds. The setting is extremely safe and clean, while being plentiful of toys and activities. They are very strong on teaching manners, kindness and emotional regulation as well as adding to their vocabulary and counting.

As we come to the end of this chapter, saying goodbye will be incredibly emotional. I'll genuinely miss our morning drop-offs, afternoon pick-ups, and seeing all of your friendly faces each day. Thank you for everything you

I have had no cause of concern for the safety and well being of my child when attending the nursery. This is our second child so that speaks volumes in itself.

We're so grateful to this wonderful nursery for the care and support they've given our sons. Management has offered valuable advice, and the team leader and staff have been incredibly kind, especially in accommodating our breastfed baby during my return to work and a difficult period with his weight. Their understanding, flexibility, and genuine care have created a safe, welcoming environment where our children have thrived. We highly recommend this nursery to other families.

We have had two children come through Seabrook, Luton and they have loved going with no problems and only great things have come from their time at nursery. They have been looked after amazingly well by the ever attentive and caring staff who have always been super helpful to us and the children.

My daughter has been attending Cherry Trees since she was around 18 months of age, she is a sensitive little girl who has always struggled with transitions and separation however Cherry trees staff have always been so supportive, kind and nurturing to support her. For example when she first started she would only eat if spoon fed by her key worker on their lap, or would only sleep if cuddled - the staff accommodated all of this care until she was confident with the nursery routines. Now my daughter is in the preschool room, she has grown in confidence, making friends, group activities and her development has flourished. I am so pleased we chose this warm and inclusive setting for our little girl and her time here will always be remembered! I would like to say a particular thank you to Maia, Jade, Helen, Ellie and James who have cared for and supported our little girl.

The nursery is excellent in supporting parents with whatever that is needed. My daughter enjoys her time at the nursery and always looking forward to coming in daily. The environment is enabling and welcoming. Overall very pleased with Seabrook Nursery. Staff are very approachable and willing to support with whatever that is needed.
