My experience at Knowel Green has been fantastic. My son has just moved up from the baby room to the toddler room. He's loving it, but does still point to the baby room when we pass. I think it's because of the really strong relationships he built with the staff there. They are caring and take the children's
development very seriously. The facilities are fab and the management team are reliable and professional.

My son has been attending Pennypot on a full time basis from August 2025. We moved to the area just under a year ago and eagerly awaited a spot to become available for him. With this being his 3rd nursery, we were keen to place him somewhere he would remain until he begins school. It has been such a
pleasant experience. My son settled so well and built strong bonds right off the bat. I love the easy going environment and the genuine care and love you can feel as you walk through the doors. The staff are all wonderful and we were at ease right away. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I cannot recommend Knowle Green Day Nursery enough. My child has been attending since he was 17 months and is due to leave for primary school this year. The care and support he has received at this nursery has nurtured him into an independent and smart child. The staff and key people are so friendly
and have the care of the children as their priority. They communicate very well and support parent as well as the children. My child loves attending and has come leaps and bounds. They provide great quality home cooked meals and help the children become independent with doing day to day routines.

My daughter has been attending PennyPot ever since I returned to work in May this year.
She had settling in sessions in March and then went 3 days a week in April and then up to 4 days from June onwards.
The team are so warm and friendly and the staff in the caterpillars (baby room) have been incredible
with my daughter.
She had sever eczema at one stage and the team went above and beyond to make sure she had the right cream at the right time. Since then she has now progressed on to ladybirds and is once again loving the room and the team. They really do go out their way to reassure you and make your child a number one priority.


The updates and learning journals are great to understand how well your child is progressing.


Great team, would highly recommend

Pennypot has been such an incredible place for our son to start his educational journey in life. The staff are caring, attentive, engaged and kind to not only the children but the parents too. While waiting if we had a place was slightly anxiety inducing, the process from having the place offered and

Our daughter has flourished at Pennypot Day Nursery. She cannot wait to go to nursery each morning and she loves it so much that we have trouble taking her back home! From a developmental point of view, she has progressed immensely and has built great relationships with her key workers. We get lots
of information, timely updates and great communication on her daycare routine from the Nursery. All the staff are friendly, professional and polite and take great care of our daughter. We're so happy our daughter is growing up at this nursery and we look forward to seeing her future progress.

To say I couldn't recommend Knowle Green Nursery enough is truly an understatement. From the very first day we stepped through the door, they have been there for us as a family in every possible way.
Every single member of staff, from my daughter's key person to the support team and the nursery manager,
has gone above and beyond for us. During a time when we had multiple hospital visits, they rearranged things without hesitation to suit our needs and make life easier. When our house move fell through and we had to temporarily move our daughter to another nursery, they didn't just welcome her back with open arms - they made adjustments to ensure she could return the very next week, giving her the consistency and stability she needed.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team, but what stands out above everything else is the love and care they show the children. It is second to none. They are kind, patient, nurturing, and genuinely invested in every child's happiness and development.

Our child started full time in September and is having a great time. Settle sessions were well organised and have helped massively, having come from another nursery. The staff are kind, friendly and caring and have already formed a rapport with him. In addition to that his key person has also taken
steps to ensure he's happy and comfortable which is incredibly reassuring. The overall environment is welcoming and has lots of useful information around. My son loves the outside space and the freedom to move from inside to out and back again has been great for him. Communication from the nursery and activities to support their learning have been also great.

My daughter has just graduated from Pennypot after being there for 4.5 years and from the age of 5 months. I cannot rate it highly enough. All the staff were amazing with her, got to know her so well, and I felt they genuinely loved her. Despite being in the pre-school room for almost 2 years, she didn't
get bored until the last few weeks and she learnt so much. She's left nursery easily able to write her name, knows more about the solar system than I do and can even do simple maths, none of which was taught by me! I would absolutely recommend this nursery, the staff seem happy in their work and the children are definitely happy, confident snd sociable.

We love Pennypot Day Nursery. My daughter started going in 2022 at 1 years old when I went back to work and has just left ready to go to school. The team are attentive and knowledgeable to her development, they care for her excellently and we did not need to worry about her while in their care. She

Pennypot Nursery is truly wonderful! From the moment my son started, we knew we had found the perfect place. The staff are so caring, nurturing, and attentive - they treat every child as an individual and go above and beyond to make them feel happy and settled. My son absolutely loves going in every
day, which says it all. The activities are creative, engaging, and tailored to encourage his learning through play, and we've noticed such a positive difference in his confidence, independence, and development since being there.
The setting itself is bright, safe, and welcoming, with fantastic outdoor space that my son enjoys exploring. Communication with parents is also excellent - we always feel involved and updated with what my son has been up to.
I couldn't recommend Pennypot Nursery more highly. It gives us complete peace of mind knowing my son is in such a supportive and inspiring environment where he's thriving.

I simply cannot say enough good things about this nursery. My two sons have been right through the nursery. One from only 5.5 months old. They have always been amazing. Keeping them safe, simulated and learning. They love the food, the staff the grounds. I will miss them all so much as we now move on
to school. They are utterly outstanding, I have not one negative.

My son has been at Knowle Green for just over two years, his first and only nursery placement. What I value most is the kind, compassionate and caring nature of the team, and the time and dedication they have given to my son who is delayed with his communication. They have been attentive, patient and
adaptive to his needs and I couldn't be more grateful. They understand every child is unique with their own personalities and needs and they adapt accordingly.


The facilities are also worth highlighting - lots of safe, well-maintained outdoor space, constantly being improved, and genuinely first-rate. There is also lots of creative pursuits including a recent sports day in the park.


My son has absolutely thrived there, and we're only leaving because it's time to start big school.

Our little one is learning so much already. Accommodating and friendly staff, fantastic reception team who makes the time to get to know each baby and parent. Each baby gets a little book with photos of their loved ones made. Outside area is super. Location is great with access to staines station for
those parents commuting to London. Updates via an app daily letting us know about food, nappies and naps. Without a separate room for sleep it can be difficult for babies to sleep but this would be the only issue.

Knowle Green is a fantastic nursery which I cannot recommend enough! All of the staff are extremely friendly and understanding, and made me feel reassured and at ease from the moment my son started. It is clear that all staff love their job, and this is seen on a daily basis. My son has built fantastic
relationships with them, and it's so nice dropping him there in the morning, knowing he is going to have a wonderful day. Very impressed with all the safeguarding procedures.
