N Family Club - Stoke Newington, Defoe Road

The food quality is excellent, and it's clear a lot of thought goes into what the children are served each day. Communication is also outstanding and we're always kept well informed and feel very connected to what our son is doing and learning.We couldn't be happier with the care and support. Thank you!

From my very first phone call to N Family Club on Defoe Road to request a nursery tour, they were extremely professional, friendly and responsive. There is a lovely atmosphere there day to day and after a few weeks of settling in, my son is very happy going in every morning. The management team, unlike other nurseries, are heavily involved in the day to day running of the nursery and know all children's and parents names, greeting you every morning. All food is prepared on site every day and is to a very high standard. There are daily outside trips for the children to the local parks which is great. There are regular updates on the app (photos too) and the staff really take the time to provide a thorough verbal update on your child's day at the end of each day. The staff are all very friendly and you leave happy in the knowledge that your child is being well cared for and nurtured in a comfortable and safe environment.

Since joining N Club, my daughters' progression has come leaps and bounds. I honestly believe that if I kept her at home I wouldn't have been able to achieve the same results particularly the improvement in her range of vocabulary. Moreover, nether would I have been able to imitate any of the activities she has experienced thus far. All staff are super friendly and helpful.

My child has been in N for 4 years and it's been quite a ride. He is neuro divergent and has been through a lot, from difficulties in transitions to being upset every time things don't go how they're supposed to go in his tiny little head. N has provided him with a safe place to be, educating but not imposing rules or punishments. Thanks N for all the effort put in my child's growth. He will remember you as he goes to reception.

Fantastic easter celebration in the park with plenty of activities for the kids. Especially loved the face painting and easter bonnet competition. Lots of effort by members of staff and enjoyed by all the families and little ones.

Good communication via the app and great that you can message memebers of management and members of staff in children's room - always get a prompt response

We'll be so sad to leave this nursery this year. Our son has been 5 days a week from 10 months old (between Church Street and Dafoe Road) and we couldn't be happier with the how he has developed and progressed ready for school. We really couldn't have asked for more.

My child developed a lot since she started nursery at N and I would highly recommend the nursery to a friend or family member. The staff are great, they are very caring and professional and the facilities are really good.

We've been at N Family for over two years now and it's been a great experience all around. The staff are very attentive, they have a good menu, they take the kids out on a daily basis to the various local parks. And most importantly, our child is very happy.

I feel incredibly confident in the safety and happiness of my 2 year old son in the care of the N Family Club team at Defoe road. They go out of their way to make every child feel seen and welcome. When our son first started, they threw him a themed tea party with his favourite animal and the children all welcomed him with excitement making him feel so special. Our son speaks languages other than English at home and they bring these languages into his learning experience at the nursery. The food menu is wonderful and brings in a nice variety and different food groups. These are just some of the things that make this such a special place. While they don't have a big outdoor space on site, they take the children to the local parks every day which is even better. It's not cheap but you get a lot of value and peace of mind for the money.

N is certainly not the cheapest nursery option but we do think it actually represents value for money when you compare the fees to other nurseries and the fantastic service the team provides, we cannot recommend N Stoke Newington enough.

We changed to this nursery and my daughter went from crying at drop-off to merrily waving goodbye at the door. She loves her key person, they do plenty of engaging activities and go out every day come rain or shine.

One downside is the limited outside space but the team take the kids out every day which is great.

We have been with N family at Defoe Road for a couple of months now in the Cloud room. The experience for our daughter and the whole family has been fantastic. From the very caring settle sessions at the beginning all the way to the fine details of the manic days. Special Kudos to three members of staff in particular for being so caring!

Both of my children have attended this nursery over the past 3 years. We've had a great experience and they have enjoyed their time here. The educators and the learning experiences including the forest school daily trips have given them both a solid foundation to go on to their next stages of education. The attention and atmosphere of the nursery is great.

Our eldest son has just finished 3 years with N Family, first at Church Street before moving over to Defoe Road. We've had a brilliant experience throughout and our son has always loved going to nursery - which is perhaps the most critical indicator! With N there is a consistently high quality of staff, curriculum, learning opportunities, food and even warm greetings as you walk in the front doors every morning. In our time across both nurseries we have been impressed that as our son has moved between rooms and educators, there has been a consistency in his experience. He ended his time at N in The Clouds which was run by a fantastic educator supported by a brilliant team. They created a friendly, inclusive, supportive and nurturing environment in which our son has developed hugely and is now ready for school. Can't recommend N enough.

N Family (Defoe Road) has been such a huge support for our family. It's a wonderfully nurturing environment for our two daughters. The staff are amazing - professional, warm, caring and fun. Our children love going to nursery and have thrived at N. It's made leaving them during the early years so much easier and happier.

My son just finished 3.5 years with N Family Club and couldn't be happier. I think the positive impact on him will stay for a long time. His key worker was amazing. Always kind and positive. I loved the park outing and was delighted to receive the pictures and updates on the app. I'm going to miss it!

Our son has been at this nursery since May 2023 and we're loving it. The overall experience has been exceptional. He settled in smoothly, loves his educators and all his friends. He has since transitioned to a new room twice with ease. We are amazed at the variety of daily activities and really pleased with the level of education. We feel supported as a family with his behavioural and educational development, and appreciate the focus on a healthy, balanced diet. The team is loving, caring, well-trained and have excelled in guiding our son through all stages of development at nursery. He especially loves that they go outside every day to explore the world. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

The whole team go out of their way to make the nursery special for the kids and adults.
