Day Nurseries Owned by The Old Station Nursery

Our son has settled in so well to nursery, we are really happy with our choice. We were really supported by the whole team during the transition period, with excellent communication and trust-building from all the staff. Our son has developed great relationships with his key worker and the other regular staff in his room and always has a big smile on his face when we pick him up.

We have sent both of our children to Sunhill Day Nursery. The staff are always so pleasant and welcoming to our children, making every day a delightful experience. This is evident by both our kids loving every day they're at nursery and always happy to go in! (even left and gone onto school). We also love that it seems that all the staff seem to know all the kids names.

The old station nursery has been a great place for my daughter to learn since she joined at 1 year old. The teachers have supported her to settle in really well and grow her confidence in all areas. Thanks to the team.

The children are well cared for and build special bonds with their key workers. The activities are varied and child led and these are shared on an app along with what they've eaten that day.

The girls in preschool 1 are friendly, kind and caring. They go above and beyond to meet my daughter's needs. My daughter's key worker is lovely and always makes time to chat and help with any concerns. It's clear she genuinely loves my daughter and she loves her too!

The staff are amazing with my children, very caring. The food they eat while at nursery is very nutritious and my children love it.

Great nursery and wonderful staff! Our daughter thrived and was truly taken care of. Staff always welcoming and positive atmosphere. Our little girl also enjoyed all the meals and snacks! A big Thanks to everyone!

Both my children attend Taplow old station nursery and they're growing in leaps and bounds, happy with my daughters development and really pleased with my son's care givers who pay attention to his needs and are patient and kind.

I was incredibly apprehensive about my son starting nursery last year but I am so glad I chose Sandhills! He settled in very quickly, his personal development and shift in confidence have been a joy to see. The team are so friendly and professional, he has developed a great relationship with his key workers. They are in tune with the children and quick to respond when they are not feeling themselves. They've been extremely supportive and accommodating to dietary requirements and potty training. He has made some good connections with other children and enjoys the activities... he has been teaching me yoga!! Could not be happier and would highly recommend. Thanks everybody

Our Son has been at LGR Minster yard for 9 months now and he absolutely loves it. He's recently moved up rooms and the staff throughout have been so caring and helpful, and clearly think hard about the children's learning as they progress through different stages. He's recently moved has made lovely friends and with his limited words he still manages to reel off all the names of the staff who look after him on his journey home!

My little boy has only been attending nursery one day a week so was very anxious at the start of his journey but the staff were incredible with him, so attentive and supportive of him, including his transition to the pre-school room! The staff have really helped him blossom and set him up for full time pre school. The meals look amazing and always trying new foods, all of which are home made. Really genuinely lovely team of people! Thank you so much!

My daughter has been at sixpenny for 6 months now and has gained so much confidence since starting, everyone is so kind and encouraging. The facilities they have particularly the outside area and the animals are outstanding and an added bonus. The management are helpful, informative and efficient - we enjoy receiving updates on the app to see what she has been doing throughout the day.

We have had a great experience since starting at the nursery. My daughter has loved the activities they do wtih her and they already know her really well and what her needs are.

My son loves coming to nursery and will always come home eager to tell us what he has been up to during the day and which friends he has played with. The updates we receive on the app are always beautifully written and it is lovely to get photos of our boy having the best time. He has such a strong bond with his keyperson and the other girls in his room are always on hand for advice. All staff I have spoken to during his time here have all been so polite and very knowledgeable.

Our child has been at the nursery for 6 months but has progressed really well. She always does lots of different activities and learning in preschool and has really grown in confidence since being there.

We came here from a different nursery and so far it was the best decision made. Everyone is veyr professional and passionate about giving the best care to children.
