Wellingborough Day Nursery

A wonderful nursery with a truly caring team. All of my children have attended the same nursery, and it really feels like being part of a family. The staff take great care to meet my children's needs and always communicate with us if anything arises. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly and for taking such good care of our children.

We are incredibly happy with our experience at Wellingborough Day Nursery and the wonderful progress our daughter, Iris, has made. The biggest difference we've noticed is in her social confidence and willingness to engage with everyone. Drop-offs and pickups, which used to involve tears, are now completely stress-free-she genuinely loves being here. She runs in happily every morning and is always in a joyful mood when we arrive to collect her. This transformation is a direct result of the nurturing, positive, and supportive environment created by the staff. We highly recommend Wellingborough Day Nursery to any parent looking for exceptional care and developmental support. A big thank you to all the team!

Best nursery around. Amazing women that are very helpful and friendly. Was really worried about sending him (being my first child) but my son loves it there. So glad I sent him. Every morning his face lights up when I tell him where we are going. I get regular updates which I love. He's developing so much quicker being there. Will definitely be sad when he leaves ( thankfully a few more years yet)

The manager and the team are so flexible and they gave us invaluable support during the birth of our son's little sister in November 2024 and we can't wait to hand her over to them as well.

We're looking forward to the future of how our daughter will develop whilst being there.

My son has been attending Wellingborough Day Nursery since 2022 at 10 months old and we've now made it to Pre-School so I can say we've experienced everything on offer! What stands out the most is the staff and how friendly they all are. Having known some of them for 2.5 years now it feels like you truly go on a journey with them and even when you move rooms they still make time for us and make you feel welcome. The nursery has recently invested in new toys like play kitchens and upgrades to the garden. They take walks into town and are planning nursing home visits and get involved with charity days like Children in Need and do activities relating to them. There is also a bi-weekly dance/storytelling class which looks great fun for the children. The older your child gets the more they obviously can participate but it definitely feels that the nursery have spent time and effort cultivating a fun environment for all.

Really recommend Wellingborough Day Nursery. The staff are always so friendly and helpful and our daughter enjoys being there. She has learnt so much and developed social skills.

My little one loves to go to the nursery, she speaks a lot about the activities she did that day when she arrives at home and is always excited to go back after the weekends. All the employees are very friendly and I can feel my daughter is in good hands.

No comment, staff very helpful, my child is very well taken care of. Nursery prices are acceptable. Maybe potty training would be useful for a lot of kids as some new parents don't know where to start potty training.

I’m happy with the care my son receives, he is very happy. I have no problem with anything.

Amazing staff, everything high standard, love this nursery, is a second home for my daughter, thank you. Inside is very clean, the food is really tasty, my daughter is always happy, she likes the nursery staff, high recommendation.

My daughter was a nervous and shy baby, the staff here made her settling in time very easy and at her own pace. She's settled in very quickly. The staff are very lovely and all the children are always excited and happy to see everyone on arriving. My daughter was in the baby room. Is very calming and very cosy children have lots to do all the time. Staff enjoy cuddles and my daughter enjoyed her time here.

However, communication needs to be improved. The last update on my child on the app was in January 2023.

Outstanding pre school, with excellent friendly staff, very good with my children past and present have tried a couple of pre schools that did not seem to have the patience or time for my daughter but the manager and her team have done an excellent job with settling her in and making her feel welcome and helping all of ours and our daughters anxieties I would highly recommend to anybody. Always a good feeling when you know that your little ones are safe, looked after and secure. Great staff, great team and great environment all round! 12/10

The nursery takes great care in looking after the children and providing them with the best experiences possible. The staff are welcoming and warm and are always happy to give a detailed overview of the children's days. They take onboard routines and behaviour management techniques used at home to ensure continuity of care and consistency for the children, which has been great for their development. They have been extremely supportive of the children's circumstances and work with us as a team around the children, which we couldn't be more thankful for! The children are always excited to go to Wellingborough Day Nursery and leave with smiles on their faces! They have formed some wonderful relationships with members of staff and it is clear that this is due to their compassion, energy and commitment to the children.

I am very satisfied with their service! My son was having difficulty speaking, having 3 languages to learn! Since I took him to Wellingborough Day Nursery, he has started to speak English and understand me with him! He is much quieter and he listens a lot from here! Thank you for your hard work, staff!

Amazing staff with so much heart and a caring mindset. My child has been going here for 6 months and I couldn’t ask for a better daycare. All the teachers are awesome and it's a very clean nursery! I highly recommend sending your children to their child care Center. You won't regret it!

Lovely nursery, both my boys absolutely love it here. The staff are welcoming and informative at pick-up time. The pre-school room has been brilliant, we've noticed such a difference in him since starting here. The baby room has also been great, we absolutely love the staff!
