The most professional, friendly and supportive team. They always go above and beyond to support wherever they can, always having time to listen. Claire, Jodie & Kirsty were incredibly supportive with my older son's transition to school. I can't thank them enough as he's now thriving at school! My younger
son is thriving and has secure bonds with all the team at the nursery, always happy to go in for the day.

Since my son joined Miller Drive Good Manors he has been incredibly happy. I was sceptical as I had to change his setting pretty quickly, but he settled so well and smooth and all the staff were so friendly. I even get regular updates on how he is doing via an app. The team have been so welcoming and
friendly and it's so nice to see him come in happy and making friends. I can see that he loves being in the garden and enjoys getting messy too. I've also noticed that his speech has progressed too! My son has been trying a wider range of food since attending the nursery, which has helped so much when he is at home. Happy Mum and happy child.
Highly recommend.

My LB joined with Stubbington Lodge in September 2025 and I've seen nothing but progress with his milestones. He joined the Tweenie room and they've been nothing but supportive and reassuring as well as informative at handovers. The resources are well maintained and my son loves the garden and activities
on offer. I love the pictures that I get throughout the day and he's so happy when I come and collect him. Overall, such a lovely nursery! Thank you to all of the ladies for their support.

While we greatly value the nursery itself, with its exceptional teachers and facilities, the approach of the higher management has become increasingly concerning. The recent policies and terms imposed by the new management appear excessively corporate and commercialised, often disregarding the interests
of families.
There is no adjustment in fees during holiday periods, and parents are still required to pay full fees even in the event of an emergency closure. One would reasonably expect that adequate insurance or safeguards should be in place to protect families from such financial burdens. Instead, the entire cost is passed on to parents, who are already paying exceptionally high fees.
This practice feels deeply unfair and places families under unnecessary pressure, undermining the otherwise positive experience provided by the dedicated staff.
Reply from Angela Bailey, Head of Customer Experience at Good Manors Day Nursery Manor LodgeThank you for sharing your feedback about our team's exceptional care.Regarding the recent emergency closure, we apologise for any disruption this may have caused to your working arrangements. Unfortunately, closure was due to an unexpected water supply issue caused by a leak in a neighbouring property. The safety and well-being of children and staff members are our priority. With no running water for the day, we could not meet essential hygiene, toileting, kitchen, and care requirements, making operating unsafe. As our terms and conditions outline, refunds are not issued during emergency closures to reflect that many operational costs remain fixed. We understand the financial pressures families face and do our best to keep fees fair. Fee structures cover the year-round operational costs of running the nursery, many of which do not change even when attendance is affected. We will be sure to pass your comments to the senior management team for further consideration.

Two of my children go to Good Manors; one is about to start school and the nursery have been instrumental in getting her ready for this next challenge! All the workers in pre-school have encouraged her independence while still providing lots of support. She left the nursery a couple of weeks ago and
she still talks about the individual nursery workers every day. My younger child is 3 and has been at the nursery since she was in the baby room. She has absolutely flourished there and is still absolutely loving every single day there.
Reply from Angela Bailey, Head of Customer Experience at Good Manors Day Nursery Manor LodgeThank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We're deeply passionate about helping children become school-ready, so it is wonderful to know that your eldest felt encouraged and prepared for her next exciting step. Encouraging independence while providing a safe, nurturing space is at the heart of what we do, and we're so glad this came through during her time. The team will be so proud to read how happy you are with the care and education they have and continue to provide to your children.

Our daughter has absolutely loved her time at Good Manors. She has learnt so much, made wonderful memories, and built beautiful friendships. The staff are genuinely caring, attentive, and fun, and always bring out the best in the children. We've really valued the regular updates via the app, email,
and at pick-up, sharing everything she has been up to, as well as the lovely outings to the soft play, library, and pantomime - such thoughtful experiences that give the children a real sense of community. The food has also been fantastic, and our daughter always ate so well there! We are so grateful for everything Good Manors has done for her, and would recommend them without hesitation.

Both of our children have flourished here, starting at one year old and leaving into their early school years. They have learnt so much in what feels like a very short time. The staff are always letting us know progress, or things to keep an eye on. The best thing for them is they have learnt friendship,
and teamwork with their peers. As previously said the staff do know the children very well.

All the staff have shown such an interest in our son's development offering advice and guidance to ensure he reaches his milestones. The support shown has not only been
from the nursery nurses in his room, but also by the chef who provides all his delicious meals who created a menu for us to use at home, as well as the managers who go above and beyond to make you feel informed and cared for as a family, which has enabled us as parents to feel at ease that everyone genuinely has his best interest at heart.
