My daughter has been at OSN for about a year across 2 different rooms. All the staff we've met have been lovely and clearly very invested in the children's development. She tries out new things and nursery and we love the outside space available. The frequency of communication via the app has improved
over the last year too.

My Daughter loves attending the Pre school. She always comes home very happy and chats away about all the different activities she has done that day. The staff are so friendly and we receive such a warm welcome every morning. We get such lovely updates and are invited to parent join in days, where
it is lovely to see her playing in her pre school environment. She's always so happy to show us around all the different activities she gets to do. I can't recommend the pre school enough, my daughter loves it and she is really exceeding in her development and confidence whilst attending. Lucy is a fantastic manager and is always so helpful with any questions or queries we may have. All of the staff really ensure all my daughters needs are met and make sure they are helping her to develop and grow ready for going to school this year. We will miss the team very much when she has to go to school in September.

We couldn't be happier with the management, team, facilities, and the wonderful environment they create for the children. Our older daughter previously attended another nursery where she cried every day, we always had a gut feeling it just wasn't the right fit. When we decided to move her to Wellesbourne,
we knew from the moment we were shown around that this was the place for her. By her second day she was walking in by herself with a smile on her face we couldn't believe it. She's normally very shy, so it really shows how much the right environment can help a child feel comfortable, confident, and happy. The manager, Stacey, is absolutely wonderful. Out of all the nurseries we visited, we have never met a manager who puts as much care, passion, and dedication into what she does as Stacey does. It truly shows in every aspect of the nursery. We feel so lucky that both of our daughters now get to attend such a beautiful nursery, I can't say enough positive things about this place

Amazing nursery - my eldest attended this nursery and loved going everyday, and now my youngest has just started there as well and is already settling great. The staff are so kind, welcoming, competent and wonderful role models. They do lots of activities with the children everyday, outside areas are
fantastic, forest school is such an added bonus. Absolutely love this nursery and I am so happy both my children have such a great start for their early education.

My little girl has recently started in the Toddler Room and I am so impressed with how welcoming and supportive the team have been. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that she settles well, and just as importantly, to make me feel completely reassured that she is in safe and caring hands.
She
has already been involved in so many fun and engaging activities, and the regular updates and photos throughout the day on the parent app have been incredibly reassuring. I can already see how happy and confident she is becoming.
I am really excited to see her journey continue and to watch her develop and flourish during her time at The Old Station Nursery.

My son has been at OSN Houlton for 3 1/2 years and they have been fantastic throughout. He has worked through the various rooms and it is clear that they work together as a team to keep the experience as consistent as possible throughout their Early Years journey.
There is effective communication
via the app and regular assessments are communicated too. Children are offered a good range of activities, including a focus on phonics, writing and mathematics, in the older rooms.
When my son found transitioning into nursery difficult, they went above and beyond to support with this. My son has grown in confidence over the years he's been there and is becoming school ready for September.

I've had a really positive experience with the nursery overall. I really appreciate how the nursery is laid out-it's open, inviting, and encourages the children to be independent, like making their own drinks. I've noticed that my son is developing really great skills in that environment. The staff
are all so friendly and positive, and he really seems to enjoy his time there. My only concern is that there has been a fairly high staff turnover in the past year or so, which can be a bit unsettling for the children, given the constant changes. I do think some more consistency in staffing would be beneficial, but despite that, my son has had a really great time, and I don't have any complaints at all.

The staff are fantastic so this is not a reflection on them, however the setting is run down & uninspiring.
There is no consistency in staff & very poor communication with families.
There are a lot of SEN needs within the preschool & not the amount of staff with specialist skills to respond to these
needs - other children are getting hurt. As a SEN mum to an older child the preschool is letting not only those getting hurt down but the SEN children to.
The 3 permanent members of staff are the only reason we're still at the preschool they are brilliant but unfortunately the rest is letting the setting down.

Both my children have been at old station nursery from 1 year old with my youngest now in pre-school. They have thrived at both the nursery and pre-school alike. The staff have always taken the best care of my children and my eldest now at school loves coming back to say hello. I cannot fault the care
or quality education or value my children have consistently received. They really do value the happiness of the children. Cannot rate Stratford upon Avon nursery and pre-school enough! The only thing I would improve would be food and nutrition but this is a national problem same with schools .

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, my daughter took a while to settle but staff have been so patient with her and always encouraging her to try new things, she now goes in with a smile to her key worker which is just lovely to see, regular up dates and photos on the app which is so reassuring to

I cannot fault the care my son has received from this nursery. I was anxious about choosing a nursery and then about settling him in when I returned to work. All the staff have been so wonderful, with an endless variety of activities and regular updates. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The outdoor
space is brilliant - I couldn't find anything comparable at any other nursery, especially for the baby room. My son has thrived and has such a wonderful time each week. I feel happy to and have recommended this nursery to other parents.

We have been regularly dropping off and picking up our Grandson from his nursery and each time he runs in with a smile being greeted by his keyworker, and collected in the evening with a huge smile on his face. It is clear he loves his time there. All the staff are so kind. They implement new ideas
to keep the toddlers active and developing.
The staff are friendly, accommodating and informative about our grandson's day. They were mindful of the correct safeguarding procedures when we turned up, not having picked up or dropped him up before, taking details for their records and future recognition.

Wellesbourne nursery has been amazing. The staff are so friendly and professional, and create such a warm welcoming atmosphere for the children. The activities that they put on for the children are excellent, and the forest school is an additional bonus which many nurseries aren't able to offer. Overall

My daughter took some time to settle in the nursery.
She is very happy now and would like come to nursery nowadays. Thank you so much for making this. I would really appreciate the staff in the toddler section.
