Great nursery and wonderful staff! Our daughter thrived and was truly taken care of. Staff always welcoming and positive atmosphere. Our little girl also enjoyed all the meals and snacks! A big Thanks to everyone!

My little boy has only been attending nursery one day a week so was very anxious at the start of his journey but the staff were incredible with him, so attentive and supportive of him, including his transition to the pre-school room! The staff have really helped him blossom and set him up for full time pre school. The meals look amazing and always trying new foods, all of which are home made. Really genuinely lovely team of people! Thank you so much!

We've been absolutely delighted with our overall experience at the nursery, and we will definitely be sending our second child here too! Our son enjoys spending time here and always looks forward to his nursery days.

The nursery has plenty of space for varied activities, and it's clear that safety and development are the top priorities. My child is happy, engaged, and learning new things every day. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My son started nursery at 10 months old. He loves it at the nursery and loves the staff. The activities and attention he receives there has developed his speech. motor skills and confidence. He tries a variety of foods and I really feel the staff care for him as an individual and with the same level of attention he would get at home.

The staff are welcoming and very caring. Children appear happy when I collect my niece. Great to see my niece being so independent as I arrived early and saw her serving her own food which was fantastic.

Our daughter has been going to TOSN since September and she is absolutely thriving. We cannot thank the baby room enough for the care they give her. Everyday they are so welcoming, and excited to see her. It really feels like a family. Our daughter is learning so much, and just 19 months and she is already counting to 10 and learning the alphabet. Their teaching has exposed our daughter to so many experiences. I could not thank them enough. Every morning my daughter is waiting at the front door shouting her key workers name, wanting to get to nursery. I can really focus on my work, knowing my baby is well cared for, having fun, and eating well.

The nursery is good, and has definitely improved over the last few years. The staff are kind and caring and my little one enjoys going each day. There are issues of course (predominately around communication) and also a favouring of photos only being provided on social media sites, whereas if your child has a no public photo policy, it means that you don't see any photos from the exciting events on the app. We're meant to get regular updates but ours have dwindled to once a month which is very upsetting, despite frequent requests. They have lovely theme days and events which they obviously take a great deal of time and care to think about for the children's benefit. Overall, a very lovely nursery and we have been happy for the last few years, just with better comms going forward and more updates

The staff at TOSN Faringdon are very kind, caring and professional. They have been really supportive while my daughter has been settling in more and building confidence. I would recommend the nursery to other families.

Only feedback is that I wish the app was used more. In babies room it was updated daily with meals, sleep and photographs. Now we are lucky to get one photograph every 3 weeks, and there's no food updates or sleep updates. I do understand that it must be hard to look after lots of children and complete the app at the same time, but some form of communication/update would be nice.

The staff are absolutely wonderful-so caring, attentive and understanding. Since starting preschool, our daughter has gained so much confidence and genuinely loves spending her time there. It means the world to us as parents to see her so happy and comfortable in such a nurturing environment. Thank you for everything you do for the children.

Our child generally enjoys nursery, eats well there and does a range of activities. The staff are all lovely, however the 6 weekly updates we are meant to receive on our child's development and progress has been lacking. I have seen other parents get much more in depth updates at the expected time intervals, so think this must be a bit hit or miss depending on key worker. However I am not sure if staff are potentially meant to be doing these updates and assessments whilst also caring for the children, so on the other hand I would prefer they are spending time interacting with the children rather than filling out forms!

Our child has been a happy attendee of Old Heyford Nursery now for over a year. We could not be more delighted with our experience. The Staff are truly phenomenal. Everyone we have met has been exceptional - from the Chef to the Nursery Room Staff. Our child asks to go to Nursery everyday - even a Saturday. Honestly it is thanks to the Staff that our child is thriving, happy and confident. Thank you to everyone at Old Station Heyford!

Since starting nursery, our son has learned so many skills, and he is clearly happy and thriving when there. The staff have also been really supportive of me as a mother, they always understand how hard it is to leave him and always want to help where they can. Would definitely recommend.

Our baby is very happy here and the staff are so lovely with him and put a lot of effort into doing creative activities and fun crafts. The special dress up days are fun and it is lovely to see everyone getting involved. There are also lots of family events which is great. Thank you!

My daughter started nursery in January and she has settled in amazingly! The girls at old station have been amazing with her, her key worker is fab and goes above and beyond for my daughter. Communication is great from her through the app which is brilliant especially being an anxious mum being able to see what your child is getting up to! My daughter has done lots of different activities from sensory play to reading books. She really looks forward to going to nursery!

Overall, it's a 5-star experience - I only wish I could give them even more!
