Overall Experience

Fantastic in every way!
We could not be happier with our decision to send our daughter to Little Oaks. The staff are exceptional- they are kind, patient, attentive and know each child so well. This has really helped develop our daughter's speech, motor skills e.g. ability to use a spoon and her ability

to share.
The updates through the app are really regular so you can monitor what your child has eaten, what activities they are up to (with pictures), how long they've slept for and even their nappy changes! The range of food is amazing with a wide menu.
We really could not recommend it more!

My daughters' moved to Sandhills from another nursery in which they had a bad experience - as a result, one of them had lost confidence in herself. We were nervous about sending them to a new nursery just a few weeks later, but Sandhills have been absolutely fantastic and I'm so happy to say that my

kids now run to nursery in the morning with a big smile on their face. The staff are absolutely fantastic, friendly and have really helped them to come out of their shells again. They seem to engage in so many different activities throughout the days that they attend - they love the Music Lady and Mini Athletics! Just a lovely atmosphere as soon as you get out the car and see the beautiful view to being greeted at the door by such welcoming staff. Really is a home from home. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Overall Experience

I honestly can't praise the staff enough. After having to move my son at short notice, the nursery were absolutely amazing in helping him settle and making him feel so welcome.

The team are truly dedicated and child centred, you can see how much they care about every child. Management is fantastic

too, with great communication and so much flexibility when it comes to additional days, early starts, and more.

My son has come on in leaps and bounds thanks to all the wonderful activities he does at "nursery's house." He absolutely loves attending, and I feel so reassured knowing he's safe, happy, and well looked after.

Our daughter has been with Old Station Nursery since she was about 10 months old. We've always been so pleased with the love, care and attention she gets from the nursery teams. She has learnt so much through the play-based learning and we get regular updates through the fantastic app. She loves James

and Maisie the room leaders, and we feel she has flourished during her time there.

My daughter Freya has attended this nursery for 3 years now and I couldn't recommend this nursery enough! The learning she does here is amazing they are always doing something new and updating their resource's. All the staff genuinely enjoy their roles there and it really shows in the care that they

show to the children. I also would like to comment on the food they serve. It is nutritional and varied she eats so well and try's lots of new foods. She loves it there.

I could not be happier with this nursery. My daughter has come to a new preschool in a completely different area where we don't know anyone and come away from a different nursery that she has been in since she was 9 months old she is now nearly 4 and I was dreading moving her as the previous is all

she had ever known and she is completely loving it. She has settled in within the first 2 weeks being a full time child. She is happy, her behaviour is more positive. She is coming home and telling us about all of the exciting things she is doing, when your 3 year old comes home and says she loves her new preschool on a regular basis without prompts you know it's good. The staff are so friendly and so reassuring with a hand over and even with her medical issue. I could not thank them enough for how easy they have made the transition for our daughter. Lottie and the preschool team are amazing and I am so glad we got a place.

Overall Experience

Our child has been at this nursery since they were 6 months old, and every single room they've moved through has been fantastic. The staff in each room have shown so much love, care, and encouragement, and it's clear how much thought goes into making sure the children feel safe, happy, and supported

in their development.
As a first-time parent, leaving a baby in someone else's care was daunting, but from day one I felt reassured and confident that they were in the best hands. That feeling never left throughout the years.
Now that our child has left for school, we are so grateful for the start this nursery has given them - happy, confident, and ready for the next step. We will always look back on their time here with such fondness and gratitude.

Overall Experience

So far I've had the pleasure of meeting and talking with my daughter's key worker, and 3 staff members in particular to name but a few. They are all so lovely and are always on hand with any queries or concerns that I have.
The nursery manager is always so nice when I've called countless amount of

times just to check in on my little one and despite her being so busy she never hesitates to ensure I am happy and always meets my needs.
Most recently I have met another member of staff who's room my little girl will be in in September, again she has been so lovely in ensuring that my daughter and myself are kept up to date and comfortable with the transition.
I feel so comfortable leaving my daughter at this nursery and am so excited to hear about future memories that get made there and all the new skills my daughter will continue to learn.
The app is also a fab idea and makes my day when I get to see about my daughter's day and meals she has had.
I 100% recommend this nursery

Both of my children had a fantastic experience throughout their time at My First Friends. I couldn't have asked for a better nursery. The staff are wonderful and very caring. The resources and outside space are excellent. Every day is packed with brilliant and imaginative activities. Staff adhered to

my children's individual routines. When my son was toilet training the staff really helped and it made the experience so much easier. Children are fed nutritious and varied food and alternatives are always available if required. I will be sad to see my children leave this truly sensational nursery.

Currently have a 1 year old and nearly 4 year old at Old Station and have been so happy with everything. The staff are lovely and built a bond with both girls really quickly. The updates on the app are great and both girls go into nursery smiling and are really happy there. The food is great and they

both eat a variety. The little events they do are lovely for special occasions too and it's great that you pick your child up directly from the room so you can see them playing happily on collections.

This nursery is absolutely brilliant, as a parent the communications we get from the nursery and the updates through the day are fantastic - we feel informed and up to date at all times. The staff are incredible, they are so passionate and constantly ensure the children are engaged and learning with

purpose, as well as creating a positive and happy environment that encourages creativity and the children to be themselves. The experience at all age groups has been the same fantastic standard, we'd recommend this nursery to anyone!!
