Our son started in the seedlings room in January 2026. All the staff in the seedlings room have been fantastic and helped to settle our son in very well. We have really appreciated the level of contact and regular updates on the app throughout the day. We can see from these updates how much he is enjoying
his day and how comfortable he feels there. We feel very reassured that our son is being well looked after and they are helping him to learn and develop new skills.
We have no criticisms to add and can only thank the team for making this big step so smooth for us all!

Both of my children currently attend this nursery, and we've had such a positive experience. My daughter found the transition into a nursery setting quite difficult at first and it took her a little while to settle, but she absolutely adores it now. The staff have been incredibly patient, nurturing
and supportive throughout. My son always chats away to me about his teachers and his friends


I feel completely confident that both of my children are safe, cared for and genuinely happy while they're there.


I couldn't recommend this nursery more highly

Our child has been at High Hopes since they were 1, and over 2 years later, we can happily say they have had a wonderful experience at this nursery.


In all levels of the nursery, the staff are kind, caring, interact so well with all the children and have the children's best interests at heart.


We

have been so impressed by how much our child has learned at High Hopes, both in a more academic sense and also emotionally. Some days when our child comes home, we will be surprised when they say something we weren't expecting them to know.


These last couple of months when our child has been in the preschool room, we have been really impressed by the extracurricular activities that have been put on by the nursery. They have a dance teacher come in weekly, which our child loves, and have also had visitors from the amazing emergency services so the children can explore and learn more about those. They put on fun activities for the children and are also very reassuring with the parents.

Cannot rate Cheshire Day nursery at Winwick highly enough, my daughter started kindergarten in September and she has come on leaps and bounds ever since. Sophie, Charlotte and the rest of the team ensure that everyday is filled with fun, laughter and learning and I couldn't be happier with how they
care for my daughter. The kindergarten setting has provided her with excellent educational development and no doubt set her up for an easy transition to primary school next September.

Outstanding nursery with amazing staff.
The attention to detail is so satisfying especially when you have kids with food allergies.
They go by the EYFS curriculum which prepares the kids so well for school. My first child is thriving in school now and it's partly thanks to work the nursery put in.
It was a no-brainer when I had my second that he would go here as well and so far he's also thriving.
They teach the kids a unique language program using signs, symbols, and speech which helps with speech development as well. The many activities they do with the kids help give them a solid social and educational background but also you can see how well the kids are cared for. I haven't had my kids in any other nursery but based on what I hear about other nurseries I must say we hit the jackpot when we discovered this one from the get go.
It might be a bit pricier than other nurseries but really you get what you pay for. They offer yoga, forest school etc but I understand you can opt out if not wanted.

Excellent nursery which both our boys have attended and our eldest transitioned into school so well following his time at Cheshire day nursery. He is academically strong and built great friendships which is testament to the foundational support he received from the nursery.


Our youngest has also

started to build lovely relationships with the team and runs in happy every morning. Love how well the children eat and that they are given a wide range of healthy meals. The nursery communicate incredibly well and I would highly recommend to all families.

My son goes here and the teachers are amazing and manager to there all so welcoming and really great with the children.My son loves coming here he has leared alot he's always had trouble with eating and school has really helped with it and his speech to. My daughter has been attending the nursery for around 6 months now. She started when she was one, and she settled in so quickly thanks to the warm, caring staff. Everyone there is genuinely invested in the children, and it really shows in the way they interact, comfort and encourage them every day.


Understandably,

parents feel 'guilty' leaving their children at nursery- but I can say that I don't feel any guilt, as I see just how much my daughter enjoys going and seeing the staff; and how much she has developed during her time at the nursery.


One of the things I love most is the consistency and the sense of community- my nieces went to this nursery around eight years ago, and the staff still remember them and ask about them/chat to them at pick up. It says so much about the people who work there and how much they value the families who come through the door.


We've had such a positive experience, and I couldn't recommend the nursery more highly.

My little girl has been attending this nursery since Feb 2025 and I can't thank all the staff there enough! She settled straight in and absolutely loves everyone that has worked with her. Her speech and overall development has come on so much and there is always plenty of activities going on relating
to the season. I was very nervous when she started nursery as every parent is but I take her in knowing she is well looked after and supported. The communication is spot on and the app regularly updated. Thank you so much!

An outstanding nursery which we would highly recommend, the staff are great. The only niggle I would mention is the mud kitchen - although this gives children opportunity to explore, it does mean they come home very dirty.

I can't praise the nursery enough. My little boy loves going to nursery. He loves the staff, as do i. They are always friendly, accommodating and always there to listen if needed.
The facilities are amazing, they do so much with the children. Even having activities in the reception to take home and
do with your child if you want to.
The food menu is always accommodating and varied. My little boy loves the food (sometimes having seconds)

My youngest son finished his High Hopes journey in August after a brilliant few years at this lovely nursery. My eldest had attended years earlier, so it was an easy decision for us to choose this nursery again. The staff work so hard there. They always put so much effort into making sure my son was
happy at nursery; he developed so much there, gaining skills and confidence right from the start of his time there as a baby. I always felt the staff caring for him were heavily invested in making sure the children had a great time, which as a parent was lovely and very reassuring to see! I also always felt valued and listened to as a parent. Praise also to the management team for working so hard to keep the busy nursery moving forward in a positive way. The rural setting is also just beautiful; it's so lovely seeing the cows in the neighbouring fields. My son loved saying hello to them each day! I'm certain I'll have positive memories of High Hopes for years to come, as will my children.

Excellent experience so far, great settling in really made sure to get to know my child's likes / dislikes! Team are fab and so supportive and caring. Keep you updated on the app throughout the day! Food is healthy and varied with the menu changing often!
