We honestly couldn't have asked for a better nursery for our daughter. She absolutely loved her time there, and we always felt so happy and reassured knowing she was being so well looked after.

The staff are all such lovely, caring people and genuinely treated her like she was one of their own. You could always see how much they cared about her, and that meant so much to us as parents.

I genuinely cannot fault the nursery or the team at all. We're so grateful for everything they've done for our daughter and for making her time there so happy and special. We'll miss everyone so much!

The contrast in quality is stark. Standout staff make a wonderful difference, but management must address the passive culture and care errors in Fox Cubs.

I have two children at this setting. With the arrival of the new manager earlier this year I've seen a considerable difference in my children's development and behaviours. The staff are very engaging and I'm confident that my children are getting the best possible care. Well done and keep up the excellent delivery and service. Would highly recommend.

The environments are always stimulating and new resources seem to be implemented to support the children's learning and interests. Personally I feel I have a wonderful relationship with my daughter's key worker and I feel she is a "safe place" when it comes to communicating about my daughter. I can see how hard they work in such a difficult sector and I would highly recommend.

Since Carol, the manager, left, and Bright Stars took over, the nursery has gone from bad to worse. The staff that remain are fantastic, but the lack of management has been seen through a lack of communication, taking away vital fruit portions and trying to remove 15 hours of funding from parents entitled to 30 hours, with no apology for this wrongdoing. I will not be recommending the nursery, quite the opposite. Nurseries run off reviews, which is why we chose Footsepts, but now it feels like a joke of a company, with only the staff keeping it going, who will likely leave, like all the staff before. I am actually very annoyed that you think a 'parents' basket' next to the review forms would give a positive review.

The environment is nurturing and the range of activities is excellent. There is no other place I could ever imagine sending them.

I'm so grateful to every member of staff, for all their love, care, patience and enthusiasm that they've shown towards our daughter. Special shout out to Sophie and Charlotte in Kindergarten, their teaching and care is just incomparable, our daughter loves her time in kindergarten and all the activities (yoga, forest school, phonics etc) and can't wait to tell me about them at pick up. She can be a sensitive soul so it means a lot to know that she feels safe and cared for with them.

Food must be top quality because he eats it all!

Going back to work was a time that I was not looking forward to however the team at Cheshire day winwick have made this transition as easy as possible. The nursery and the team have been better than I ever could have imagined . The relief in knowing my baby is having a nice time with a lovely group of women that are genuinely happy to see him each day and he is so excited to see them. He is in the baby room and I can honestly say he has the best time and comes home smiling every day. The ladies in the baby room are amazing and I never need to worry about my baby missing me because he loves them all so much and I know he has the best time . The communication and the app updates are fantastic. Shell and the office team are fabulous too and not forgetting the chef making my baby lovely meals every day. We love Cheshire day and it has hands down been the best decision we have ever made

Before my child started at The Cheshire Day nursery at Winwick, everyone we spoke to spoke very highly of the nursery! And we very much agree it is a fantastic nursery! We are very happy with our experience over the past 2 years. The staff are excellent and really help the children achieve their full potential.

Aside from that, her development has also been fantastic, speech and language is very good, along with learning and assessments completed, showing great progress. Photos of the progress showing the engaging activities both inside and out. The play area outside is lovely. All communication is well logged with updates throughout the day on the app. All staff in all the different rooms have been amazing and always happy to help or advise with any queries. Amazing setting for a great experience.

Both of my children currently attend this nursery, and we've had such a positive experience. My daughter found the transition into a nursery setting quite difficult at first and it took her a little while to settle, but she absolutely adores it now. The staff have been incredibly patient, nurturing and supportive throughout. My son always chats away to me about his teachers and his friends

I feel completely confident that both of my children are safe, cared for and genuinely happy while they're there.
