in a dark place regarding my son's additional needs but this was picked up instantly and plans and meeting set up very quickly! I recommend this nursery to every single other parent I meet. My son is an extremely fussy eater but they go out their way to help as best as they can and my son will eat 2 of their meals he would never touch at home. My son adores so many of the staff he asks where they are when he's at home.
The best nursery for my son and I'm so happy my daughter has a place here!!

morning. The experience and learning opportunities they create are amazing and have helped progress my wee one. The app they use is amazing for getting updates and communicating with them. You can see on a daily basis your child's day and also get picture updates. We also love the Stay and Play's, as it allows you to see your child's in there environment and the work they have been working on. They also have a Parent/Carers council which also members to support the development and the work the nursery are doing. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

This showed me that the staff at the nursery had worked hard to give the children the confidence to do this. I can only give them high praise for this achievement. The children were the "stars" on this day but I have to give all the staff at the nursery my congratulations for all the organisation that went into making the graduation ceremony a very memorable day for myself and other family members who attended. It was very emotional too. Thank you again to all the staff at the Nursery Times by the River for all your hard work.

They are kind, caring and welcoming to all the families that attend. The nursery keep us updated about our childs day through apps and handovers at the end of each day. Our daughter has been so supported in her learning and development throughout the years. We cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. Thank you for everything you have done for our daughter, we will miss seeing you all every week.

used well and the kids are always out in the outdoor space. The manager runs the nursery at a very high standard and is always on hand to help she's doing a fabulous job. Would highly recommend to any parents/ guardians looking for a local nursery. My both kids over 7 years have loved it and as a parent have always been put at ease when leaving them.

My son has had some additional needs during his time at nursery which was been managed well from the manager, the different keyworkers he has had, along with other staff at the nursery. He will be leaving to attend school this year and will leave with lots of fun memories and friendships he has built during his time at the nursery.

The staff are what makes this nursery great sending updates throughout the day with the app letting me know what he's eating and also sending pictures of all activities he gets up to. They provide healthy snacks and a variety of warm lunches from a company outside the business, I never expected to hear a 2-year-old eating a fish curry. I can't fault one thing about this nursery.

as they have developed a good relationship and she has good understanding of his routines and communication preferences. Office staff are friendly and helpful and the manager is extremely supportive. The nursery asks for feedback frequently and takes suggestions on board, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. As a family we feel listened to and the nursery is a daily adventure for my son that enriches his experiences and social interaction. We will be staying to complete our preschool years here.

Any issue has been minor and when reported it has been dealt with in a professional and quick manner, with management discussing with you over the phone or in person very quickly to get everything resolved. Children are definitely at their heart and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team to any existing or expecting parent.

staff are all hardworking and such a fabulous team and my son just adores them, this takes the guilt away from leaving him to go to work. Have never had an issue in the time he has been there and would always recommend this nursery to others.
