From the very first home visit, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for as a family. The team took the time to understand our son, our routines, and our hopes for him, which immediately gave us confidence and peace of mind. The settling-in period has been incredibly thoughtful and supportive, allowing

Great nursery. They're very supportive, and look after my child who really enjoys going to nursery. The early drop offs and late picks up are really helpful. Also you get updates on your mobile app. The wee one gets well fed. Would recommend.

Staff are amazing, so friendly and caring.
They take time to get to know the child's likes and dislikes to provide the best care. They do messy play and lots of arts and crafts. Food selection it's amazing and they always offer alternative if needed.
Handover is always detailed.
I have never been
in doubt my child is in safe hands. I recommend this nursery to everyone.

Wee Gems is a great nursery, all employees are very attentive and have very good relationships with the children. Our son loves going there, playing with all his new friends and cuddle up with staff when he's feeling blue. Communication is also great.

Overall I'm happy with nursery and the care my child receives. He is happy and learning lots.
Reception area could do with a revamp, always looks a bit messy and cluttered.
Lights in the car park would also be very helpful, it's pretty dark at nights.

All of my children have attended Wee Gems over the last 5 years. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating to individual children's/families needs. Whilst there has been some staff turnover over the years there is a core group who have remained and it is clear they care about the nursery and children.
The children have access to large and entertaining outdoor areas and the indoor spaces are constantly evolving and being developed in consultation with families. Food is prepared on site and is varied and always options available if meal not eaten. My children love going to nursery each day.

Wee Gems have been great. Every set from first contact to the settling-in days to the present, they have been lovely, understanding and effective. My daughter attends one day a week and loves going to nursery, and she has come on so much since she started. The staff are consistent and accommodating.

My daughter started in wee gems at the start of the year and absolutely loves going, she always comes out happy and smiling and myself and her Dad enjoy getting daily updates on the app of how her day at nursery has been. The staff are friendly, attentive and passionate about early childhood development,
putting my daughter in Wee Gems is the best decision I have made as all my daughters needs are being met and she has a great binds with all staff.

Wee Gems Livingston has been an exceptional nursery for my daughter since she started at the beginning of 2025. As a first-time mother, returning to work and leaving my child was daunting, but everyone at Wee Gems Livingston has been incredibly supportive, making the transition smooth for both parents
and children.


My daughter absolutely loves her time at the nursery and has formed wonderful relationships with the staff. The team is excellent at keeping parents updated through the app - whether it's about naps, feeding, activities, or new menus - so you always feel connected and involved in your child's journey. I would highly recommend Wee Gems Livingston to anyone looking for a safe, nurturing environment for their little ones.

I love this nursery and my daughter does too. She's nurtured and well looked after. She's feed fresh food and they keep me upto date on what she's been up too. They have been really flexible with our needs and to cover our work commitments

My twins attend Wee Gems Armadale and the care of them couldn't be better. The girls always help out with getting them in and out of nursery if I need it as it can be challenge with two.
The communication is second to none, I've had a previous child in another private nursery and the communication
there was a hit or miss. Wee Gems constantly updates the famly app with all the information about their day and cute photos! Puts my mind at ease. The twins and I both love Wee Gems!

My daughter has attended Wee Gems for 2 and half years and my eldest daughter attended before that. I find the staff are what makes the nursery they all know my daughter and remember her likes and dislikes and her quirks. It's a really homely atmosphere where my daughter goes in happy to see her friends
and leaves happy telling me about her day. I am very happy we have chosen Wee Gems and have never had any doubt about their capabilities in caring for her. It will be a sad day when my daughter grows too old for nursery, end of an era.

Fantastic nursery - our baby absolutely loves it here. The staff are caring and professional, and he's often having so much fun it's a challenge to get him to leave. We've noticed great progress in his development and are really pleased with how things are going.

My two children (14mo & 3y11mo) have just recently started at Wee Gems. They previously attended a different nursery and just didn't seem to be settling so I went with my gut and moved them to Wee Gems. I am so glad I did. They had both settled by the end of their first week (!) which I think just
shows what a brilliant setting it is and how excellent the staff are. It's clear the staff genuinely care about the children's wellbeing, and they make a real effort to update you on how the kids are getting on - especially if drop off was a bit tricky. They are both eating really well, so the in-house chef must be doing something right! The rooms are great play spaces with lots to do for all ages.


The manager is lovely and efficient - very approachable and happy to work things out with regards to funded hours and topping up etc. It's still early days, but I can already tell this nursery is fantastic and I'll be recommending to other friends & family.

All the staff at the nursery are so friendly, and my wee boy absolutely loves it here. They keep me updated really well on how he is doing and what he has been up to that day. We moved to the area a year ago and are very lucky to have found a place that provides such a caring and nurturing environment. Care plans are clear, communication has been excellent from the start and any difficulties are quickly identified and addressed. Every member of staff seems to genuinely care
about the kids and are happy to talk at any time.
