The Cheshire Day Nursery @ Thelwall

Would highly recommend.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for around 6 months now. She started when she was one, and she settled in so quickly thanks to the warm, caring staff. Everyone there is genuinely invested in the children, and it really shows in the way they interact, comfort and encourage them every day.

Understandably, parents feel 'guilty' leaving their children at nursery- but I can say that I don't feel any guilt, as I see just how much my daughter enjoys going and seeing the staff; and how much she has developed during her time at the nursery.

One of the things I love most is the consistency and the sense of community- my nieces went to this nursery around eight years ago, and the staff still remember them and ask about them/chat to them at pick up. It says so much about the people who work there and how much they value the families who come through the door.

We've had such a positive experience, and I couldn't recommend the nursery more highly.

Our son has been attending the nursery since September 2024. He has thoroughly enjoyed meeting the wonderful staff and making friends. He has come on so much in terms of his development and looks forward to each day. The facilities are great and the staff are very professional, friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone. Well done on the recent Ofsted.

We have had 3 children go through the Cheshire Day Nursery at Thelwall over the last 6 years and have been blown away at how great the staff have been with all of our children. Our youngest is super happy and confident going in every day and has learnt so much from the staff and facilities. It is such a safe and transparent place for children to go, explore, learn and grow. I would recommend to everyone.

My son attends The Cheshire Day Nursery at Thelwall and has been coming since 8 months old. He absolutely loves nursery and kindergarten where he is currently based now. He has learnt so much during his time at nursery and flourished in his development. All the staff are brilliant and they all give the home away from home experience and make you feel like family. The nursery app is updated daily so you know exactly what they have done during the day and they upstate you with all information including any stay and plays and festivities happening in nursery. Brilliant nursery and really happy with our experience. 10/10

Our son has recently started at The Cheshire Day Nursery Thelwall in the Babies room. Every member of staff we have been in contact with so far has been fantastic - caring, happy and attentive to both our son and our queries. Our son was able to attend various setting days which really helped us all. We are given attentive feedback at every handover and pick-up. All facilities have been clean and safe. Our son has only been attending for 2 months but we already have crafts and pictures as keepsakes. We couldn't be happier!

My daughter started nursery in November last year. She had several settling-in sessions, more than friends have had at other nurseries, that helped both her and I adjust to our new routine. The ladies in the baby room are lovely and my daughter quickly adjusted to nursery and loves to have a cuddle with all of them. We get regular photos where she looks so happy and contented and we are glad we made the choice to send her to the Thelwall nursery.

We could not be happier with The Cheshire Day Nursery at Thelwall. My little girl has been attending for just over a year and loves going, the staff are all very caring and have the children's best interests at heart. We are very impressed with the facilities and it is always extremely clean and welcoming. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery!

It is testament to how amazing the nursery is when your children wake every morning wanting to go. I never have to question that my children are well cared for and loved by all the staff. The support we have received, as a family, is second to none. As a solo parent, knowing that I have another “family” I can rely on is very comforting, thank you The Cheshire Day Nursery for all you do.

My little boy loves nursery. I feel that the staff are very interactive and supportive of him! The baby room staff are a credit to the company. If I have any questions, the office and baby room are always happy to listen and find an answer for me. It is a fantastic nursery.

The Cheshire Day Nursery @ Thelwall is, in our experience, an outstanding establishment, for which we are privileged to send our daughter to. All the staff, across the entire facility, are kind, welcoming and clearly very passionate about childcare. The attention to detail regarding the care of my child is outstanding and we know all of her needs are met throughout the duration of her stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Cheshire Day Nursery to any friends or family.
