Overall Experience

Wonderful Nursery! I have sent my girls here since they were both 9 months old. My eldest is now in year 1 at school, she transitioned to school so well and I feel that's mainly down to her amazing experience at St Ives Nursery. My youngest still attends and we are always warmly welcomed by the lovely

staff who check in on how Maisie is each morning . I feel so at ease leaving my children here all day whilst I'm at work and wouldn't take them anywhere else. Couldn't recommend enough, so grateful I stumbled across this place 5 and a half years ago. It will be a sad day when we no longer need their services.

Overall Experience

The atmosphere is lively and exciting. with everyone being kind and welcoming. my son is a sensitive soul and he absolutely loves attending. he has some amazing relationships with both members of staff and other children.
they offer a wide variety of activities in a wonderful environment. every week

i get regular updates on the app where i get to see all the highlights of the past weeks.

Overall Experience

I can't praise St. Ives Nursery enough! They have been an absolute godsend and my twin boys absolutely love going to nursery. There is nothing more wonderful than seeing your children happy and excited in their environment and this is exactly how I see them at the nursery. The level of care, warmth

and flexibility that my whole family has received from the nursery staff is more than I could've hoped for. The toddler team are an absolute dream and I couldn't recommend them enough. Having recently moved to the area, settling the boys into a nursery was super key and it took no time at all before they felt at home. My Twins attend nursery 3 days a week and the nursery frequently accommodate extra days when we need it (even with short notice). Anyone sending their child to St. Ives nursery would be leaving them in the best and most capable of hands. Thank you for being amazing!

Overall Experience

My son has been at this nursery since he was 8 months old and absolutely loves it and all the staff. We had visited a couple of nurseries and chose this one as it had such a warm and friendly atmosphere. They have clearly taken the time to get to know him as an individual. With each handover at the

end of the day, they give a detailed & personal description of his day and how he's been. The nursery is set up with different age groups and they have progressed him into the next age group according to his development and needs and at his pace. He is clearly learned lots with the wide range of toys and activities, and through the interaction with staff and other kids. There is plenty of outdoor space for each age group. The car park can fill up at certain times but if it's full, there is street parking nearby.

Overall Experience

My son started attending St Ives nursery when he was around 6 months old and will be leaving next year to start school. All of the staff have been amazing and he is very happy there. He always comes home with stories of all the fun things he has been doing and we are always impressed with the knowledge

and skills he has gained during his time here.
Staff are always welcoming and kind and have been very supportive and provided lots of advice on his journey through the different rooms from babies to preschool.

Overall Experience

I can not praise the staff at OSH enough. My child has additional needs and I was worried about sending him to nursery in the first place, but they couldn't have made the whole process any easier, and put my mind at ease that he is in safe hands. My son's key worker has taken all my thoughts on board,

communicates well, and the smile on my sons face when he goes says it all. They've acquired additional equipment to support my son, invite in health professionals for additional advice, and just generally is a warm welcome on the mornings my son attends.
I can not thank the whole team enough.

My son's keyworker has been exceptionally kind, caring and supportive-not only to my child, but to us as a family. My son feels secure and happy in her care and she consistently provides thoughtful updates that keep us well-informed.

I've really come to appreciate how holistic her approach is. She

has taken the time to understand the wider context of our family situation and has shown genuine consideration for the factors that may affect our child.

Overall Experience

Our little boy has been at Ducklings for a couple of months now. All the staff in the baby room are so friendly and have helped him settled in as well as reassuring us. We get regular updates on the app so can see he's having a great time, doing lots of varied activities & learning so much. He enjoys

the food & naps well. At home he would only fall asleep if we rock him, the ladies kept with our methods & routine & can now get him to sleep really well without rocking. The longer monthly updates on his development are lovely & really show they've got to know him well.

Overall Experience

From the moment out baby daughter started at the nursery staff have been truly phenomenal. The dedication, hard work, skill and most importantly the warmth exuded by all staff has been so consistent and has helped settled our baby so quickly. The nursery facilities are equally impressive ... large spacious

rooms which are never overcrowded, beautifully presented and always seem to be replenished with new resources. Management team are very visible, accessible, speedy in getting back to you and clearly have a real love, passion and commitment to the nursery.

My daughter loves coming to nursery. Not only to play with friends but also to learn and grow. Her language and independent play has come on leaps and bounds. The ladies in the toddler room are fantastic, friendly, supportive and are always coming up with exciting play ideas. An example of this being

the children learning the lifecycle of a butterfly. I would thoroughly recommend Ladybird Nursery.

Our son moved to Ladybirds from a much smaller setting. I am very pleased with the quality of rooms, toys, learning activities.
Staff are kind, generous and very supportive due to me being a first time mother. The kindness and communication has been outstanding.

My child how a great time at nursery - he is always happy to get in the care and go in the morning!

Our child has has a difficult start away from home but the staff at Ladybird have been very patient, caring and supportive in getting out child settled into the nursery setting. Food options have been diverse and nutritious, and the children are well catered for with lots of toys and activities, We

have witnessed the staff creatively entertain the children with items such as jelly, plants and sand. Administration management are accessible and approachable, and listen to parent concerns and questions. All in all we are comfortable in recommending Ladybird as one of the leading nurseries in the area.

Our child loves coming to nursery, she is always excited to come in and she is always happy when I pick her up. We are both really happy with the nursery and everyone that works here. She has made lots of friends, the staff are so friendly and make our child feel comfortable. We were very supported

Overall Experience

The Old School House Day Nursery was the best decision we made. Our childs needs were met with absolute care, empathy and compassion. We were feeling out of our depths with the level of support our child needed. The manager, deputy manager and one staff member in particular are just exceptional. They

have continued to amaze us over the past year. We are very sad that our child is finishing at The Old School House at the end of August and wish we had more time here. I could not recomend The OSH enough to any new parent. They truly care about each child and go above and beyond to make them feel safe, loved and special. What more could you want in a Nursery!
