A wonderful experience for my child. He has positive connections with the staff in the nursery who all do their best to meet his needs and build their relationship with him. Staff have been so flexible and responded positively to my many requests! The observations that nursery staff share are always mapped onto outcomes with next steps included, which is much appreciated. You can tell that the staff care about the children in their setting.

We couldn't be happier with the nursery. The staff are attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Our son has settled in beautifully and looks forward to his time there - knowing he's happy and well cared for has made returning to work much less stressful. Thank you all!

Good outdoor space.

Both my children loved going here and have loved it since they started. They had been through all rooms and made friends with all the children in the community. It was such a sad time when they had to leave. Staff are really lovely.

Management is super amazing helpful and organised. My son's room teachers are great. Pay attention to my son and all of the kids. Keep him super active and he is enjoying it a lot. Cleaned and organised room.

I can testify that Beech House Nursery is one of the best so far. I don't regret bringing my child to this nursery. He has improved on his speech, development and interaction with his peers. Thank you for the dedication care and comment to our little ones.

I have been a parent of a child at the croft since 2018 and am very happy with the excellent level of care my child receives. The staff and management are very communicative with parents and my child is very happy in settled in the setting.

My daughter started the Croft this year from a previous nursery and she has settled in really well, she loves all of the staff, they are so friendly and caring. My daughter loves going for walk with them and playing out in the garden. The nursery always has an activity to do with the children. I would highly recommend

This is our second time coming back to this nursery, first it was with my son who is now 8 and now back with my daughter who is 3. Beech House is a great place, lovely staff and my daughter loves it. When she first came to Beech House Nursery she was quiet and shy but she is now beginning to come out of her shell, gaining some confidence and starting to engage with others. Lovely nursery with a beautiful garden that has recently been renovated and my daughter enjoys playing in the new garden. Overall excellent place and I would definitely recommend.

The staff are also very welcoming and very informative about the day when collecting. The app is a good idea as well as its regularly update with observations as well as the daily dairy.

We are delighted with the care and support our children have received from being at the nursery since 9months old right up to the out of school club age (7&9), All staff are very friendly and approachable and always happy to help. Our children love the Croft especially playing football in the garden and making long bracelets with the loom bands. Staff have always been very responsive to our children's individual needs and given support when needed. We can't fault the Croft at all and we always recommend to family and friends. Keep up the great work!!

My daughter started at the Croft in September and she absolutely loves it. She reaches out for staff upon arrival and isn't sad when we leave her. I feel she is very included and feel the staff care about her. Her development has come on so much since starting. I can go to work and know she's so well looked after! Thank you all so much :)

My daughter started at The Croft in April 2025 and I couldn't be happier with the care she has received. They have got to know her really well and it's lovely to see staff members from the older rooms also know her by name. The staff members are kind and enthusiastic and also provide you with a wee update on their day on top of the information available in the app. The team are always accommodating and responsive when it comes to booking extra sessions or responding to emails. My daughter has gone from crying at every drop off and refusing to eat in nursery to running away from me at pick up and frequently having seconds!

Our son started at the Croft in August 2025. Our experience so far has been great, he had a settling in period which allowed him to get use to being at nursery and he has been enjoying it ever since. The staff are fantastic and give us an update of how the day has gone when we pick him up. Our son loves being outside and the Croft has a great outdoor area which he loves being in. After 3 months I now go to pick him up and he wants to show me what he has been doing and doesn't want me to take him home which shows me he is comfortable and enjoying being there!

We have especially been enjoying the activities put on by the nursery for special events and inviting parents in.

I believe the nursery have done the best with the small concrete outside area they have, with lots of opportunities to get messy and play with different toys than those offered inside, it is just unfortunate they don't have more space or more green. Thankfully opportunities to get out in the community do provide further enriching outdoor experiences.

The Croft is an amazing nursery! Both of our boys have attended the Croft and both loved it. With the recent changes in ownership and management it's improving all the time. We couldn't be happier with the personalised level of care and feel very happy that our little boy is in such a safe and nurturing environment.

After viewing the nursery and speaking with staff it felt like Nonna's were running the nursery.

And leaving the the most precious thing in my world with someone who feels like a grandmother just feels safe.

And any worries soon went away after collecting my little boy after his first day at Nursery, he was so happy and it was pure joy to find a place where he is happy.

Days have turned into weeks. Weeks have turned into months, and each day is the same, my little boy wants to be here, he's happy playing with toys and running around in a big garden.

Trying to get my Boy out of nursery is a little difficult he will run back in while I'm trying to walk out, he is happy here, and im happy he's doing well and meeting all his targets and development.

Staff have been brilliant at helping our little one settle into nursery. Baby room and outdoor space at nursery is great. Love how they get them out for walks and outside area as much as possible when nice weather. She's now running into nursery so has built the trust with the girls there and we have no worries with how she is getting on during the day. She's also eating and napping pretty good which has made such a difference compared to when she first started.
