He has developed and improved his speaking and listening so much that we were shocked due to his health condition being a little slower than other children. We always recommend to friends and families as we have put my son in many nurseries prior to coming to here and this is the only one where he was looked after so well and cared for like home. We always feel at ease going to work knowing he is safe and sound. Picking him up at the end of the day is rest assuring as he doesnt want to leave and alot of the times he is stilk kept busy. Lots of hugs and kisses at all times when ever he is low or feeling sad.

now been in 3 of the 4 rooms and sadly won't get to experience pre school here and we have now moved out of the area. That said, we've commited 30 minutes each day for the last few months as we felt the nursery and it's staff were key to helping him settle in his new home.
He gets good opportunity to play outside in the garden and does lots of the messy play that he loves also. Staff know his interests and feed into these also.
He always seems to eat well at goes in and comes home happy.

cutest grin on her face! Her development has come on leaps and bounds and we are very proud of her and how she has adapted to all the staff and children at NCC Shiney. The only one negative thing I would say is that the app is not the best / user-friendly and we have to wait until the end of the day to see the updates, which is poor compared to other apps I have seen. It would be great if the management could review this.

offered are amazing. The extensive annual events calendar, ranging from seasonal celebrations to themed days, showcases this further. The organisation and creativity that go into such events, often in the staff's own time, are awe-inspiring and leave lasting wonderful memories for both children and parents. Bentley Manor's commitment to going above and beyond and fostering a sense of community is truly commendable.
We are very proud to be part of the Bentley Manor setting and delighted that our child is growing up in such a lovely environment.

sessions around seasonal times, which are a great addition to enable parents to spend time with their child in the nursery setting. They really prioritise time spent outdoors, and have the ground space to do this brilliantly. Great nursery, would highly recommend.

It is also great that meals, milk and nappies are all included as on nursery days I know that all of that is sorted and I don't need to worry about what to feed her! Couldn't recommend this nursery enough for babies - the staff are wonderful and I totally trust them to look after my child!

the other babies in the room very quickly. She has been in Tweenies since the summer, and continues to be really happy in this room. I feel she's well known and supported by the staff, is growing in self-confidence and is learning so much - from a language, motor skills and relationship-building perspective.

my children have made great progress in their vocabulary, their confidence, their social skills and their physical abilities. Transitions from the baby toom to tweenies room and tweenies room to tots room have been smooth with plenty of adjustment time for the children to get used to the new room. Outdoor areas are fantastic.

was an anxious time for us to hand her over to be cared for by others when she had mainly only been with the two of us because of the pandemic, but we soon learned of what a special group of people the staff at this nursery are. Our younger daughter started in June this year and she has settled in so well. The staff have made the transition from babies to tweenies so smooth for her and she now happily walks off into the room when we drop her off! We are so grateful to each and every staff member who has cared and continues to care for our daughters, the past 3.5 years. As a family we feel that you have taken care of all of us, our daughters really love you, and all the staff here will forever have a special place in our hearts.
