Overall Experience

Absolutely delighted with the Bonnington House nursery. The outdoor space is fantastic and utilised throughout the entire year. All the staff and so friendly and engaging and all seem to know my child (not just her room staff). Very responsive on email to any concerns.

Overall Experience

We're absolutely delighted. My little boy settled in straight away, which I think speaks volumes about the wonderful staff. It's clear that everyone, from staff to management genuinely cares.
There are plenty of fun activities to keep the little ones engaged, the environment is clean and welcoming

and the outdoor spaces is lovely. Overall, we're really happy and would definitely recommend!

Overall Experience

My son has been attending this nursery for the past two years, and since moving into the preschool room, he has come on in leaps and bounds. The staff are absolutely amazing with him, they take the time to sit with him, nurture his confidence, and support his development in such a thoughtful and caring

way. One thing I really value is the presence of a few male staff members. It's so important for young boys to have positive male role models, and I think it brings a lovely balance to the environment. The outdoor space is phenomenal, and I love how much time the children spend outside, it's by far my little boy's favourite part of the day! He's also formed a strong friendship there, and it's been so special to watch their bond grow.
Another fantastic aspect of this nursery is the variety of external activity groups they bring in each day, from football to music and even French. It adds such great variety and keeps the children engaged in learning through fun!

Overall I have been very happy with this nursery.
Bonnington House staff look after my daughter as if she was their own. I recieve excellent regular updates on her learning journal. The variedness of learning materials, outdoor play and outings is exceptional. I know my daughter is treated with dignity

and kindness and the staff are lovely, kind and genuine people.

Overall Experience

My little boy enjoys going to the nursery. The staff are wonderful and I feel they genuinely care for all the kids. They do lots of different activities and it is great that the nursery has a large outdoor space and the park next door. We are very happy with the nursery and would recommend it.

Our daughter is at Bonnington Nursery since March this year. She is 1 year old and we are very happy so far. Workers are very caring with her, they do lots of activities inside and outside, food is quite healthy.

Lovely staff. Great activities. Good communication between carers and parents. Reasonable response times from management. Rarely, drop off and pick up time can be overly busy for the number of staff on shift, but normally fine.

We have been really happy with Wee Gems Corstorphine Nursery over the past year as our son has grown and learned in such a caring and stimulating environment. The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development. Our little one has thrived, showing clear

progress in his social skills, communication, and confidence. The nursery is clean, safe, and well-organised, with a great balance of play, learning, and rest tailored perfectly for toddlers. We appreciate the nutritious meals and snacks they provide, and the regular updates from the staff keep us involved in his daily activities and milestones. Overall Experience

I have been taking my granddaughter to Pilrig Nursery three days a week for almost two years. I have been impressed by the staff in both the Flower and Tree room and they always have time to welcome us in the morning and report how the day has gone for my granddaughter. This is on top of the basic information

the family receive on the nursery app. The staff are attentive to my granddaughter's development which is constantly changing as for all children of this age. The outdoor play area is a big plus point and a real gem is the chef who not only provides the food but is really interested in the children and the activities. Trips outside the nursery to the nearby park are great in the warmer months and my granddaughter loves the visitors to the nursery. She was talking to me about queen bees after the recent visit of the beekeeper. Well done all at Pilrig Nursery !!

Overall Experience

We are so happy with our experience of Pilrig Nursery. Our child has been attending for some time now and there has been a hugely noticeable improvement in her confidence and social skills since joining. The staff are very knowledgeable and kind and approach their jobs with genuine warmth and care.

They have been very helpful in supporting our child through big milestones like potty training and nap transitions. We have liked how often we receive updates on how our child is doing day-to-day and what activities she has been up to. We also see what she's been eating - the nursery chef makes amazing food! The nursery also has a great outdoor space and if the weather allows, they always have the children outside which is so important. We would highly recommend the nursery. Thank you Pilrig Team!

Overall Experience

I was recommend Wee Gems by a lot of friends whose children had went and had a great experience. I am so happy I listened to this recommendation and started my little boy. He struggled with the transition and took time to settle in but the nursery staff have been amazing with him and really took the

time to help my son and us with the transition. They provide updates and photos regularly and take the time to tell you how his day has been. They are so patient, understanding and friendly.

I have had two children attend this nursery over the past six years, and my youngest is currently in the Bumblebees room. He absolutely loves it! The staff are incredibly accommodating and provide detailed handovers at collection. We receive regular updates throughout the day via the Famly app, along

with monthly observations to monitor our child's learning progress.

The nursery offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as football and music/dance classes, both of which my son thoroughly enjoys. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor activities for the children, including sensory play, loose parts play, and messy arts and crafts. They focus on developing his speech, fine and gross motor skills, giving him ample opportunities for growth and development.

The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with, and the options for lunch and snacks are excellent, offering a wide variety of foods. The nursery also maintains a clean and safe environment, which gives me peace of mind

Overall Experience

I am very happy with all aspects of the nursery and feel confident leaving my daughter in your care. The only drawback is the lack of one-on-one activities with specific learning goals. Specifically, I would have liked seeing what she's learning with pictures in the journal and receiving themed crafts

she has made, even if it's only scribbles. This helps me further develop the theme at home in other languages. So far, I am unaware of any learning themes. Not counting Christmas/Chinese New Year as these don't account forthe majority of her time spent with you.
