The staff in the baby room are lovely and caring. They were really helpful in helping my son settle in and he loves going there now! Communication is also great - they are very responsive. Very happy with the nursery overall.

Pilrig nursery provides a caring and stimulating environment for my grandchildren. They give me good feedback on the day when I pick up my grandchild and they have some time for me too! My grandchildren is very happy there.

Absolutely delighted with the Bonnington House nursery. The outdoor space is fantastic and utilised throughout the entire year. All the staff and so friendly and engaging and all seem to know my child (not just her room staff). Very responsive on email to any concerns.

Another fantastic aspect of this nursery is the variety of external activity groups they bring in each day, from football to music and even French. It adds such great variety and keeps the children engaged in learning through fun!

There are plenty of fun activities to keep the little ones engaged, the environment is clean and welcoming and the outdoor spaces is lovely. Overall, we're really happy and would definitely recommend!

My little boy enjoys going to the nursery. The staff are wonderful and I feel they genuinely care for all the kids. They do lots of different activities and it is great that the nursery has a large outdoor space and the park next door. We are very happy with the nursery and would recommend it.

We are so happy with our experience of Pilrig Nursery. Our child has been attending for some time now and there has been a hugely noticeable improvement in her confidence and social skills since joining. The staff are very knowledgeable and kind and approach their jobs with genuine warmth and care. They have been very helpful in supporting our child through big milestones like potty training and nap transitions. We have liked how often we receive updates on how our child is doing day-to-day and what activities she has been up to. We also see what she's been eating - the nursery chef makes amazing food! I was recommend Wee Gems by a lot of friends whose children had went and had a great experience. I am so happy I listened to this recommendation and started my little boy. He struggled with the transition and took time to settle in but the nursery staff have been amazing with him and really took the time to help my son and us with the transition. They provide updates and photos regularly and take the time to tell you how his day has been. They are so patient, understanding and friendly.

Great nursery that our daughter loves. All the staff are very attentive and make a huge effort with the kids. There's regular communication throughout the day and varied activities which is brilliant.

I have had two children attend this nursery over the past six years, and my youngest is currently in the Bumblebees room. He absolutely loves it! The staff are incredibly accommodating and provide detailed handovers at collection. We receive regular updates throughout the day via the Famly app, along with monthly observations to monitor our child's learning progress.

The nursery offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as football and music/dance classes, both of which my son thoroughly enjoys. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor activities for the children, including sensory play, loose parts play, and messy arts and crafts. They focus on developing his speech, fine and gross motor skills, giving him ample opportunities for growth and development.

The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with, and the options for lunch and snacks are excellent, offering a wide variety of foods. The nursery also maintains a clean and safe environment, which gives me peace of mind

We have been so happy with our daughter's experience at Pilrig Children's nursery. It's such a warm and welcoming environment, and all the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. We can always stay up-to-date with our child's activities throughout the day, and feel completely confident she's being looked after really well.

I am very happy with all aspects of the nursery and feel confident leaving my daughter in your care. The only drawback is the lack of one-on-one activities with specific learning goals. Specifically, I would have liked seeing what she's learning with pictures in the journal and receiving themed crafts she has made, even if it's only scribbles. This helps me further develop the theme at home in other languages. So far, I am unaware of any learning themes. Not counting Christmas/Chinese New Year as these don't account forthe majority of her time spent with you.

Very pleasant staff and eager to help. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities for my child to participate in. All in all very safe and friendly environment for my son to spend the day and learn lots of new words and new songs that he comes home singing too.
