My son has been at the nursery for nearly a year now and I cannot fault the care he receives. Staff have been brilliant with making him feel safe and settled. Having spent his first year of life with myself, Daddy or his Grandparents going to nursery was a huge adjustment for us all. The nursery were brilliant with easing our worries and settle sessions provided huge reassurance we were doing the right thing. Communication is excellent and we love seeing photographs of what he gets up to during his week at nursery. The setting itself is warm and inviting, with a beautiful array of resources for the children to use. My son eats a wide variety of food whilst at nursery, and they have been excellent with monitoring him due to a previous milk allergy. Thankyou to all at The Friendly Fish for what they do daily to put a smile on his face!

My son has been at the nursery for a few months having started young. The staff have been amazing in making him feel safe and welcome as he settles in. He has a metabolic condition which requires extra care and the staff are so considerate and understanding, always communicating with us to make sure they keep him safe. Handing your baby over to someone else is so daunting as a first time mum, even more so with his condition but the nursery have made us feel at ease and been so reassuring so far.

I could not be happier with this nursery. My son absolutely love it, he is very cared for, he is thriving, he became very confident and I know that he is absolutely ready to start school in September. It was the best decision to place him in puddle ducks. We actually never even checked other nurseries. It was the one from the beginning.

Overall they have made our first experience of Nursery very easy and reassuring.

We feel so incredibly lucky to have found Puddleducks for our little girl. She started just after turning one, and from day one the team have been nothing but kind, supportive, and reassuring. She has learned so much, built lovely friendships, and grown so much in confidence. Thanks to the nurturing environment, moving up to the toddler room was a smooth and happy transition, and she settled in with ease. Seeing how excited she is to go each day says everything - we couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Puddleducks to any parent.

Puddleducks is a fantastic place- you can tell the staff genuinely care about the children. They do well at having consistency with staff in each room and the key workers have always known my children very well. They do fun activities every day , and the communication is brilliant. Both of our children have done so well there.

We have always felt welcomed at Puddleducks and seen our child blossom there, it's wonderful to see her so supported and to see how amazing all the staff are at being there for the children and helping them grow, it must be challenging at times but they manage so well, thank you so much

We absolutely love Puddleducks, both my children have been going since they are babies and it feels like our second home. We have always been made to feel welcome with open arms, and Puddleducks always goes above and Beyond. Lauren has been both my girls key worker and the bond she has with my little ones is second to none. They trust her and they always talk about her outside of nursery. Lauren has always been amazing, if we have any requests or if we need to update Lauren on anything - nothing is ever a problem! Lauren will always have a special place in our hearts. Lauren and the girls in preschool work so hard to ensure the children have the best day, make amazing memories and have so much fun. As a mum who went back to work quickly, having Lauren has been reassuring and given me peace of mind - taking away some of the mum guilt we all experience.

I moved both my children from a different setting and both have absolutely thrived at Puddleducks! The care received is absolutely phenomenal and they know all the children so well. Communication is fantastic both on the app and at handovers. Cannot fault them in the slightest!

Having experience with every room and all staff members there is not one room better than the other, they are all amazing and the staff do a fantastic job. Lauren is an amazing deputy manager as well as room lead, she is a real asset to the nursery.

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better nursery for her. Puddle Duck Day Nursery is a warm, nurturing, and inspiring environment, and I would recommend it wholeheartedly to any parent looking for the very best for their child.

A lovely nursery with lovely staff who genuinely care for the children, we couldn't ask for more!

We are new to the nursery as my son has just started in the toddler room 3 weeks ago. At first he wasn't settling too well but now he's a completely different child and loves to come to nursery and has settled so well already. The staff are so lovely and welcoming! Always giving feedback from his day when I collect him. Everyone has made us feel so welcome into the nursery and it's such a lovely atmosphere & environment x

My child has been at the nursery for many years, has been in the baby room, toddler room, and currently in the pre school room. The staff have always been exceptional and go above and beyond to accommodate child's individual needs. Communication with parents is amazing, and personable. The staff are very approachable. My child has always been very happy to attend and safe to say, loves going to nursery! Daily activities, trips out, seasonal and occasional activities are always well thought out and inclusive.

My child has been at Puddleducks for two years now since he was 10 months old. The staff have been the same throughout his time in the baby and then toddler room which has meant he has built strong positive relationships with the teams who clearly know him really well. The team pick up on how he is feeling, his likes and dislikes and give a good overview of his day. They show pride and excitement when he learns something new and a genuine affection for him. When we've had struggles with food or speech development they've worked with us on plans to address this and offered support and reassurance.

Friendly fish have been so wonderful with my 2 sons. I sent my eldest in January after I'd had my second baby. I was worried he would be unhappy due to all the changes at home but the staff all welcomed him in with open arms. He was so happy to attend each day and receiving lovely photos and updates of him playing was so lovely to see.

When my youngest was only 4.5 months I had to return to work. Putting him in the baby room was incredibly daunting but the staff were incredible yet again. They took great care with making sure they knew every single detail about him, his milk, sleeps, likes and dislikes. New items were purchased to ensure he was safe (a baby carrier and a new baby gym). He has now started to wean onto meals and I have so much trust within the girls to make sure he is having stage appropriate food. They've made my return to work so much happier and easier than I could have imagined!

The team at friendly fish are just wonderful, having had some difficult times with other local nurseries I was apprehensive starting my children in a new nursery, but here we are four years later as my youngest child is due to start school and they have both loved friendly fish, as have we. The team have looked after my children so well and they have looked after us too. They have guided us through supporting our child with special needs and have been so kind when we have needed some extra support. I would recommend friendly fish.

Friendly fish are the loveliest nursery I have come across. We looked at a couple at this stood out by far. All the staff are lovely and welcoming and can never do enough for parents or children and always help with any issues. I always say how lovely it is and words cannot express how thankful I am for them. 100/10 recommend

I'm so pleased we chose friendly fish for my son's nursery. From his very first day in the baby room, the staff made us feel so reassured and were incredible with him.
