I have two children at Fennies Richmond and have honestly had such a great experience. Both my girls love going every day, the staff have been amazing. Afsha, Joy and Imanne as well as many other amazing people have looked after my toddler for the last year and have not honestly had one complaint. She gets so much love and attention and I get regular updates at the end of each day. Rachel in the baby room is my babies key worker and she has also been so amazing, always updating me and looks after her so well. So nice to fully trust who looks after your kids whilst you're at work. Every day I know they are fed with good home made food, their days are filled with activities and fun and are so well looked after. Highly recommend!

Our daughter started at Fennies at the beginning of August and I'm honestly amazed at how well she has settled in. She previously went to a childminder and really struggled to settle, so I was nervous about nursery. However, the team at Fennies have been amazing and made the transition so much easier.

Her key worker, Lauren, is an absolute superstar. She always has a smile and takes the time to make both our little girl and me feel so welcome. It's such a comfort knowing she is happy and settled.

The food is fantastic - varied, healthy and clearly enjoyed by our daughter! The classrooms are lovely, calm and welcoming, and the air conditioning was a big plus for us when viewing.

The app is brilliant and gives me great peace of mind throughout the day. The team also work hard to follow her routine, especially nap times, and have even supported us with reducing her dummy use, which I mentioned we were working on at home.

We honestly couldn't be happier with Fennies and are so pleased!

From the moment Noah has started, the staff have been so warm, caring and welcoming, which has made the transition so much easier for both Noah and us as parents.

It's lovely to see how happy and settled he is, and we really appreciate all the care, attention and love the team give him every day. We feel so reassured knowing he is in such kind and caring hands.

Absolutely amazing nursery. We had to move our child to a new nursery to save time on commute and we got lucky that Fennies Windsor opened in July. I can confidently say that I would travel double the time if I had to as my child is so happy at Fennies. The carers are incredible, so caring, beyond supervising I can tell that kids get loads of engagement and 121 attention, the communication of our child so fluid now. The carers are also so creative, beyond toys the days are filled with great activities, they even have a kids kitchen where they play preparing yummy snacks (all healthy!:) together! The 2 massive gardens are phenomenal with a water feature, sandpit and massive wall painting and even a little allotment! It's exactly how I imagined the perfect nursery should be! And the communication of the staff is next level, every single feedback was heard taken on board on the day. Parents are really heard and kids are very happy and thriving. Highly recommend.

Our son started at this nursery when he was nine months old and he has now just started Reception. So our little boy grew up in this nursery. The staff are so kind and so caring we have never had any problems. Our youngest son also started at this nursery within the last 12 months and we intend to keep him there until he starts Reception. The current team have fantastic leadership. The current staff look after our children as if they are their own. The facilities are clean and modern. The food offering appears healthy and nutritious. Our son started Fennies in May 2026 and wow - they've been amazing! As a first time parent leaving your child at a nursery for the first time is a very daunting experience, but the whole team at Fennies were so reassuring. I knew he was in safe hands! They are all so friendly, caring, attentive and are always on hand to answer any questions I've had along the way. We are greeted every morning with such big smiles and warmth, and the level of communication we receive daily is next to none. Would highly recommend to any parent. Thank you to you all!

The staff are genuinely caring, attentive, and dedicated to each child's development and happiness. You can tell how much thought and energy goes into creating engaging activities, and the setting itself is bright, modern, and beautifully maintained. The communication with parents is brilliant, giving total peace of mind throughout the day. My child absolutely thrives here, and as a parent, you couldn't ask for a better, more nurturing environment.

We viewed Fennies in April and was sceptical of a nursery setting due to our child being at a childminders. However everyone we encountered on our tour was so friendly, they all looked like they enjoyed their jobs and were happy to be there. When my son started they were really helpful with him settling in. Considering the size of the nursery it always feels really personal at pick up when you see anyone.

We have just settled our sons into Fennies and found the experience to be easy and straightforward. Both of them took to their rooms quickly, with smiles for their teachers each morning.

My experience overall has been excellent, and the staff always show care and communicates everything to us. They are great.

We have had really great experience sending one son to Fennies Teddington, all the staff are really nice and friendly. We feel really lucky to have found Fennies to.

We couldn't be happier with the care our son has received at nursery. It has been amazing watching him grow, learn and develop during his time in Discoverers. A huge thank you to Abby, Cherona and Rachel for all the love, care, patience and encouragement you have given him. You have played such an important role in his journey and we are so grateful. We'd also like to thank Jake, Chloe and Viki from management for their continued support and dedication. And thank you to everyone in the Discoverers room who contributes every day to creating such a happy, caring and nurturing environment. As our son now moves downstairs to Inventors, we are so excited to see the next stage of his development and watch him continue to thrive. We will definitely miss the Discoverers team! Fennies Twickenham has been such a special place for Claire. From the first settling in sessions, the team made her feel safe, welcomed and genuinely loved. Those early days can be emotional for a parent, but their patience and care helped her settle so quickly and confidently.

Every day, the staff show real warmth and attention. They always share how she has been and the little moments that matter. Claire comes home smiling, proud of herself, and that means everything to us.

A heartfelt thank you to Katie H, Jessica, Shilpa, Ellen, Shanade, Katie S, Nargis and Ruby. Your kindness at drop off and pick up and the way you care for Claire never goes unnoticed. The management team has also been wonderfully supportive.

The easiest 5 stars I have ever given. The standard of care for our daughter for the past 18 months has been exceptional. The team are so communicative and caring, particularly during settling period when everything is so daunting as a parent they make you feel at ease. Special mention to the management who are always available for a chat at the front desk and are so accommodating. Highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking.

We honestly couldn't be happier with our daughter's experience at Fennies Kings Hall. When she first started, she found separation quite difficult, so we were naturally a little worried about how she would settle. The team at Fennies were incredibly supportive, reassuring and patient, and they really took the time to understand her and help her feel comfortable.

It has been so lovely to see how much she has grown since starting. She is now absolutely thriving, loves going to nursery and has become so much more confident and independent. Her development has come on so much, and she has genuinely exceeded all of our expectations.
