I am very happy with this nursery. The staff are caring, friendly, and professional. My child enjoys attending every day and has grown in confidence since starting. Communication is excellent, and I always feel reassured that my child is safe and well cared for. I highly recommend this nursery.

One other thing is their breakfast is limited with butter and bread and cereals for breakfast.

Most importantly my son is happy, settled and excited to attend.

nursery has been a big adjustment for my son, & he initially found it very difficult to settle. From the very beginning, though, the whole team has shown so much patience, understanding, and genuine care.A special thank you to Hannah, Tia, Zoe, Lacey and Charlotte who have gone above & beyond to get to know him as an individual. They took the time to learn about his interests, what helps him feel safe, & what he needs to thrive. Their teamwork has been incredible, and thanks to their dedication, my son now feels happy, secure, and settled at nursery.One thing I particularly appreciate is their honesty. They're not afraid to tell me what is working and what isn't and that means so much to me as a parent. It's clear that my son's wellbeing and individual needs always come before simply telling me what I want to hear. That level of openness and child-centred care is invaluable. Ialso want to give a huge mention to Lila the chef. Her patience, compassion & passion for the kids are evident

Amy and the team have been absolutely fabulous. Our daughter is so at home at the nursery, reciting all their names before she goes to sleep at night! There's such a warm, welcoming a homely feeling to the nursery. We're so happy and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery in the area. Fabulous facilities, great outdoor space, lots of time spent outside and lots of focus on helping the children do things for themselves. We've only been here 2 short months but our daughter's development has been amazing since she joined. Thank you so much to Amy, Lily, Paige, Shareen and the rest of the team for giving our girl a home away from home!

Overall, while the facilities are nice, the constant staff changes and poor communication have made us question whether this is the right place for our child. We hope the management problem will be resolved soon.

Our daughter joined Fennies Reading in April and we are so glad we choose this nursery for her, the whole team are so caring and truly nurtured our daughter as she transitioned from home to nursery. The management team communicated clearly were understanding and supported us as a whole family really taking the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. Our daughter has had a great start to her nursery life, we get regular updates on her development via the app. What has been so impressive to us is her ability to use sign language since joining the nursery. Her development is really impressive as she has access to lots of fun learning opportunities and her learning is well supported. Most importantly we know she is well cared for and she truly enjoys seeing her key persons and friends everyday.

My little boy has been going to Fennies since it opened. The staff are outstanding, a perfect balance between professional and caring. They have made my little boy so welcome and happy so quickly. They have so many educational activities based around play that I've already seen him develop so much - much more curious and inquisitive than before. Such a lovely nursery!

We absolutely love Fennies Twickenham! Katie (Manager) and Jess (Deputy Manager) lead a fantastic, professional team that really cares about the children and making their daily time at the nursery special. Our child is thriving in the Explorers room, where Ellen and the rest of the staff are incredibly caring and supportive. Shanade is an amazing key person who made us feel completely at ease from the very start of the settling process. In fact, the whole Explorers team went above and beyond to make sure the settling process went well and to make sure our child really bonded with each of them. Our child has loved making new friends and taking part in all of the fun daily activities like water play, outdoor time in the fantastic garden, and painting. We love receiving the detailed daily updates and photos showing the great activities the team puts on for the children. We highly recommend this nursery!

My oldest attended Fennies Eltham for 2 years and now my youngest is also at the nursery for the past 9 months. He started in the Explorers room and transitioned into the Discoverers room and it has been a great experience throughout. The staff truly give their hearts to the children with such dedication. They always greet my son with cuddles and joy and have a fantastic day planned for the kids as evidenced by all the wonderful photos and observations that we receive on a daily and weekly basis. I couldn't ask for anything else and I know my son has a blast every day.

Our daughter is growing beautifully at Fennies Eltham. We are so very grateful to all the staff for all the patience, care and dedication when looking after her. Big shoutout to the Explorers and Discoverers staff!!!

He has now moved up to the Discoverers room and is happy, settled, and confident at drop-off thanks to another wonderful team. The management team are always responsive, approachable, and personable, which really helps. We have been so impressed with the level of care and support throughout and would highly recommend Fennies Eltham Westmount to other families!

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. Twyla absolutely loves going every day and is always excited to see her key person, Sam, who has been so caring, supportive, and amazing with her. Management, especially Fray, have also been fantastic and create such a welcoming and nurturing environment.

Twyla has learned so much since starting here, and it's been wonderful to see her confidence, development, and happiness grow. She always has so much fun and talks about her day nonstop when she comes home. We're so grateful for all the love and support the team gives her every day!

We joined Fennies soon after they opened and have had a really positive experience. The staff are all lovely, friendly, and very knowledgeable, which made settling in so much easier. The manager is fantastic and clearly cares about creating a welcoming and supportive environment. What stands out most is how caring and attentive all the staff are with the children. The building is fabulous and all the equipment is brand new. Our child loves it here! We've felt very happy and reassured with our choice and would definitely recommend Fennies to other families.

Fennies Teddington has been fantastic for our daughters. Since she started at 9 months old, the team have been caring and helped her to develop in a myriad of ways.

We've had a great experience with this nursery. Our daughter is always happy to go in and has come on leaps and bounds since starting, especially with her walking and speaking. The staff are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children's development.

As first-time nursery parents, they really put our minds at ease and made the whole experience so positive. The manager sets a lovely tone throughout the nursery with a caring and approachable attitude. We'd highly recommend this nursery to other parents.
