Embedding the children’s cultural capital in the nursery to tailor the education to suit the unique needs of each family and child.

Chloe is, in fact, an amazing singer, even previously performing at Disney Land in some of their shows.

What helps you stay connected with your communities?
Creating strong partnerships with all families and going the extra mile to engage with them in events such as Stay and Plays and Open Days.

What’s something you have loved about your Early Years Career so far?
Watching the children grow, learn and develop, helping them be fully prepared for their next stages in life.

Creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone to ensure every child is given the best opportunities.

Abi used to be a deputy manager at a nursery herself before working in Admissions.

What helps you stay connected with all the nurseries and their staff?
Having regular visits to the nurseries, helped her form strong bonds with the team.

What’s the best part about your job?
Getting to work with good, nice people and being able to help make their and parents' lives easier.

How do you go above and beyond to help support our parents?
Always being available, regularly checking in with parents and accommodating wherever possible.
